Situated in Dennis Port, this lovely cottage for $200 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, deck, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 9 near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT SITE IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed and not be allowed into the cottage.

The lockbox, to get the door key, was a little difficcult to open and close. Other than that, our stay was excellent. Everything we could possibly want in and out of the cottage was right at our fingertips.

My daughter's 2 dogs loved your fenced backyard. The humans were quite content too. The deck is lovely and the location worked well for us. Just sorry the potential storm shortened our stay but our host was incredibly flexible and helpful. Hope to return next fall.

This property was as advertised and was perfect for us (3 adults plus one small dog). It is located in a quiet residential area, but is only 1/4 mile from Dennis Port, and about 1/2 mile from the ocean. For us, this was perfect, as both are an easy walk away.
The home has an open layout, making it seem spacious. A number of nice upgrades have been made in the bathroom, living room, and kitchen, making an older home feel quite modern. The back yard, back deck and grill expand the living area significantly.
Best thing I can say is: We have every intention of renting it again!

Well stocked with supplies, however there was very little space on shelves for our groceries and food, since there was alot of other items left in cabinets.
We had use of the fridge, but not kitchen cabinets.
There are many 'notes' on items from owners on items with instructions,
It was nice to have central air, however the mattress in the master bedroom is very soft, it would be nice to have it replaced with one with more support.
The tv the master bedroom did not work.
Also, just a note that there is a security camera at this property.
The neighborhood is quiet.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Not too big, not too small cape on a very quiet street that is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The fenced-in yard was probably the best part though. Our puppy had the time of her life

This cute cottage fit the bill perfectly for our family of three plus doggo. Chris's write-ups were spot-on, there was lots of info available inside the cottage, the place was neat as a pin, and the location was an ideal jumping-off point for adventures, whether walking or driving. I spent the weekend on Cape Cod during a frigid weather storm. Temperatures were below zero and 40mph winds. The house was perfect for a comfortable peaceful weekend. It was clean and in a good location. The furniture was comfortable and the shower had wonderfully hot water. The yard was fenced and quite big for my four legged friend. Christine, the owner, was responsive and easily available.

We stayed for few days and enjoyed very much. The house was very clean and had everything you need. The backyard with the fance was a plus for our dog. The beach was not to far nice walk. Very nice and quiet neighborhod. I’ll like to rent it again on summer break. The host was very nice polite and responded very quick. Thank you!

A sweet cottage that accommodates 3- 4 comfortably. The location is great, mid Cape, for touring. Chris is a responsive owner who will answer any questions in a timely manner. The kitchen is a bit small, but the new counter area and stools adds additional seating. We had a great time on the Cape, and a nice and reasonable place to stay.

What a pleasure to rent here! Not only was the cottage incredibly clean, but we wanted for nothing (outside of doing our own grocery shopping!). The kitchen had plenty of supplies, the rooms were neat and tidy, and the bathroom was recently renovated and spotless. The gas grill, patio, smart tv, Wi-Fi, fenced in yard, and outdoor shower were major bonuses. The AC units and fan positioned in the living room kept us plenty comfortable. The cottage’s location was perfect to travel west, north or east and not have to be in the car very long. There was a playground and multiple food establishments all within walking distance. I can barely criticize a summer home for having a few ants in the kitchen (those little tiny ones that sneak their way in, couldn’t even find where they entered from) but I guess you can call that a con. My family had such a wonderful time at this adorable little home, I can’t wait to book again!
