Nestled in West Beach, this lovely house for $348 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Hi, my name is Michael Moranz and I have a proven rental record. I have been renting on VRBO since 2003. I take pride in providing an excellent vacation at a great value. Unit was updated February 2023. Unit 35. This is a Great, two-story townhouse condominiums on the beach! No one above you or below you. The only 'TRUE LOW-DENSITY COMPLEX' on the Gulf! Only 40 units and 250 feet of beach front! No high rise next to you on either side. No obstructed views. Great Family Complex! No elevators to wait on! No long flights of stairs! Ocean view from EVERY room! Two balconies with metal barstool chairs. Private garage (two cars) under unit. No long walk from parking lot. The private garage is wonderful for use as a barbecue and grilling patio. Grill steaks from a newer Weber grill while watching the waves break just feet away. Every side is gulf side. Located at 723 West Beach Blvd. (182) 1/2 mile from US 59 (the 'T'). o, two story, no one above or below you... this spells PRIVACY! Something you do not have in a high rise! Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms on the second floor with a private deck off the master. Kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and a deck off the living room on the first floor. Has washer and drier in the unit. Walk out of your door into your private garage, then onto the beach 20 feet away. 1200 square feet of living space! These townhouses feel like a private home on the beach with a pool. THIS PLACE IS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN HOUSE ON THE BEACH... WITH THE POOL!!! Watch the kids play from your balcony. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private balcony. Enjoy the use of wireless internet, even on the balconies. Hotel quality linens and towels, all new! Brand New Air conditioner. Ice cold! No cheap plastic deck chairs. Ocean and beach views shown on these two pages were taken from balconies or windows in both units. Great grass field in the middle of complex to play ball with the kids. Alabama's finest beach town has been a hidden secret for families to gather for many years, where you can experience all types of entertainment, unique shopping and delicious dining. It's award winning, sugar-white sand beaches are where friends come to enjoy the clear blue water along with all the water activities that go with it. Blue ray player Stream NETFLIX, HULU, etc. (user account required)! Free Spire WIFI with high power service and extender. Toy box in garage WALK TO THE HANGOUT Security cameras are on the property common area. Cameras are for safety and security only. Only board members have access to recordings. The unit has Queen bed in the master and queen in the second bedroom. We also have a queen sleeper sofa on the first floor for extra company. . ** Adults and families only ** No student rental. ** This is a non-smoking unit. ** No pets allowed (local kennel available) **Beach service available (chair/Umb rental) THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO SPEND A WEEK AT THE BEACH! We loved our condo at Gulfside Townhomes. It was very clean and well decorated. Michael is very easy to communicate with and answers texts promptly. We loved our time there.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach just a few steps away.
Unit is outdated and kitchen is not fully stocked of normal kitchen essentials as in pots, pans no oven mitt.
Upstairs has shag carpet
One of the balcony chairs was broken and mirror on the closets door was broke.
Also bath tub/showers are very hard to get into. Tight space with glass doors on them so you are climbing around.
The townhouse community itself is nice. Will likely look for a more updated unit in same location next time.

The location is right on the beach which was nice. The pool is larger than most other condo resorts. The one thing we didn't have is a pantry in the kitchen. There was no storage for food items we brought with us. The beach is more crowded since there is public access next to the townhomes. Traffic was an issue each time we went out to eat. It would be nice if Gulf Shores had a free transit so people could go up and down the beaches and not have to get in the car every time they wanted to go somewhere.

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The property has many Pros: excellent location. You are literally just a few steps to the beach. There is a small wooden walkway with a water hose to rinse off the sand. I think it may have taken us 1-2 minutes to reach the Ocean from our condo. The pool is also just a few feet away with convenient showers to rinse off and several tables with umbrellas. The pool was very clean. There are multiple lounge chairs as well. The entire complex was very family friendly. Our children were running around from the beach to the pool (with supervision) and everyone was very nice. The unit itself is as described with a very handy washer and dryer. The refrigerator and dishwasher appear to be band new.
Cons: Our unit’s floors were not cleaned properly before our arrival. And there were a few other areas that needed a deep cleaning. Michael responded immediately and attempted to send a cleaner out- but we were at the beach. Michael did respond promptly with any questions or concerns.
Overall, we had a great experience and would book again.

We loved this property. It was close to the beach which is what we want. It wasn't the newest, but that doesn't matter to us. We want clean and on the beach. This property delivered both of those. Check in/out was simple. No issues.

We have stayed in a different townhome at Gulfside Townhomes in the past. This specific unit was so dirty when we arrived. Sand was all in the coffee table. An old candy wrapper with chocolate was left in a basket of books beside the sofa. I found a large tack in the carpet at the bottom of the master bedroom. It was a very sharp, long tack that would have hurt tremendously had someone stepped on it. There was also a lot of sand in the master bathtub.
Other than the unit not being cleaned well when we arrived, everything else was great!

If beach is your thing...this is it. Right on the beach and easy access. This condo is a single unit with parking right under for your vehicle. Note* you must climb stairs to access the unit and inside you must access bedrooms via stairs also. There were beach chairs available although we had brought our own. It was clean and stocked with a "starter" supply of what you need and there are plenty of places within walking distance or a short drive to get you what you need. Beds were clean and comfortable. I was a little dismayed about being carpeted in the main living area and bedrooms being a beach unit, but it didn't really bother us. It was plenty of room as it was just a couple but it's big enough to accomodate three couples if one of them wants to sleep on the couch. We used both balconies extensively. The complex is quiet. The pool is clean and spacious as well. The unit needs some updating but all-in-all it was a very pleasant stay.

Location was great, property was good. Cleaning service used could be upgraded. Very convenient and for sure worth the money. Only real issue was cleanliness of space. Family had a great time!

Unit is showing its age with lots of water damage to the walls and ceilings. Unit was relatively clean but the cleaning crew did the bare minimum. Lots of dust and dust bunnies on the walls and especially in the bathrooms on the light fixtures. Kitchen is tiny but functional. Coffee cups are in the small cabinet on the south wall of the kitchen. Took some time to find them.

Great location. Located on beach once you walk outside the complex. Great view. Located near downtown shopping and dining. Two separate decks to sit on and watch gulf. Owner great communication and local recommendations.

This place never disappoints
This is the second year in a row we have rented this townhome. We love the townhome, the complex, the views, and the fact the beach is literally right there. The small complex is so laid back and peaceful. We will be back year after year after year, the owner is so nice and very responsive if you ever need anything at all. You will not be disappointed renting this townhome!

Perfect for families. We have a 10yo and a 6yo. The pool is pretty big and has a deep end. The closeness to the beach is also amazing. The beach wasn't too busy. It appears that college kids use the public access next door but just set up your stuff a bit off to the right and you'll be fine.
The unit was clean. I really liked the set up with covered parking, nice size living room, bedrooms upstairs, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony on each floor.
I also appreciate that the check out procedures aren't obnoxious.
The location is nice in that it isn't too busy on the beach but it's still close to restaurants and things like putt putt.
Will definitely stay here again.
