Service was poor but food was good. Coffee bar wasn’t well tended to. Coffee ran out & supplies ran low.
Staffing during breakfast hours wasn’t adequate. Took too long to get breakfast. Coffee bar wasn’t well stocked and coffee ran out. Not a good breakfast experience.

I was there to go to Mayo Clinic, due to so many tests I never ate breakfast.
I have no complaints, I’ll stay there again.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was spotless. Linda at the front desk was great!. Shuttle service works well and the hotel is located very near the hospital. I will definitely come back.
The restaurant food could definitely have been better. That was my only complaint. The eggs (not sure if they were real) were pretty awful. I think a real full service restaurant would add a lot

There were alot of unexpected charges.
Parking and no free breakfast. Breakfast as 50.00
