Property was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with plenty of everything we needed for cooking. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Area was family friendly. House was close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Would've liked a TV in the master bedroom.

This was the perfect place! Steps to the beach! TK was a great host! My wife and daughter and grandkids had a great time enjoying the beach. We were on the beach from morning till night. We walked to the house for lunch to cool off. Awesome accommodations! We will definitely come back.

Great location. You can’t beat the view. The outdoor shower even has not hot water!! Property is well decorated and a good layout. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Beautiful sunrises, wonderful beach, awesome waves. House is very comfortable. Could use some better cooking pots and pans. The ones there are not sufficient for cooking a large meal and no covers for the frying pans (which you need when cooking potatoes…..) Everything thing else was great. Wonderful place to stay.

This is a very pretty house, cozy and welcoming with lots of good spaces to rest, relax, and unwind. The views are EPIC! The deck offers nice space and sunrise viewing options! Laundry room is huge and makes your stay easier and convenient! Other than the cleaning crew that could do a better job, all of my stay was AMAZING! Worries wash away in this house, memories are easily created and spirits are recharged easily with the family!!! Great GETAWAY place!!!! Will def go again…

This was a cute beach house with nice views of the beach. King bed was comfortable and even though not used, the full sized bottom bunk was a great idea. Communication with the owners was great and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this home so much last year, we came back again this year. The home is nicely decorated with lots of space for a family and is very clean. Our son loved the bunk bed and Gma appreciated the beautiful view from the large porch. The owner was great to work with and answered any questions almost immediately.

Came in town for a fishing trip, and the house was the bright side of the trip! The weather cancelled the fishing therefore we spent a lot of time at the house. The house was in a great location and a quick walk onto the beach. The patio was perfect for views, and the house was very accommodating. Would recommend!

Great 2nd row house with a partial beachfront view. Owner was very responsive to all questions and it is obvious they care for this home. Beach access is phenomenal and mostly a boardwalk (so less hot and fluffy sand as you cross the dunes). The beds were comfortable and we never ran out of hot water. The living room space was double what we saw in a house my relatives were renting up the street with plenty of seating for everyone. As mentioned by someone else, if you plan to do a lot of cooking, you might consider bringing some of your own pans. It was reported they stocked new pans just a couple months ago, but I guess they were so awesome the guests took them home! We were just here a few days so didn’t really have time to check out everything, but they do have an outdoor shower and a grill (utensils are in the kitchen). Oh, and bring your own water and a bag of ice. Not the owner’s fault the city water is not great to drink, but you’ll want to have your own. Would definitely stay here again.

It was one of the nicest property clean wise I have stayed at quite a few properties around in that area that was not as clean and the owner was very helpful dislike the mosquitoes thatl ongoing issue with everybody
