Located in Heber City, this attractive house for $650 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. In 10 minutes you are at Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola (Deer Valley was again voted the number one Ski Resort in the Country). You can also experience the world famous Park City which features skiing, snowboarding, sledding and tubing. Other attractions include The Canyons Skiing, Sundance Skiing, Daniels Snow Mobiling, Park City Main Street (location of the Sundance Film Festival), mountain biking, hiking, outdoor concerts, exquisite restaurants, festivals, and the famous Olympic parks. Soldier Hollow, the cross-country skiing venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics is close by. It also has sledding, tubing, golf, hot air ballooning, rafting, horseback riding. There is also a state of the art fitness center close to the house and several great restaurants and 2 big Supermarkets (Smiths and Lee's Markets). Whether you want to enjoy mountain views, a great fire, or your favorite DVD, this home has it all. The rooms are generously proportioned so everyone can spread out. There are two comfortable living rooms, and a separate library/sitting room. Several sitting areas with 5 state of the art televisions, a deck, and a large Gazebo with a Jacuzzi, which allows everyone to find a place to relax and visit with friends and family. One unique hot-spring, called 'The Crater' allows for scuba diving year around with a water temperature of 90 degrees. Also close by are two lakes, Jordenelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs, which are popular spots for fishing and water sports. Fly Fishing is also popular on Provo River. We have skied in the West for 30 years and this Heber City home has made the last 3 years the best. The owners are wonderful as they take care of everything, communicate all essential details, and keep a great kitchen in first class shape. We always feel like we are at home while away from home.

My family stayed in this house for 5 months while our home in Heber was being finished. The location was perfect.
This house is centrally located in Heber Valley so a quick drive to all the great restaurants in Midway, 2 minutes to the grocery store or Walmart, and 10 minutes to the Deer Valley (jordanelle) gondola. There is an abundance of outdoor activities in the HV year around. Too many to mention here. It is about 20 minutes to Main Street in Park City or Kimbell Junction but that could be a bit longer if PC has traffic.
The house itself is perfect for large groups. There were only 3-5 of us...our older teens(18 and 19) came for part of our time. However, we also worked from there and were able to spread out nicely. The master is on the main floor, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs in the basement. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and a hairdryer. The owners had basically a starter package of supplies---paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc. Enough for maybe a week. Also, basic spices. Multiple coffee pots-- regular and Krups. The house is also well stocked with plenty of dishes, serve ware, etc for large groups. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there easily for a group of 10. There is a laundry room with a fantastic washer and dryer. We also had full access to the garage. Driveway holds 2-4 cars depending on size. We tried not to park overnight in the street because the trashman does not like it and Heber has an ordinance from Nov to April that prevents parked cars from impeding snow removal. Since, the snow started in October this year, we stayed in the driveway. Speaking of snow removal, the owner kindly had the driveway and sidewalks cleared by a local service. This includes the small area in the back by the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was VERY clean. We enjoyed it. It sometimes was too hot so we left the cover open for a small amount of time before we got in (mostly in late summer when it was hot outside too). The neighborhood is very nice....I walked all the time, night and day. Very safe, family friendly. There is a great park with basketball, tennis, pickleball, skate park, playground and lots of grass area just down the street (walking or biking distance). Also just down the street is the Heber Valley Railroad which has tourist trains 2-3 times a day. If you have small kids or older adults in the group, they will love it. They have themed rides year around. Very popular from November through December for the Polar Express---it also sells out in September. The train does run directly behind the house but it didn't bother us at all.
All in all, I would stay here again and recommend it to others. The owners are very nice and very responsive. They clearly spent time decorating every inch of this place and thought through what a guest might need while staying there. Thank you to them for making our time during construction a little bit easier!

This was a great rental for our family get together. The coolest part was that the Heber Valley Train runs right behind the bushes of the backyard. People on the train were waving to us as it went by. The rental was clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay.

Family reunion
This was a nice property. The rooms were spread out and had bathrooms near each. Plenty of areas to gather and play games or just catch up with each other. Well kept yard and the Heber Creeper train passed by daily😊 Close to the canyon, Park city, 2 large reservoirs, and a nearby park with pickle ball, disc golf and a playground.

Perfect in every way
From the moment we walked in the front door, we were pleased. The kitchen was well stocked with every pan and utensil we could possibly need. The bedrooms were comfortable. The basement game room suited all of our needs. Air conditioning was set at a perfect temperature. We had directions for the stove, the grill and hot tub so that we could be comfortable using them. Again, a perfect stay and so enjoyable for all 16 of us. Our daughter said it best: This is so nice, we should come back every year!

Great Place for Family Reunions
The home was attractive and spacious with a nice yard and front porch. The location was great, as we wanted to be near Park City without paying the higher prices of Park City. We were very pleased with our stay here. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice near the mountains for a family reunion.

Otherwise the house was clean and comfortable and its beautiful art and nice furnishings made it feel like a home. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, crockpot, dishes, etc. Only salt and pepper, so bring your own spices, if you'll be cooking much. They had extra air mattresses there, too. The owner was very responsive to our needs--one grandson was stung by hornets and she called and got an exterminator there right away. The Heber Valley area is gorgeous. We hiked, went to Park City, went to Deer Creek Reservoir. House is centrally located. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Exactly what we needed for our annual winter ski vacation!
I have been using Vrbo for the last 15 years for many of my travel plans. These owners are definitely the best at answering questions, communicating details of their home, and sharing information about the area. There was an 8-page booklet telling us how to operate everything in the house. This home is as nice as it looks with the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever rented – excellent pots and pans large enough for big groups, lots of choices of eating and serving dishes, and a variety of glassware.

Lovely home and location
This was a lovely home. Large enough for 3 families to stay. We liked having the different levels and the kids enjoyed being downstairs. Homeowners were nice to work with. Location is great only 25 minutes from Park City. Heber is a cute little town. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay here again.

Kids off to college
We rented this house for a week to get our 2 college kids settled in their new apartments. This house had plenty of room for all of us... the drive to Provo and Orem was about 20 min. We went to Park City one day which was also a short drive. Heber City is a great town . We would rent this home again in the future. The owners are fantastic to work with and if there are any issues they are quick to get them resolved!

Great property for our family reunion.
We stayed from July 31-Aug 4 and had a great time in your home. We found it clean and spacious. Maurine was great to work with. We would refer others to this house and thank you for your help. We rode and enjoyed seeing the Heber Creeper over the back yard fence. The shade trees helped outside time for Covid-safety, and both inside and out was "Social Distancing" friendly. Played games and enjoyed the nice gazebo hot tub and nice grill.

Maureen was a pleasure to rent from
Maureen was super helpful when we had questions or concerns. The cleaning service didn't do a great job, but Maureen immediately offered to have them come back. The house was huge and perfect for multi families. We would come back.

Beautiful big home!
We loved this house and was perfect for our family of 9 plus an infant! The ONLY negative thing I could say or find is that it is not as close to park city as listed. It took us exactly 32 minutes to get to the parking lot for Park City to ski, with no traffic or weather problems and going 10 over the speed limit. In the description of the house, it stated it would only take 15-20 minutes which was a little disappointing considering we were having to share cars and make that drive multiple times a day. Everything else was as advertised and I would still give the house 5 stars, just be aware of that drive taking longer especially if you plan to ski. I had a little trouble connecting to the WiFi when we first arrived but the owners called me personally within minutes of sending an email saying I was having trouble and they were super sweet and so helpful!
