Casa Alto Mar has a fantastic sea view from the south-facing spacious terrace which overlooks the private pool and garden, it has a table and chairs for 8 people and together with the purpose built BBQ it provides the perfect setting for outside dining, there is an outdoor drinks fridge so you don't even have to leave the terrace for that refreshing glass of wine!! There is a lockable gate between the house and the pool so you can relax with children. Pool Heating is available at an extra cost (£20 per night) The first floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen and a lounge/diner which comprises of a wood burning stove (for winter lets), table and chairs, 2 comfortable sofa’s, TV (with English channels), DVD player and a great selection of books, a selection of board game and free wireless internet access. There is one Double Bedroom and two Twin Bedrooms on the 1st floor, along with two good sized bathrooms, the 2nd Double Bedroom is en-suite and is located on the ground floor, there are tea/coffee making facilities in this room. Alto Mar has secure off-street parking and is in easy driving distance to local supermarkets and a number of beautiful beaches and golf courses around the area. There is a wood burning stove which makes it very cosy in the cooler months. The terrace is south facing and sheltered and there is plenty of room for a couple of sun loungers so you can make the most of the sunshine all day.
