Situated in Grey Highlands, this attractive house for $260 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath chalet is located in the Rivergrass community and is only a short walk to the village. The chalet can accommodate 6 guests in total comfort, 8 upon approval. It is our home away from home and we want to welcome your family to enjoy it as much as we do. The entire chalet has been renovated with new flooring, quartz countertops, updated kitchen cabinets, fresh paint, and new furniture throughout. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor – a queen size bedroom and two single beds in the other. The 2nd floor master suite with king size bed, and spectacular views, includes an ensuite bath designed for complete relaxation. My condo sleeps 6 people in beds but I cater to families and can sleep 8 if two or more guests are children. I have a Baby Bjorn sleep bed available for use or you can bring an air mattress/pad. Alternative kids sleep options can be set up in the Master Suite without feeling tight, their is ample space. Our chalet offers all you need for a memorable getaway - · gas fireplace in the living room · private balcony off the living room · new flat screen smart T.V.’s (no regular cable) · high speed internet · washer/dryer · fully equipped kitchen · dishwasher · access to hot tub year round · access to swimming pool in summer (pool opens June 2022) · air conditioning in summer · amazing view of Blue Mountain from Master bedroom · bed linens, towels and basic toiletries are included (toilet paper, hand soap etc.) · a very short walk to the village, (5 mins) lift lines, restaurants, bars, shops, and a huge variety of outdoor activities. · Complimentary shuttle from chalet to the ski hill We are looking for mature, responsible renters who will enjoy our chalet to the fullest. (All guests must be 26 years of age or older. Mature families over this age are welcome) We look forward to hearing from you…..a whole lot of fun awaits!!!

It is a big house enough for my big family. It's comfortable and warm. It's perfect to have shampoo and shower gel in bathroom，as well as have oil and salt in the kitchen.

Condo was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for my family(5 adults/2 kids). Everything we needed was there. It was the first time I have ever booked a condo and it was great. Will definitely book again for our next family holiday. Would highly recommend this location to anyone that asks. Thanks for making our holiday memorable

The information given by Melissa helped make our stay stress free. It specified everything we needed to know from where items were located, how to use electronics, and the easy to follow rules of the rental and the complex. (Just a small note: it may be time to replenish the teaspoons.)

The property was perfect for our girls’ weekend. The unit was clean, spacious and bright. The beds were very comfortable. Melissa is a very responsive host. She ensured a coffee maker was brought to the site before our stay and when we arrived a brand new coffee maker was waiting for us. The hot tub was spacious and easy to access from the unit. The one recommendation I could make for the property would be to add mirrors in the bedrooms. Thank you for a perfect weekend getaway!

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Large enough to comfortably accommodate my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids. Well appointed with a good sized living and dining area, really good sized bedrooms and a big master suite. Location just a couple of hundred yards from the village was perfect. Looking forward to my next stay there.

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay before the Christmas holidays at this property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. It was very comfortable and cozy, which helped us rest and relax. My kids really enjoyed all of the toys that were available to play with. It is located a short walk from the village and the mountain so we went over many times during weekend to enjoy the shopping. Christmas lights and many activities. The owners were very responsive and were very helpful when we forgot a bag after check out and had to return to pick it up!

Great extended stay in this lovely spacious condo. One minute walk to the pool and a short easy walk to the village. Enjoyed many restful sleeps in the comfortable beds and many homemade meals in the full kitchen. Owner is a phone call or email away.

This was our second time staying at this lovely property, but hopefully not the last. Melissa responded immediately to an issue we had with one of the blinds and, within an hour, she had sent someone to fix it. The location is great and it is beautifully furnished. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a great weekend getaway with friends. Space was large, clean and comfortable. Loved being walking distance from the Village and hill.

This was our first family ski holiday. The condo had lots of room, clean and everything we needed after a busy day skiing. There was a ton of activities in the area including outdoor skating, tubing and we used the hot tub. We made all of our meals and the kitchen provided us with everything we needed. Hoping to make this an annual stay. The host were accessible and answered us when we had a couple of questions.

Very quick and easy communications with owner re booking and check-in processes; our single query afterwards was responded to & resolved immediately. Our group of 3 seniors loved the super-clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped home. The beds were extremely comfortable; the bathroom towels were plentiful, thick and soft! Parking in front was most convenient. Snow removal was a timely, smooth process. Due to Covid restrictions, restaurants in the Village were reduced to online orders with pick-up/delivery; some had limited outside seating (mostly covered, heated); shops admitted only a limited number of masked only customers. Proximity to the Village - 5-10 minute walk, and to Collingwood’s extensive amenities - 10-15 minute drive. Ski runs were open and ‘comfortably’ busy. Wonderful property, welcoming host, beautiful surroundings - we will definitely be returning!

Lovely condo, modern and spacious. Close to the village. Easy check in. One star off for not being clean upon arrival, however, this was quickly rectified by Melissa who was easy to get a hold of and had the unit cleaned asap.
