About this house rental
Nestled in Sunriver, this lovely house for $343 per night is a great choice for your next break. For a memorable vacation in Sunriver, look no further than this beautiful home. This home features stunning panoramic views of Sun and Deschutes River, The Meadow and Mt. Bachelor. The Sun River runs just behind the large back yard, which includes a private hot tub. This reversed living home offers air conditioning, a great room with gas fireplace, large wrap around kitchen, dining area, high ceilings with open beams which create a warm welcoming environment on the main floor. This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home features plenty of space for large family gatherings. The upper level includes a huge, well stocked, kitchen and open great room with access to the large deck through 2 sliding doors; the master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with jetted tub and shower, walk in closet and sliding door onto the deck; a bedroom with a queen bed; additional full bathroom with shower and laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower level features a second family room for everyone to gather with access to the lower back deck, backyard and hot tub; a bunk room with 2 twin and 2 queen beds; a bedroom with king bed and walk in closet; 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combo; a mudroom and access to the large 3 car garage. The home has a high chair and 2 pack and play for children. There is a ping pong table located in the garage. WIFI is also available. The bathrooms include hand soap, body wash and shampoo. Outside, a large upper deck has plenty of room for relaxing in the sunshine, and enjoying the amazing views of the Sun River, Deschutes River, Mt Bachelor and the Meadow. On the deck you will find a gas BBQ for your grilling pleasure, large table with umbrella that seats 6-8, and several lounge chairs. Outside on the lower level a private hot tub is a perfect place to sit and relax. We offer 6 adult beach cruiser bikes and 2 child bikes with helmets for guest use. There are two coolers in the garage. The house is situated on an expansive private lot that backs up to the Sun River. Guests of this home will enjoy the serenity and views of Sun River, The Deschutes River, The Meadow and Mt Bachelor as well as a private setting to enjoy nature. In the winter months guests can snow shoe and cross county ski out the back door. Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC) passes are included with rental. There are 10 passes included with the rental, which include unlimited access to SHARC aquatics, tennis and pickle ball reservations, tubing hill and the SROA boat launch. Community facilities include Sunriver Village with restaurants, shops, bike rentals, nature center, horseback riding, aquatic center, spas, parks and more. There were ten of us that stayed in this home and everyone said it was one of our favorite rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The layout is great for multiple families, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine, comfortable beds, very clean and the location is perfect! We made use of the spa, bikes that they provided and the SHARC passes that came with the home. It was comfortable and inviting and the views were absolutely incredible. The hosts were great to work with and super responsive when we had general questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

we loved the house. The weather was chilly and rainy especially in the morning so the firer place was put to good use. The kitchen was large and stocked with every possible kitchen tool you would need plus a large pantry and two refrigerators. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom...bikes were used and ping pong was played and games were enjoyed at night would certainly rent again.

We rented this property because it allowed us to bring our dog and a family members dog. However, the property was beautiful and the morning view over the river, marsh, and mountains was amazing.

What a gem! The house itself was great and felt very well outfitted with a lot of nice extra touches. The view was amazing and the location led itself to exploring the more wild locations of Sun River but was also close to Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. Great place, we will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our adult children and our granddaughter. Your home was the perfect location. Everyone had plenty of space and the shared family space accommodated our meals, movie watching, games, and toddler time. We cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen, rode bikes, and enjoyed time at the SHARC. We look forward to coming again.

Our family travels to Bend each year and this year we decided to stay in Sunriver since we now have a 3 year old granddaughter and there’s so much to do here. We used the sharc passes provided for the water park and had a blast. We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The house is everything we could have asked for and more. Overall, this property location was a lovely stay for the whole family. The home is quite spacious and has stunning backyard views. We experienced some smoke from a fire within the surrounding area which was a bummer; however, completely out of anyone's control. There are a few takeaways from both, myself and those staying with me that, should the owners take into account, would really make for all the better of an experience...
1. There were cigarette butts scattered all around the front yard/driveway -- we had two littles (4 & 6 y.o.) -- this is a potential danger if staying with children and just a "no-no" in terms of littering -- would have appreciated this being picked up prior to our stay...
2. The bedding in the upstairs guest bedroom appeared to be dirty/stained (??)
3. The WiFi connection is somewhat weak/unstable -- this made it difficult to watch/stream videos in the main living room and downstairs living room
4. The upstairs main and guest bedroom tvs were inoperable (no signal to watch either basic cable or streaming services)
5. There are lots of bikes available though, many needed basic maintenance (loose handlebars, child bike seat attachment hard to properly fashion -- no access or availability to simple tools such as an allen-wrench set)
6. The spa covering is in need of replacing -- quite difficult to operate without two or more people
7. Back right stovetop burner was extremely difficult to turn off -- this is a potential fire hazard and danger for burns

We loved staying at this home with all our adult kids, spouses and one toddler and one baby. The house is very well set up for large families with plenty of space and kitchen very will stocked with all types of cooking essentials. I brought a few things with me but did not need them. We were there for a family reunion so needed to make a few speciality dishes for the main dinner. I gave the owner some feedback on some things that needed cleaning. They were very wonderful to work with. The AC was not quite working as it should but we were happy to have what we could with the heat they are having now. The problem with opening windows at night was the mosquitos are so bad right now. Being right on that river that is quite swampy right now the mosquitos are bad. They sneak in any crack you have with the sceens . We all had several bites everywhere. So that was a bit tough. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the owners trust in us to take care of their home. Sunriver is a special place for us with wonderful memories.

The location of this house is amazing! Directly in front of a small lake and near the river. Incredible views of the mountains and some of the best mountain sunsets we’ve ever seen. House is full of wonderful extras the kids loved (board games, bikes, basketballs, etc). Perfect family vacation. Felt like we were in a time capsule to a bygone era in the 1950s. Amazing!

I am travelling a lot and have experienced tens of vacation houses. This one was the best of all. Everything was perfect - modern, spacious, ultraclean, great location, free bikes, This is the first flat 5 grade I ever gave.

What an amazing place! Beautiful home with absolutely amazing views! The Elk came in during the day which make the jacuzzi soak even more amazing. Great neighborhood with all the amenities you could ask for!

This is our second year at this house. Great location in a beautiful setting. House is well stocked with everything you need. Only thing the house needs is a few more towels. Perfect setup for two families with kids. Love the hot tub. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
