Great stay.

- toilets were equipped with bidets (شطافه) I would give them five stars for that alone as an Arab. -I was worried about the bed not being comfortable based on previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Mattress is medium in firmness and was extremely comfortable to sleep in.

Room could use better lighting and additional mirrors. Not a big deal but just a suggestion :)

Great place.

My family liked the look of the rooms, we felt comfortable getting in and it made us feel at home. I liked the quick access to the room with our cellular device as well.

There was no indoor pool although we were told there was.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, we felt like we were at home Madison was amazing and she was always smiling and went out of her way for us. The service was exceptional. All our needs were exceeded, staff were knowledgeable, compassionate, and location was great. Very quiet and perfect stay. Have already planned a return stay. Thank you to The Berkman.

Beautiful apartments, excellent location, but hard to sleep due to traffic noise.

The location is perfect if you are having any procedures at the Mayo Clinic's St. Mary's Hospital, as it is right across the street. Couldn't get any more convenient than that. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for the most part. The Apartments are spacious, well decorated, well equipped, and very nice.

I specifically asked for a quiet room. We were assigned a room that overlooked a busy traffic intersection. I had booked a three night's stay, but only stayed one because it was too noisy to get any sleep. Not a good way to recover from surgery. Perhaps if we'd been given a room in a quieter location like I requested, I would have stayed longer, enjoyed the stay, and would recommend it.

beautiful building, spacious rooms and the electronic key cards were great. it was also incredibly close to St Mary’s, which is the reason we chose this property

the furniture wasn’t particularly comfortable, especially the couch

Top notch in every way.

Everything! Directly across the street from the hospital, underground heated parking, Red Cow restaurant, rooms are huge with full kitchen and washer/dryer, PET FRIENDLY, clean, wonderful staff, security.

Can’t think of one thing.

The Berkman had just what we needed!

We were visiting relatives in Rochester and rented a suite at the Berkman. The space was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. Very much like a little home rather than a hotel. We immediately felt very comfortable. There was plenty of room for my young daughter and I to relax and recharge. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were clean and modern. The key system was very modern, pairing with a phone. A key card option was also available. An 24-hour automated small store with packaged food and travel conveniences was nice to have.

This is more of a 'would be nice' rather than a 'didn't like': We would have loved if the restaurant downstairs did room service and was open earlier than 11am. However picking up the food to go worked too.

I have been coming to Mayo for the last twelve years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed.

Close to Mayo Clinic. Good value. Excellent service (Troy was very helpful). Clean.

There was a few things you should To To take care of a few minor things in the room: light in master bedroom wasn’t working and the drape in master has a ring off the rod. Also, it appears there is no light for the shower area in the master.

it was very welcoming and Chance at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful.

clean, spacious and quiet. next door to hospital so we did not need to move our vehicle from the heated garage. I would definitely recommend the Berkman to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rochester.

pool was outdoors and not accessible in winter.

For a visit to Mayo Clinic, the Bergman made the stay very nice!

The comfort, the decor, just everything was top notch! Heated parking was a bonus.

I could have been there in warmer weather to enjoy the pool area. It looked fabulous!

Best Value 1-Night Hotel Stay in a Decade or More

Literally everything else... Tons of space in room (closets, open living areas) Recreation area is excellent and impressively large Outdoor pool area was great family fun Apartment size far exceeds the average price per square foot Amenities were all functional and great quality Washer & Dryer worked great TV and remote functioned well, great quality picture & sound All kitchen appliances worked (of those we used) Shower / Bath water temperature was comfortable & continuous Concierge was friendly and informative Nearby restaurant (Canadian Honker) food quality was superb

Hard bed (minor, wife disliked, I enjoyed) Hard uncomfortable sofa (minor) Difficulty calling into reservation office (one-time tech issue) No restaurant / No Free Continental Breakfast
