Nestled in Oxnard, this charming house for $386 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Luxury home with a 40-foot dock to enjoy fun on the water with or without a boat! Just as shown in the photos this beautifully upgraded home is the perfect spot to relax in comfort. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft – sleeps 4 adults comfortably and the loft has two twin beds. The deck is perfect for enjoying fun in the sun for breakfast/lunch or sitting around the firepit in the evenings with a glass of wine. Enjoy this outdoor living space year-round. There the tranquil view of the water from the master bedroom which also offers access to the deck, and has a master bathroom. The updated kitchen is complete with just about anything you will need while away from home. There's a quaint and private courtyard entry. There is a laundry room in the house for those who may wish to do laundry while vacationing. The fabulous location offers easy access to the Channel Islands Harbor, Seabridge Marina and the Ventura Harbor. To complete the waterfront lifestyle there are two kayaks and two paddle boards. You are within minutes from the beach, shopping, restaurants, the farmer's market on Sundays, and Oxnard Park!

Very clean and spacious place for a small group. Kitchen had all amenities, spices and appliances. Owner was easy to communicate with, neighborhood is lovely as is the beach across the street. We would stay again.

Accommodations were amazing and the host was beyond friendly and approachable. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful private home with their own dock and access to kayaks and standing paddle boards!! :) Amazing time!

What an amazing property! Extremely clean, cozy, and full of every possible detail to make you feel at home. The water and was serene and the paddle boards and kayaks were so fun! Truly a retreat from the hustle and bustle of LA.

The property was really nice with two bedrooms on the main floor. There is no air conditioning, but with windows and doors being opened the condo was cool. We did visit in September so in hotter season it might be an issue. Upstairs loft bedroom is small with angled ceilings. Perfect for little ones, but much warmer upstairs. We loved the deck area and the dock with kayak and paddle boards. We went out daily on paddle boards. One downside is that you can hear the road noise from the busy road nearby, but not too bad. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We had a car rental and drove all around the area. Nice area to walk for exercise or just to see the sites. Beach is huge and you can walk on beach for miles.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. Location is always key for our vacations and this home was perfectly located for us. Oxnard Beach Park is virtually across the street and was never crowded when we were there. Having a back porch with kayaks that accesses the harbor was also huge for us. An early morning paddle through the harbor and marina is highly recommended. Lots of great photo ops. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within easy driving distance. We did day trips to Santa Barbara, Ojai, and Ventura. All easy drives. The house itself was comfortable for us with everything we needed. And being from Phoenix, we found the weather to be a welcome respite from our record breaking heat. We love Oxnard and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

You will be fortunate if you can stay here. Beautiful home, lovely and super comfortable. Tons of amenities. The location is fabulous, close the the launch point for Channel Islands National Park, short walk to the beach. It was very relaxing to have my morning coffee on the back porch.

Nice property but a little close to major streets thus traffic noise at all hours. Too many personal items in closets. A better explanation of how the tvs worked via several different remotes would be nice. Otherwise a nice experience and property.

The Rose House is a great place to stay when visiting the Channel Islands Area. All the amenities of home plus a beautiful view of the water. I rate a 5 Star and I will be back.

Our stay was great! The house had everything we needed and we loved having the extras like the paddle board and kayak. The beds were very comfortable and opening the doors on both sides of the house allowed for an incredible breeze. We loved it!

Communication with owner was wonderful. The place was amazing! Beds were super comfy, views were wonderful! Place had everything we needed with lots of personal touch’s. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and sitting around fire pit playing games in the evening. Neighborhood was quiet with some friendly neighbors and convenient parking. Perfect place for our family celebration. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice deck on the channel and nice courtyard off the kitchen, Kitchen had all that I needed but drawers were a bit cluttered. No sunset view but short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.

House is as pictured and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked and roomy for the size of the home. The plexiglass surrounding the deck was very effective in reducing the wind. The rainy weather limited or outdoor use, but plan on coming back.

We stayed at Reni's harbor house rental for Thanksgiving week. To say that the house has everything you need and is beautifully decorated is an understatement !!! We really enjoyed the kitchen because we love to prep and cook. Patio and deck perfect too!! We lit the fire pit on cool nights with wine in our glasses and COMFY BEDS TOO. THANKS RENI !!!!!YOU WERE GREAT !! AND THE HOUSE TOO. MAY BE BACK NEXT YEAR OR SOONER. There were five of us adults. 🙂🙂😎🙂🙂❤

We had a fantastic stay and loved the peacefulness of being on the water. The beach was a very short walk away and miles of white sand to walk along and see the dolphins surging and incredible waves. We will be back for sure and we feel like we found a magical new place to recharge in.

This beautiful property is in a prime location of Oxnard and it was wonderful to wake up each morning on the waterfront. The space had everything my family needed to have an absolute blast. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning and only a Fan and Heater so it can get warm for those more sensitive to heat. However, there are plenty of windows and doors to open to invite the cool outdoor breeze.

While the county was suffering under record heat ,we were enjoying the cool air at this beautiful home, we will be back, 6 adults shared the home and it was plenty of room. Reni's home is the perfect getaway on the Channel Islands Harbor. The house is spacious and very welcoming with all the things you need! It's a great location to restaurants, the beach, and points of interest! I already booked my next stay here as I want to come back as often as possible! Reni was very attentive to our needs in a timely matter. A real gem of a home to stay in.
