About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Wake up in the morning from our individually owned 5 Star, Platinum rated Seychelles 405 unit and look out and see the Panama City's famous powder white sand beach and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from our new Sealy Posturepedic pillow top king sized bed. Walk out on the 25 foot balcony from the Master Bedroom for your early morning coffee. From this low 4th floor you can watch your kids at the pool or on the beach. Enjoy the two pools as well as the hot tub directly on the beach. Once hitting the beach, check in with Coastal Parasail Beach Service to get your complimentary two lounges and umbrella, a $190.00 value (weekly rate)! You only check in the 1st day, from then on just go straight to your set-up, if you go down early it will be on the front row. This condo is one of the few floor plans on the beach that you can access the view from the Master Bedroom or the Living room. This premium floor plan also has a separate small bedroom with a double bed and twin bunk bed on top with a full bath across the hall as compared to bunks located in the hall. We have a pillow top king bed in the Master, a full sized bed in the second bedroom, plus a commercial grade queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. We are willing to accommodate six guests. The unit has all new stainless appliances as well as tile throughout, including the bedrooms. It is located right next to the elevator only one floor up from the parking walk over. The unit is tastefully decorated with three flat screen HD TV's. One in each bedroom as well as the living room. Free Wi-Fi and high speed internet service (we are one of the very few Seychelles condos that have its own WiFi radio for excellent reception), black out drapes; you will have access to two pools, sauna, and fitness room. Our unit is one of the three or four condos in the complex that has a FULL SIZE front load HE Maytag washer and dryer, not the tiny stacked unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite countertops; all you need to bring is the food. Make #seychelles405 your vacation home. Kitchen has brand new black stainless steel appliances.We also have a security camera mounted at the front door entrance to protect both the owner and the renter. Seychelles was built in 2006 and is located on the 'quiet end' of the beach within walking distance to St. Andrews Park and restaurants; Schooners, and Scampi's. The world famous Captain Andersons can be found within a quarter of a mile. All building, beach and pool access is controlled by security code. Security cameras located outside on the unit cover most all of the complex including the elevators for your safety. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * Six guest maximum (includes children all ages), less greatly preferred, - One guest must be at least 25. Please NO additional guests after asking for a quote! Additional guests will resort in forfeiting the security deposit. * Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time. * Seychelles is a no pet, non-smoking condominium. * No grills allowed on property due to fire regulations. * $250 refundable damage deposit. * All Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during peak season. * You will be dealing with the owner, not an uncaring management company. * Our HOA charges a $25.00 Parking fee per vehicle, property bands are provided fee of charge. additional guests/vehicles staying can result in possible eviction) Parking during certain times of the peak season are limited to ONE vehicle per condo. We typically try to go for penthouse or at the very least a higher floor condo. We decided to make an exception this year after having to climb 23 flights of stairs last year multiple times (completely different condo building) despite having checked over reviews and finding no complaints regarding elevators. I’m glad we decided to take that chance. While there weren’t significant elevator issues at Seychelles, we could easily take the steps for the one floor difference to get to our vehicle or vice versa if we didn’t want to wait on the elevator. We didn’t experience an excess of street/pool noise which is usually a concern for lower condos. I also worried the beach would be so over crowded because of its location, but it never felt like that. Everything on the property functioned properly and was very clean. Seychelles also still uses the wooden beach chairs, which I personally prefer. I highly suggest a stay here!

This was our first family vacation ever ( we are a family of 6). What drew me to selecting this VRBO were the numerous 5 STAR reviews that Ray had received and boy does he live up to them all. Ray's communication was thorough and so very much appreciated. He checked in on us to make sure everything went smoothly as well as gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat and activities to take part in. Waking up to those beautiful ocean views every morning felt like a dream. The convenience of being able to bounce from the two pools (and hot tub) to walking a few steps down and submerging ourselves in the ocean is an understatement. Regarding the condo layout, it was the perfect size for out family of 6 and we loved the ability to do laundry and also having 2 bathrooms. Thank you Ray, we will definitely be back to create more wonderful family memories.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Seychelles 405. The condo was beautiful, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed. View from the large balcony was absolutely amazing. Owner is extremely kind, caring and helpful during our time there. Easy access to two pools, one was heated and a hot tube. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Was my daughters senior trip. Absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for it to be any better. It was six of us had plenty of room. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Nice kitchen well equipped. Breathing taking view from the balcony with comfortable seating. It was nice and clean. My favorite thing was the dehumidifier best thing ever. Loved it !

Second time we’ve stayed here. Place was ready on time and very clean. Excellent communication with Ray. Have never been as happy with a VRBO owner as we have with him. This is great place if you want to get out of the pier park chaos. Quieter side of Panama and great for families.

Great Resort and the BEST CONDO!!!
First off Ray is amazing to work with, he was so helpful with recommendations on things to do in the area that everyone would enjoy. The CONDO was perfect for our family of 5, super clean, comfy beds, lots of space, kitchen had tons of items for cooking (if eating in). The resort is very clean and staff worked all day to keep areas extra clean! I know we will be back many more times, and this is the only Condo we will stay in because it was the BEST!!! Thank you Ray!!!

Fantastic 30th Anniversary Celebration
Beautiful view of the ocean out your living room and master bedroom sliding doors. Walking to the pool or ocean was a breeze and the provided chairs/umbrella was the perfect addition. Top notch communication with the owners was a blessing and we look forward to returning.

This condo is really amazing. The owners have done a spectacular job utilizing space and making the condo feel comfortable. The view is incredible, the beach service is amazing- but most of all, the owners are the nicest people that I have ever rented a property from. Ray went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and made our trip so amazing. We have already recommended this property to others!

Beautiful: just what the doctor ordered!
Perfect views. Clean and well kept property. 405 had everything we needed. The master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Ray was amazing. He took time away from his personal life to help us get checked in, figure out parking, and getting into coded doors. Ray was like our personal tour guide giving us the best restaurants and sites to see on the East side of PCB. Thank you Ray for sharing your home with us. Already planning next year.

Best beach vacation!
Our family loves coming to PCB and Ray’s property did not disappoint. The view was amazing. It’s on a low floor with easy access right off the elevator. We used the free beach chairs every day. Beach access is quick and easy. The bed was so comfortable. Full size washer and dryer came in handy. We didn’t want to leave and will likely book again. Highly recommend this condo!
