About this house rental
Located in Henlopen Keys, this charming house for $488 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful home at the Grand at Canal Point, a family friendly community, has all the amenities you need to have a wonderful luxury vacation with your family/friends at the beach. From a beautiful open kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances you have everything necessary to relax to a wonderful meal on our enclosed deck with eating area. We have a wonderful great room with high ceilings and gas fireplace so even off season it can be cozy. Our beautiful bright sitting room is in great beachy decor and creates a calming experience. The main floor has ceramic tile, aside from the bedrooms with wood floors. Ceiling fans through out the house create a breezy home. Wifi througout the home as well. The home is beautiful and luxurious however relaxed enough for children to enjoy as well. Main floor; Master Suite with King size bed and large bathroom with dual shower heads and seating area on either side of the shower. Guest suite with Queen size bed and full bath with private entrance. Both Rooms have beautiful wood flooring. Second floor; 1 bedroom-Bunk beds with single on top of a full bed, 1 bedroom- King size bed with additional room attached with Queen size bed and tv. Upstairs has wall to wall carpet. There is a bathroom upstairs with bath tub. Enjoy yourself at the beach or in our quiet family development; swimming in one of the two pools, playing tennis, basketball or using the health club. Go shopping in the outlets or go on a long bike ride or short ride into town. There are so many activities to do while at Rehoboth Beach but you may just want to relax on our deck and enjoy another peaceful day at the Delaware shore. Large home with plenty of space for a big family with children. Loved the covered outdoor space and even though it wasn’t on the beach, it was very close and nearby stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again :)

very spacious house for a family vacation, more than what we expected. Loved the Neighborhood. Nice room upstairs for the kids to have time to have down time to watch shows or movies. Only problem we had was when we went to use the grill it was really dirty my husband took about 45 min to clean it out really well for us to use it. He try to have it cleaner for the next group of people that were coming in after us. But we had a great time at this house for the week. We would really recommend this place for any family to spend the week.

Overall, our experience was very good. We did have some issues with getting access to the pool and I’ll show. Also, one of the rooms upstairs was very very hot.
The house was in driving distance to the boardwalk. The best beach we found was at Gordon’s point park.

We loved this rental !!! Our grandkids wished they could move here 😁 . Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Huge living area and kitchen. Walking distance to the pool a plus. And biking trails !
All in all, a wonderful experience for our family, thank you 😊

No towels, sheets, pillow cases, toilet paper or paper towels. (Only list this as this was the first time I have ever had to bring our own, I knew ahead by reading reviews, but not listed in description)
Only 1 trash can for a solid 5 days of trash for 3 families 15 people that make most all meals at home.
Many of the pillows were very stained and old, time for new. Grill was not taken care of by past renters, was very dirty, we cleaned but the caked on grease and spills clogged holes for propane to get through so would not heat up enough.
All and all this was a beautiful property with a very gracious host that I am sure would take care of all.

I had a wonderful time, it exceeded my expectations! For checkout, had to wash all bedding which was difficult due to checkout being in the morning but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with host was great. Overall loved it!

You walk in the doorway to a bright open concept home.
Great space for family time.
We spent allot of time on the enclosed porch.
Bedrooms are spacious.
Julie was quick to reply to any questions I had.
Use of the pool(s) was a great bonus.
I would highly recommend this property/ owner.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful family vacation here. I must say that the pictures listed on the Vrbo website didn’t do the house justice, it is far more beautiful in person. Our group consisted of 3 families, totaling 11 guests and there was plenty of space for everyone. No one felt crowded. We had very good communication with the owner. The only thing that didn’t go as planned was that we had a problem with getting the key out of the lock box at the front of the house and the garbage from previous guests was not put out; but that was quickly taken care of after reaching out to the owner. Other than that, we had a great stay. Thank you Julie for everything.

Nice open concept home for our family to be together.
Great location for beach, and restaurants and walking. Safe quiet community. We enjoyed the screened porch and close proximity to the community pool. Kitchen is well equipped.

Really lovely house, has everything you need for a good beach stay. Bringing our own linens/towels was no problem and expectations were stated up front. It was very nice, no complaints!
