The location and the security of the building made us feel safe and the view from our condo was beautiful. We watch dolphins from our window one morning drinking coffee. The beach was not crowded. He’d plenty of room on the beach. Very peaceful place to stay. We would stay here again.

The heated pool and easy access to the beach were favorites. Not allowed pool toys or floats in pool, so do not bring. Nice, friendly people and very safe. Would come again😊

Property was awesome, property managers were great - we spoke to them as we drove down to discuss the weather and how Hurricane IDA would affect our stay.
Condo was clean, awesome views and updated. We love Perdido Towers and we've found a new favorite. I'm sure we'll be back before the end of the year.

Bedbugs in room
While my family enjoyed the trip to a beautiful condo, the cleanliness was shockingly short of what was expected for our stay. They don’t clean behind beds, which is exactly where I found bed bugs in my sisters room. We got no apology for it until we literally drove to the management office and communication to handle it from that point forward was extremely poor. The compensation for this ongoing issue (they are the hardest bugs in the world to rid of) was no where near acceptable. I will never stay with this company ever again.

What a View
The view through the living room floor-to-ceiling windows is fantastic. It was the reason we booked the condo. We have never stayed in Perdido Key. We usually stay on Pensacola or Navarre Beach, but when we saw the view this condo provided and the price, we felt we had to go there this year. We are an older couple who spend more time looking at the beach then we do on the beach, so views are more important to us than access. However, the access is a simple process and takes only one or two minutes from the time you step out of the condo and step onto the beach. We stayed here in early November and rarely did we wait for the elevator. Only once or twice did we ride the elevator with another party during the week we were there. The elevator door is less than three feet from the condo front door, but no one ever got on or off the eighth floor with us. The parking lot is probably ten yards from the elevator door, so we had very quick access to our car. The amount of space is incredible. The living room is huge, at least compared to our one at home. The kitchen is roomy and has the same views as the living room. The MBR is big enough and has the same floor-to-ceiling windows that the living room has. The balcony was comfortable, but not big. The washer and dryer came in real handy. We would stay in this condo again.

We WILL stay again. The property is beautiful as well as the view. The condo is inviting and comfortable. Easy access to all amenities. Setup is great, all beds very comfortable and everything was very clean. No COVID worries.

Beautiful condo
We loved lay out with the big windows in the living room, panoramic balcony view from inside. Also, the corner unit gave us side windows from the dining area as well as glass doors to balcony so we could see the river and beautiful homes one way and the gulf the other way. And the master bedroom had the same floor to ceiling windows providing that wonderful gulf view again.

Family week at Perdido
We had 2 couples, grandma and a 4 month old. Perfect location for a baby, amazing view from the condo, easy access to private pool and private beach. Not many units in this building so there is plenty of space at the pool and no packed elevators. Would definitely go back!

Ocean View in 801
We loved our stay in this unit. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks in real life. The floor to ceiling windows were amazing. The unit was very quiet and having our own private entrance was ideal. We felt like we were the only people in the entire building. My only recommendations are getting a new washer/dryer combo, especially the dryer (it was very old). And the right laundry door kept coming off track and either needs adjustment or replacement. But those two things are definitely not deal breakers for us. We LOVED this unit! Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing property. We will be returning in the future for sure.

Great location and wonderful unit.
Love this property. Only issues we had were minor The white binder with all the instructions was missing in the property. There was a little bit of trash we found when we took extra bedding out of the closet. It was also a little strange that the housekeeper showed up to clean 45 minutes before checkout. Finally, the water had to be turned off for 4 hours on 2 separate days due to a water main break. This is certainly not the owners fault but did cause us an inconvenience.
Overall we loved it and are looking into booking it again in the spring.

Great space! Great views!
Loved your beach condo! Had a bumpy start to our stay. The maids left the broken kitchen faucet laying on the counter and the floors dirty. All was repaired DURING our stay. We had a toilet overflow and flood so the sound of dryers and a shop vac filled our first day. My sister put in hours helping to dry that and run laundry or the guy would have been with us until dawn! Still. We did love the space and will likely be back. Thanks.

Overzealous security correcting adults and children alike. Hire a life guard if that’s the properties intent. Not some fellow in a yellow shirt watching from an A/C room. Really creepy in a sense.
