2 King bedrooms Hot tub Pet Friendly Riverfront Leather Recliners Fireplace Grill Waterfront home on the Little Pigeon River but just half mile from the Parkway. Come hear the birds and enjoy the rocking chairs and private hot tub. Fish for trout even from your deck. We offer a BBQ Grill, Picnic Table and large covered parking for up to 4 cars. Charming gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors and leather furniture. Enjoy Two large king master bedrooms both with their own direct bathroom access. Oversized indoor jetted tub. Cable, HBO, DVD, Net Flix and board games. Come see why we fell in love with this home and it's easy half mile distance to the Parkway. Easy drive even with winter snow. We include linens, towels and starter supplies of bath soap, paper towels, dw soap, dish soap and tp. Just bring your own shampoo and laundry soap if needed. If the home is booked we have other homes with 2 king suites or larger just half mile from this one. Decorated for Christmas right on the River!!

We really enjoyed our stay at your home! It was really convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house was really nice and the river sounds were beautiful. We would stay again!

2 person hot tub is hot and private. Dark towels provided to remove makeup. The swing in the carport will comfortably hold 500 lbs. Fireplace easy to operate. 26 minute washer setting- detergent provided. Beautiful wood floors throughout, bring warm socks/slippers. Book this place!

This was our second visit to Amy’s Waterfront Blessing and it was as clean and pleasant as before. The location is great and the quietness of the neighborhood made the visit relaxing. Also great area for walking our dog especially when the geese were around and she was just mesmerized.

We arrived to find the steps going up to the home covered in ice so my husband had to break it off before we could go up to the front door. Once we got in there was NO water. It is understandable since there had been bad weather but a huge disappointment that the home was not checked out prior to our check in since we drove 5 hours to get there. We were offered a place in Sevierville which was not where we wanted to be on our anniversary. Huge Disappointment after long drive!

We loved this property! Yes it’s in a small neighborhood, but the way it is situated it is still plenty private. Super clean as well! The hot tub was squeaky clean and it was a great spot to take in the view of the river. This place is now on our short list of places to stay in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area. Thanks for letting us enjoy your slice tranquility.

I have been coming to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg since I was 18 yrs old & I’m now 63. By far, this is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. It is a beautiful cabin on the river, very clean, great beds, full kitchen & beautifully decorated throughout. There was also a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room & fresh flowers on the bar when we arrived. I hope to be back in the spring & I will stay here anytime it’s available when I’m vacationing there. The hosts were wonderful as well.

House is in good location close to Pigeon Forge parkway but has countryside feel. Loved deck over the river. Owners reponded immediately when we had issue getting fireplace on. Very comfortable and cozy. The Simpson Game gave us hours of fun.

The description said it sleeps 6 but there were only 2 beds and a couch that didn't pull out. There also wasn't enough blankets or pillow cases.
Departure morning we decided to have something to eat a few minutes before 10am assuming the cleaners would come a little later. The beds were stripped and everything was cleaned up and were ready to walk out.
When the cleaner arrived, we tossed the food, cleaned the dishes, took out the trash and departed the property at 10:12. The owner tried to charge us for an extra day because of a 12 minute late departure. When we called to say we had left, he was very rude.
It was a disappointing experience and we would not return or recommend staying here.

We loved staying here! It is a nice neighborhood yet still close to everything making it so convenient. The river running behide the cabin is just a beautiful added bonus. The cabin was really clean other than I found a couple of pieces of dog food under the recliner. I am sure the previous pet was hiding it there. No biggie I saw it as soon as we got there and picked it up so my little 4# poodle couldn’t eat it. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again❤️❤️

We really liked the house, it was closes to everything, and we would stay there again. The only thing I would say is the owner really need to do some maintenances to the house. And have the clean service clean the floors so your socks or feet are not black.

House was nice but AC was not working. Owner offered another property that was unacceptable. House was in an undesirable location, smelled like mold and dog urine on furniture. VRBO offered a hotel but that wasn’t acceptable since we had a dog and food that needed refrigeration. We ended up contacting another company and stayed in Gatlinburg. Jeep weekend, traffic was awful.

Convenient to the parkway strip. The river was so close to the house that you could have fished off the back deck. Felt very safe & comfortable.

Everything was great after learning the key code process. Called with no delay and was in the house in seconds. The only thing I had trouble with was how to use the TV, because at home I have dish TV and just turn it on. No big deal I wasn't there for TV to begin with. We loved it and had a great time. Very nice and perfect location.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Amy's Waterfront Blessing! Property was so beautiful and just as described on the listing! Being right on the river was the best part! The location could not have been better, so close to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, yet the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet you would never know you were so close to the strip. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall the stay was very nice. I was a bit disappointed that I had to pay a cleaning fee when I felt like the cabin needed a little detail work. The furnace filter was filled with dust and the bathroom tub needed some work. Also the sofa felt cheap and broken down. Just needs a little attention for the price point . Very cute though and the river was beautiful!

The location is as advertised. It is a very quiet neighborhood just a hop skip and jump from the parkway.
If you want a close place but still restful when you come back this is it. Your car stays cool as you park under the house and out of the sun.
Two big bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Dog love the location too!

Enjoyed a quick weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge. Home is located in the heart of all the activity, right on the Little Pigeon River. We got to see it rise quickly, due to several thunderstorms. Walked the neighborhood daily with our dog who enjoyed the green spaces. Beds were comfortable and amenities provided were ample. Would look forward to visiting this area again when not so crowded and cooler.

We have been frequent visitors to the PF area for the past 20 years. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Very clean! The hot tub was AMAZING! Location is perfect! The neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet. The yard was exactly what my dog needed. I honestly can not say enough good things about this one! Highly recommend and we will be renting this one every time from now on.
