Nestled in Rochester, this attractive house for $79 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Clean, Cozy, and Warm home away from home. Quick and easy drive to the Mayo Clinic. Wonderful safe neighborhood, close to Silverlake Park, Quarry Hill Park, movie theaters, bowling, shopping and restaurants. Make your stay in Rochester comfortable and affordable. The bedrooms feature nice linens and bedspreads. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, DVD player, smart tv, garage included! All hardwood floors upstairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a homecooked meal. We offer a share cabinet for any left non perishable food/condiments/ oils and spices in order to help guests save money. 3 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs, 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs. Nice, private fenced in backyard with patio furniture. Bus stop within walking distance. Light cleaning service provided for stays greater than 10 days (upon request) *** We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay. No cable tv. Smart tv provided for your own account use. *In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates. **We operate a share cabinet. We leave pantry and fridge/freezer items that we believe the next guest may enjoy and could use. This is a Catholic/Christian faith based home. If this is offensive to you, do not book. I had the misfortune of staying at this property and feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from facing a similarly unpleasant situation. My stay at this property in Rochester was prompted by the need for treatment at the Mayo Clinic, a situation that was stressful enough without having to deal with the issues I encountered during my stay.
While the neighborhood was lovely, the positives ended there. The house turned out to be a nightmare. We stepped inside & were hit with an overwhelming smell of bleach and harsh cleaning agents. Attempts to ventilate the space were futile due to windows that were painted shut.
The cleanliness of the house was abysmal. The pillows were stained and the floors were so filthy that our socks turned black from walking on the carpet. The mattresses were covered with plastic, making the beds uncomfortable. The towels and washcloths provided were worn out, with holes & frayed edges, & the bathroom had mold in the tub and a visibly dirty bath mat.
The refrigerator wouldn’t close properly due to a faulty seal, and there were hairs on the dinner plates. When these issues were brought to the attention of Denise, we were met with hostility. Her proposed solution was to send a housekeeper out. It was evident that these issues would require significant changes-replacing mattresses, fixing windows, providing proper linens. I urge anyone considering this property to look elsewhere for a comfortable & clean stay.

We had to come to Rochester for a family members wedding. The house was a very charming older home. We loved the decor and the space available. A very clean house with a lot of amenities that were not typically found in other places. We wish that we would have had time to utilize the backyard area! Check-in and check-out was so easy. We will keep the number to this place in case we come to visit family again!

We were in town for a family member visit at Mayo. This place was perfect for the 8 of us, with room to grill and cook together. Hopefully we don’t need to be back for Mayo but if we did this place is just perfect.

The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the parking was great, the neighborhood is quiet, we had everything we needed for our stay, check in and check out were easy and Denise was great with communication. We would gladly stay here again.

We recently spent 8 weeks in Rochester and the home fit our needs perfectly. The house is nicely furnished and the kitchen supplied with all the necessary cookware, utensils dishes etc. The location to the clinic was very convenient with shopping also nearby. Denise was quick to respond when we had any questions, the driveway was cleared after each snowfall. We would definitely stay in the home again if needed.

Cute little house. More spacious than it looked. Very clean. Code to enter didn’t work, but called the number for the property manager and was let in right away. Wished the bathrooms were bigger for our group of 9, but they were adequate and typical of a 1950’s style house. Extra room in the finished basement for air beds if needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, all we needed. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Perfect for our family with 4 kids aged 2 to 9. We enjoyed the Soldiers Field pool and the Field of Fun nearby. Nice, safe neighborhood. The house has some toys, pack and play, and high chair too.

A quiet respite during a trying time.
We stayed here while my husband was receiving radiation treatment at Mayo. The neighborhood was located near everything we could need and was quiet pleasant. Home had plenty of space for our small family and could certainly accommodate several more.
The property manager was super helpful and very prompt with communications.
Would definitely stay here or at another of this manager’s properties.

This property has lots of bedrooms to accommodate a larger family. It's in a nice neighborhood in a nice part of town. It's lacking some bells and whistles of other properties, but for the price range and location, it's an EXCELLENT value!

Great Home away from Home
I totally recommend staying here. It was very comfortable to come home to after a day at the Mayo Clinic. Even with construction, it was very convenient to the clinic. If I lived in Rochester, I would want to live in this house.

Very clean and convenient
We only stayed 1 night as a sleep spot on our way to another destination. It worked out great, check in was easy and house was ready for us. Very clean, pics and description were accurate. Very comfy beds, only suggestion would be a couple night lights in rooms or hallway. With an infant the room was pitch black and hard to get up with her in the middle of the night, or for kids who go to the bathroom in the night. We also should have grabbed our own night light though so that is not on the owners at all. Enjoyed the stay, thank you.
