About this house rental
Nestled in Sunriver, this lovely house for $366 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. For my winter guests: The dog is welcome and I had a covered dog/bike enclosure built so you can take Fido out without having to go in the snow. This is a great house for bringing the whole family-Grandparents, Moms & Dads, Kids, the nieces & nephews, or just a bunch of girlfriends or ski buddies. Even the dog can come on vacation. How cool is that! The house is well suited for multi families or multi generations. Bring friends, bring Gran & Gramps, hey-even bring people you don't like-you'll like them better after staying here! Everything from watching a movie or two (yep, even two at a time) on the TV's or sit in the gaming chair and play your video games, unless you prefer competitive Foosball. The choices are yours and not everyone has to make the same choice! Plenty of things to do and different rooms to do them in. A Roku box and Chromecast are available on most TVs. This home was remodeled in a combination of Frank Lloyd Wright and the Cascades. Wood and warm tones are throughout the house. The stone work on the front of the house is echoed in the tile downstairs. This is an easy house to enjoy. Calm, clean but not fussy. When remodeling this home my main goal was, that if in 20 years from now someone said "my family had this get together when I was a kid and we had so much fun" then it was all worth it! I want families and friends to spend time together, enjoying each others company. The house was designed for multi-generations or multi-families. It has plenty of room for family gatherings, but also has enough privacy for some personal quiet time. The downstairs is more formal and the upstairs is where the action is; Foosball, TVs, mini kitchen, you may not go downstairs for a week, well maybe to jump in the hot tub! You may not see them till you leave! The wrap around deck has plenty of room for outdoor parties or just reading a book in the sun. The hot tub is pre-set to 99-101 degrees F by the hot tub company, is maintained weekly or between guests as needed and should be ready upon arrival. Please keep the cover closed when not in use. Please, NO glass around the hot tub, there are plastic glasses and dining ware for outdoor use. Hot tub is to be used at guest’s discretion and personal risk. The downstairs is more formal and has a 70" TV. The whole family can fit at the dining table which can seat 10 and fit a few more in with the side table. The kitchen is fully stocked with matching plates, silverware and serving pieces. You won't be embarrassed setting a table for that special meal. The bar area is ready for your aperitifs or just sodas. The downstairs is wheelchair friendly with a small portable ramp available to go over the step up to the living room. The wet bar area is wheelchair friendly with a sink and mini refrigerator. The master bath is large and open. The tub is just right for a relaxing soak after a long day of fun. The doors are 36' wide, the shower has a low threshold and there is a grab bar near the commode. One of the vanities has a place to sit while getting ready for the day. This house sleeps 12. The owner, property managers, Sunriver HOA and the neighbors are very strict on this. Per Sunriver regulations, No Parking On The Street or RV Parking in Sunriver. The home has a 2 car garage and can fit up to 4 more cars in the driveway. Mt Bachelor is an easy 23 mile drive from our door. Or you can Nordic ski right here on the bike paths. For summertime fun there are at least 2 adult bikes, and often times up to 4 adult and 2 kids bikes. Bikes are professionally maintained at the beginning of summer. If you experience a flat tire or other malfunction please take the bike to Village Bike and have it repaired so it will be ready for the next guest. Bicycles are to be used at guest’s discretion and personal risk. This property is managed onsite by Cascara Vacation Rentals to give you great service during your stay. They will contact you prior to your stay and text you as soon as the house is ready and give you your own access code. No more keys! Golf is available at both of our championship courses. Call the Sunriver Resort to ask about reciprocal privileges. Professional tennis tournaments are held in Sunriver also.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful and well-stocked home for our family reunion. We spent mornings and evenings visiting on the expansive deck as well as having fun on the trails and river. What a lovely place to share with family!

This place is AMAZING! Perfect in every way. Fully equipped for cooking for a large family and so thoughtful with "forgotten" items. Very convenient for our frequent bike rides. We will absolutely try to book this home next time we get to go to Sunriver. I've stayed in many homes in Sunriver and this is "hands down" the best - all others pale in comparison! Thank you, thank you, thank you. The only thing missing was a guest book for me to write a personal note to the owners.

House provided ample room for the 8 of us. Would have given 5 stars, but the lack of AC created some sleepless nights. Other issue was an upstairs bed’s mattress, and the linen needs a refresh.
Other than that, the house is perfect. A couple issues were dealt with extremely quickly by Cascara Rentals, which was appreciated.

Overall it was a wonderful stay. Great rooms with comfy beds, beautiful outdoor patio/chairs/hot tub/bbq (though BBQ needed cleaning in order to safely use). Host was responsive. Everything is close to this location and having bikes in the garage for us to use was a big perk - we loved exploring all the trails. We Love Sunriver!

Overall a nice place to stay. However, dishwasher needs to be replaced, it did not work. Pots and pans are scratched and in poor condition. Mattresses are uncomfortable, basically broken down.

Loved this house!
My family and I have been coming to Sunriver for over 30 years and this house has been one of our favorite stays in recent years! So much space and extra amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There are two outdoor living spaces and the hot tub is HUGE! We enjoyed the two family-room type spaces in the house as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I can't recommend this house enough!

The house was beautiful. stocked to perfection with anything needed or wished for. Fortunately not too hot during our visit. No AC but plenty of fans. Wished for SHARC passes as we accessed the river multiple times and had young teenagers. Lovely, quiet location.

Amazing home in a quite spot
We had such a great time both in the home and of course enjoying Sun River. This home is incredibly well stocked! Next time we won't pack nearly as much stuff as it is all there waiting for you :) I was most surprised at how cool the house stayed for a hot summer week, just perfect.

We had a great time on spring break at this house. We have rented houses in Sunriver every year for the past five years and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed at. This house is stocked with all the little necessities that you might need or want. Dishes, tools, puzzles, games, high chairs, they even had a pack-and-play. My kids loved the bunk beds, foosball table and bicycles. The house is only about a 5 min bike ride on the trails to the village. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely rent here again!

Wonderful rental house
We had a great time on spring break at this house. We have rented houses in Sunriver every year for the past five years and this was by far the nicest house we have stayed at. Cozy, comfortable and convenient!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of space of for everyone. We were able to spread out when needed to. The living room has a very cozy vibe. There are 2 great outdoor, deck spaces to enjoy! The hot tub was a huge hit! The amenities were more than we expected! Fully stocked kitchen, tons of items for babies, bikes to ride, clothes to borrow. They are very thoughtful to the guests that stay in their home. Would highly recommend this home and plan on coming back!

Amazing house, great location, a couple issues
In summary: We loved the house and the location. We kept saying we wished we could buy the house.
Pros: House layout, location, kitchen (fully stocked), room layout. We loved the deck and hot tub.
Cons: It was hot, which is fine, it's sunriver, but in order to cool the house down at night, you need to put fans in the windows and sliding doors. The problem was, in two of the sliding doors, there weren't screens! So you couldn't cool the house down. I would give this a pass, like if the previous occupants broke them, but i specifically saw a previous guest mention it in a review and the owner comment they would fix it.
Also the shower in the downstairs master did not turn on. Very annoying, but we didn't want to have maintenance come during our stay so we made due.
My biggest complaint is that SHARC passes were not included (only two, but our group was a group of 8). It's insane to me that a Sunriver house in the summertime would not include SHARC passes. I didn't realize this when booking, honestly I didn't know I needed to make sure they were included as I assumed ALL houses included them. This was HUGELY disappointing. Once I realized it, the owner seemed willing to work with me, but at that point other houses were all sold out. I understand "covid" as the excuse for everything, but SHARC was open and coming with 4 kids it was one of the main reasons we came to Sunriver. Hugely disappointing.
All in all, would stay here again if SHARC passes were included AND some of the things in the house were fixed. Honestly, we want to buy this house if it ever comes up for sale. We really did love it that much!

Perfect for a family reunion
The property fit our needs well -as a family reunion, there was ample to occupy everyone's needs -bike riding, hiking, hot tube, river floats and rafting. The temperature in the high desert is hot during the day and cool at night, the fact that there is no AC was troublesome the first night until we mastered how to cool down the house quickly. Opened windows with box fans placed on the ledges, cooled down the house well. The property management company was quick to deliver extra towels and look at the dishwasher that needs a minor repair. Our favorite part of the property is the dual outdoor decks with the hot tube sandwiched between - awesome!

Stayed here with our family of 4, 2 kids 2 adults. Everyone had a great time, and the house was lovely with lots of space to spread out. Lots of small touches like a high chair and baby gate made it extra accommodating for our baby.
