Great little house for a small family. Two of the beds were a little soft. Bathroom could use some TLC. Tub/shower needs to meet FHA standards. Appreciated the snacks and coffee bar

Property was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Charlottesville.

It's a 3/1 with fenced yard for the fur babies, which is why we chose rhis home.

We were in the area to visit Luray Caverns, Thomas Jefferson's home and Shenendoah National Park. We found this property to be perfect. It was exactly as pictured and described. We could not have thought of anything we needed that wasn't provided. The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and has a driveway parking spot and on street parking. Communication was quick and easy. When we checked in we found a variety of soft drinks, water (all cold), ice in the freezer, light snacks in a basket in the kitchen. There was a coffee maker, with coffee, a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffees available. There are so many little things available I know I am missing things. We have used VRBO more than 30 times and this location is among the best we have experienced. I rated this location 5 stars only because I could not leave a higher one.

Great place for a girls’ weekend in Charlottesville! The location was amazing, and the house was just what we needed!

Four sisters spent three nights in this quaint and tidy home. It is obvious the owners put a lot of thought and care into providing a comfortable place with everything you need. The location was great for being close to the downtown and within short drives to several historic sights. We will definitely keep this place in mind for any future trips to Charlottesville.

The home has a full kitchen with all you need to create your own meals. The location is very close to downtown and lots of great restaurants are close by. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for taking walks. For those who like to work out it the YMCA is within 10 minutes drive and you can get a day pass for only $10 per person. We are very thankful to our hosts for making sure our stay was comfortable.

This house was exactly what we needed for a two night trip with two kids (4 and 7). The rooms were a great size to sleep in and the kitchen and living space worked out well. We had a quick question for the owner during our trip and he was fast to respond. It was very helpful that there were K cups, laundry detergent, spices and some cleaning supplies to accommodate our stay. Check in was quick and easy, wi-fi worked great and the fenced in yard was a great space for our kids to get some energy out. The location was close to everything and on a quiet street.

Home was better than advertised--extremely quiet neighborhood but close to everything, comfortable and clean. All the amenities (coffee, dishes, snacks, bathroom items), guidebooks, etc. were also a wonderful perk.

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for 3 couples! We each had our own rooms and the place was such a great deal. Can’t recommend this enough for a weekend in Charlottesville! Chris was incredibly kind and responsive. We will be back!

Myself and two friends spent a few days in Charlottesville visiting breweries, wineries and fun local spots. This house was perfect for the three of us. We were a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We loved that we each had our own room and that the house was clean and nicely decorated. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier and the snacks and coffee bar were a wonderful touch! Would rebook again!

We highly recommend this lovely Locust Grove property. Communication with the property manager was prompt and they answered all our questions. The place was very clean and tidy, close to major grocery stores and there were tons of places nearby to eat. Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Charlottesville.

The house is on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood not too far from downtown. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the host provided some snacks and sodas for our stay.

Host was extremely accommodating with touches that meant a lot to us — coffee cart, Netflix, bathroom items. Very close to the downtown area, bike trails, breweries and wineries. Simple check in / out process. Would love to revisit!

My family was in town for the weekend for a wedding. Most everyone was staying in town at the hotels and since we were a family of 5 plus our furbaby, that was going to be a struggle. Chris's house was perfect, accommodating and close enough for our needs. Our fur baby felt at home while we were gone and the coffee and snacks were a sweet treat! Thank you!
