We loved the area. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, I had to clean hair out of the shower drain. The beds were not very comfortable, but we like firmer beds. The condo was very nice overall and we would stay here again.

Great place-clean, location is awesome along with the white sandy beach. Condo has all you need for a short or long stay. Advertisement is exact. Have state stayed here previously and plan on being back.

The condo was spacious, clean, and the perfect location. We had a beachfront condo with a pool. The kitchen had all the essentials needed for preparing meals. Our groceries were delivered to the condo. The bathrooms have been updated and we’re very nice. The management responded quickly to our call for parking passes. The passes were delivered within 30-45 minutes. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.

Due to parent passing away had to cut short trip to return home. No reimbursement no credit - nothing other than sorry that’s policy. Would never rent from again. Even continued sending communications after asking to stop due to situation. Never again.

The passcode needed reset 2X before we could enter the condo. There was a leak in the bedroom and carpet was wet for 4 days. Had to shop vac and deal with plumbers for 4 days while they figured out where leak was. Had to run an industrial fan for 4 days that was loud and stinky. No parking passes available for 2 days. The management was informative and helpful but not how you want half of the vacation days to go. The hot tub and heated pool were cold the first 2days. The condo building just felt unkept and not clean. Beautiful location. Large rooms and great beds. Just disappointed. Only offered 15% refund for 3 days and never a follow up.

We had 16 members in our party. 6 members of my family stayed at Belle Mer. It allowed us to be with all of our party,while giving us a place to take a break when we needed it. Our condo was a lovely vacation getaway!

Plastic on the dining room chairs, old and limited pans for cooking (so be prepared to go out to eat), limited wine glasses, etc... just not stocked well. Also required a 9am check out and no details if we could check in early.... I would NOT recommend this unit and would look for something else in this Building

Thankfully we had family that came by and we were able to yell the code to them and them unlock from the outside. It was several hours before we could get ahold of someone. Then, it was several hours later to get it fixed. The locksmith was very nice and kind. We greatly appreciated how late he worked. The young man named Dave with your company was also very nice and did as much as he could. The issue got resolved but getting a hold of someone was the problem. Emergency numbers need to be easier to find and answered promptly.

Excellent!! Pictures depict exactly as it is upon arrival. Easy check-in-check out. Overall Condo complex was nice. Condo itself was bigger than expected. Would recommend staying in this unit.

We had a wonderful time! Easy to unload and unpack car. Condo was also easily accessed from beach. Wish pool would have been heated as there was unusually high winds and cooler temps for May. Same with beach but can’t control everything 😊

As background, I travel extensively for my profession- in some years, this has exceeded 200-250 nights a year. I have stayed in many routine hotel properties as well as more bespoke rentals such as this, and I have to say: This property owner really shows a pride in ownership that I do not find common, and which I very much appreciated. My key observations:- The oceanside location and seaside view was excellent- When I travel and stay for an extended period, my family and I do 'arrival clean up' (even before COVID-19); we ensure switches, glass tops / kitchen counters, utensils, pots/pans/plates/glassware, and washrooms are clean--this unit was one of the cleanest US properties I have arrived at--and it motivated us to try to leave it as clean on departure as we found it- The kitchen is very good--I appreciate the updates to the original condominium, including deluxe countertops, very good quality appliances (including a Bosch dishwasher), and extensive cooking items many of which were very good quality- The master bathroom was upgraded with either premium limestone or a premium tile that resembled limestone, had an excellent shower, Lutron decor switches convenient for older people, and very good LED lighting- The extra blankets were welcome as we had an older family member stay for one night, and she very much appreciated them on hand- Although the building was fairly full for the holidays, we did not feel that there was much noise at all- There was one maintenance issue exterior to the unit: A door I assume was designed to support gale force winds and gave access to the elevator vestibule had a near non-working lever handle; once reported, maintenance conveniently propped the door open (the lever was impossible to release), and then the mechanism was replaced within 24 hours- very efficient, and not always (often) the level of service across condominium associations and their property manager / maintenance team- All in all, an excellent experience and I highly recommend this unit

Everything about the unit and Navarre was relaxing and enjoyable. Had rain a good bit of the time we were there but that just made for some good family time in the unit.
