The manager corrected the mistake that was made at the front desk when I first arrived.
The first person to check me in gave me the wrong room and was unwilling to change it, blaming Expedia. However, the manager became involved and resolved the issue, so we packed up and moved to the room we originally reserved.

We love Rochester! We loved all the amenities that were available, from restaurants to a breakfast bar, social events, and lounging spaces.. we loved that the hotel was brand new and very nice. The breakfast was okay too. We loved the yogurt bar! All the extra donuts.. amazing
The bed covers made you sweat.. the silky texture is not good for sleeping, and the central air was so loud.. that I wanted to check out in the middle of the night. We turned the air off the room got hot, if we kept it on we could barely sleep.

Clean,friendly and slept well
Had requested the handicap room. It wasn’t ready so they switched me to a room with no bath. So I couldn’t clean up. Left a day early and came home to clean up.
