Situated in Campbell River, this lovely villa for $239 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to our Villa!~ Enjoy our open, modern living space with high end commercial style appliances and west coast furnishings. Brand new in 2016, this suite is sure to impress with everything you need for a relaxing island beach or ski vacation. Some features include: - Private, separate driveway - Master bedroom has luxurious king sized bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress - Suite has old growth wood accents throughout - Enjoy BBQing on beautiful deck while looking at the view - Clear cedar ceilings - Gas fireplace - Flat screen Smart TVs in both living room and bedroom - Fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with high end commercial style appliances, quartz counter-tops and eating bar. - Pull out Leather Sofa is brand new, exceptionally comfortable and sleeps 2 - Our main home and Villa are on the property. Sandy Beach access is just down the Pathway. (About a 1 minute walk from Villa) - Firepit at beach - Use of Kayaks/Lifevests - 6 person Hot Tub Our guest's have access to a private sandy beach, fire-pit, Hot Tub, grassy backyard area for lawn games and use of kayaks (2). World Renown resorts walking distance away for meals/nightlife. Please also note: Our main home is also located on the property. It is separate from you and does not impact your complete privacy. To access the beach, you come out of the villa, come down the driveway past our main home, follow the hedges until you reach the stairway. Approx. a 1 minute walk from your front door.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Spotlessly clean, nice and new, comfortable couches, great deck and bbq and kitchen appliances. Bed is comfy with high end bedding. Love the view (although you have to be taller to see out the high window) and we enjoyed the private beach, although the sunshine window is limited at this time of year. The hot tub is a great bonus - used it lots! Best of all, the villa was probably the quietest place we've ever stayed at! No traffic, people, or animal noises whatsoever. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I had such a great time. It was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed and the bathroom was beautiful with so many towels and everything we needed. The hot tub was awesome and super relaxing. Bed is incredibly comfortable too, we had a very good rest. So convenient to have laundry right there for after the hot tub. The views were great and the wine bottle provided was very appreciated. Thanks so much for a relaxing getaway!

The nicest property owners we've met. The place was beautifully designed and decorated, quiet and peaceful. The beach was a pleasant place to sit for a good water view and whale watching; having kayaks available was a real bonus.

The villa had a well equipped kitchen. The modern build and beach decor was really nice. The deck was spacious. We didn’t use the bbq but we cleaned it(rust). The pictures and description of the property were deceiving; gave the impression of a yard and beach front which not the case. I was aware of a trail to the beach that wasn’t too bad as long as you were cautious. There were 2 other families on the beach which was fine, not sure where they were staying. The amenities said it was kid friendly with a high chair and play pen. There was no play pen and there is a flight of stairs that we had to block the off while our granddaughter visited.
We booked through VRBO which was easy, but they have an average rate per night which is was way off for high season, not the property owners fault as the same thing with the previous property we stayed at.

Such a pleasant experience. The beach was beautiful and an amazing place to view the local wildlife and marine life. So close to amenities as well. The owners are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Fabulous place for a couple on a romantic getaway. We were four people and found it a bit small for us, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location close to town, nearby trails and attractions although you really only need the private beach on property. You could spend all your time there! Hosts are super attentive and responsive, unit is very clean and very well stocked.

The unit is beautiful new construction, sparkling clean, smells great, stocked with towels, has comfy furniture and gorgeous views. Hot tub was wonderful. Owners were very warm, responsive & welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Just fyi: The unit is built behind the owner’s home, so you have to walk down the side of their property to get to the water, so you aren’t directly on the water and views are obstructed (I kinda expected that we might not be directly on the water with the price). My only suggestion for improvement would be railings down the whole walkway to the water…there are some, but the grass was slick and steep, which made us a bit nervous with our kids. I definitely recommend the delicious breakfast at the near by Dolphins resort and make a res for dinner. We had a great spring break trip and would definitely stay again!

During our 5 days winter stay, we really enjoyed this beautiful modern Villa with ocean views, with day trips up to the ski hill and great hikes to the many stunning Strathcona park waterfalls.
We will definitely come back.

Beautifully constructed, well appointed, and great location. The hosts were quite personable. We truly enjoyed and relaxed at this guest suite. It was a great spot for exploring the area and coming back to a quiet, comfortable spot.

Hot tub, kayaks, and beach!
This place is wonderful. It is very new and high end. Everything you could want is there -- so thoughtful. The bedroom bed is comfy, the kitchen is terrific. There is a view out to the ocean and a great deck with BBQ. Parking is right next to the unit. Contact with the owners was excellent. Really perfect for a couple, and extremely quiet. It is about 10 minutes outside town so you'll need a car, but we'd stay here again in a heartbeat. One of our favourites ever.

Beautiful beach weekend
Spacious living area and kitchen. Absolutely stunning scenery at the beach and always something to watch for with the sea planes and tugboats passing by. A very relaxing weekend spent here. The weather was absolutely perfect for us to enjoy the beach and in the afternoon it even had a shaded area which was great.

Quiet getaway
We had a great little get-a-way. The weather was not great but we did enjoy a bike ride. The property was exceptional, fully equipped, clean and modern. We barbecued on the deck, a walk on the beach right in front of the property and enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. Highly recommend .
