Another good stay at a great location.

We needed a recliner for my dad and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic couldn't be more convenient. Great restauruants within walking distance, too.

We were a little surprised that housekeeping was still at pandemic frequency. We had to procure additional towels, toilet paper and coffee.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before with a better experience so we would likely stay here again.

Location. Comfortable beds.

The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room and the front desk was slow to get someone to look at it. Finally moved us but learned that first room had problems before we arrived. It never should have been given to us. Also billing and payment with booking.com was messed up.

Great place to stay in Rochester, especially if you have a medical appointment at Mayo.

Comfortable, clean and close to Mayo. The shuttle was a welcome bonus.

The parking was too limited. We were lucky to find a spot. And breakfast was not included, which would have been appreciated.

Overall a great stay. Nice place, clean, friendly and accommodating staff.

Overall the stay was great. The hotel was nice, staff was really friendly. They accommodated an early check-in which I really appreciated. The restaurant was quiet, but food was good. I also had leftovers from lunch, and needed a plate to warm it up in the microwave in my room, and the front desk associate got me a plate from the kitchen, which was nice. I had appointments at Mayo, and it was about a 17 min walk to my appointments. If you have kids it was maybe 5 blocks to a nice park and playground. I chose this hotel as I didn't want to deal with parking, so it worked out there.

Not really the hotel's fault; but I could hear the neighbors pretty loud and clear. If there was a way for me to keep the fan on with the AC full time, it would've drowned them out. But it was a bit frustrating that the guests came back to their room just as I was going to go to sleep.

We appreciated the comfortable room during a difficult time.

Location was nice with good restaurants nearby.

All of the little extras applied to the bill, like parking, taxes,etc.

The staff was very helpful and nice.

The location was perfect. Just across the street from St. Mary’s.

No Diet Coke available anywhere on the property. Not a big deal unless you’re a Diet Coke drinker.

our stay was reasonable but quality could be better

it was a good stay and close to where we needed to be

bed were to high off the floor and the staff didn’t clean our room while I was at doctors appointment at Mayo came back to dirty room with no clean towels or beds.

It was excellent - convenient, clean, with an excellent staff.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly.

The hot tub seemed to have some soap in it - perhaps it was someone's unrinsed shampoo - but there were a lot of bubbles.

Always very clean and comfortable. Convenience to St Mary hospital is wonderful.

When you stay at hotel there is a $14. A day charge to park in their parking g ramp. Outrageous price when using their facility.

I will stay here on my next visit.

The breakfast was quite good and reasonably priced. Professional and friendly staff. My room was very nice and the bed was amazingly comfortable.

The morning of my departure, October 3rd, I visited the bistro for coffee. The employee was rude and abrupt.
