Features 2 beds and full bath on main level, 2 beds and a full bath upstairs. Upstairs also has a small play space for kids. All beds are queen. Smart TV, fast Wifi! Garage Parking! Dishwasher! Private backyard. Laundry located in the basement. Hardwood floors throughout. Please Note: Stairs are steep and with narrow tread Main level bathtub is shorter than normal. **Keypad is located on the back door. Parking is in back, accessed by an alleyway. **please reference listings pictures to understand main bath knobs. Garage is for your use! Fireplace is ornamental only!!!! Do not use!!

House was very clean check in was very easy only complaint is we struggled a bit with hot water and good water pressure it kind of came and went so not sure why just two of us using water. Otherwise very nice and easy stay.

The house was very easy to find. It was so close to St Mary's Hospital. My mom and husband stayed there for a week while I recovered from an extensive surgery, and it gave them each plenty of privacy and they could essentially have their own floors. Great little find.

This was the perfect place to stay when my husband had surgery at the Mayo. It was a short walk to St. Mary's Hospital and safe and well lit. We were only allowed two visitors at a time and it made it so convenient to switch for our visits all throughout his stay. We were a party of 5 and it gave us the space we needed to spread out and not feel like we were ontop of one another. Worked out perfectly.

I rented this lovely home in order to have my husband, sister and 2 friends accompanying me be within walking distance of St. Mary's Hospital where I was having open heart surgery. The place was perfect - everyone had their own private space and the communal living room, dining room and kitchen were ideal for the 11 day stay. When I was discharged post-surgery it was an easy 0.1 mile walk back to the hospital for follow-up visits. The warm weather allowed us to sit out in the back yard - and to walk to a great food market so we didn't have to maintain a car while in Rochester. This was the perfect setting for supportive family and friends, and for healing post-surgery. I would stay here any time and highly recommend it to others.

We were in town for a cousin's wedding, with three couples and one infant (my niece) in the group. The space is a beautifully maintained older/compact style home, so my only observation to offer is that a crying baby is heard everywhere. Though the office might have worked for this in warmer weather, on our wintry weekend there wasn't much of a secluded corner to take her to. (Ear plugs worked fine for us.) Overall though, we were very impressed with the updated, quality feel of this home and all the attention to details too. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space. Thank you!
