The location was close by and great for the 3 historical sites we planned to see in the area. The host was pleasant, gave us a walk through and told us about the amenities: laundry facilities, extra bathrooms downstairs, towels, blanket, shared kitchen appliances and utensils, fridge, etc all accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, nice small fridge, closet, hangers. Bathroom had toiletries provided. Easy parking in back close to entrance, key to lock the private room, secure door locks, Overall a good experience with a great price tag.
The desk was old and needed to be replaced with new or a suitcase stand. The bath mat was falling apart. The drapes/blinds did not keep the room completely dark and were not in good working condition. The mold on shower ceiling and walls should be repainted with mold resistant paint. The shower had little water pressure to remove shampoo in hair...need new shower head.
