Welcome to Juniper 18! - 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms - Air Conditioning, Gas Fireplace - Private Hot Tub - Ping Pong, Foosball, Bikes - Dog Friendly *House backs up to active railroad (trains rarely blow their whistle and average 2-4 trips passes per day) This fabulous Sunriver vacation rental home is conveniently situated along a paved pathway between the shops and restaurants in the Village at Sunriver and the fun at Fort Rock Park - perfect for families of all ages to get out and explore everything this area has to offer. With over 2,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, 4 bedrooms (including 2 ensuites), plus a bonus family room, 18 Juniper will comfortably accommodate up to 12 of your closest family and friends. The main floor features an open-concept floor plan; the living room with ample seating, a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings opens first onto the large, wood slab dining table with seats for 10, then onto the well-equipped kitchen. With hardwood floors, tiled countertops, stainless appliances, and a gas range, meal-prep is a breeze. Step through the sliding glass doors off the dining area onto the back deck to lounge in the sun, grill on the gas BBQ and dine under the stars! The private hot tub will be ready and waiting for your enjoyment. A large ensuite bedroom with a King bed, en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV and convenient access to the hot tub is also found on this level. Head upstairs to find a fun bonus family room, upper deck, 2nd ensuite and 2 guest bedrooms. The upstairs ensuite features a King bed and attached bathroom. One of the guest rooms has a custom lodgepole Queen-over-Queen Bunk, and the other has a Twin-over-Full Bunk - these two rooms share a full bathroom, located in the hallway. The family room doubles as a 5th sleeping area/game room with its own flat-screen TV and foosball table and sleeper sofa that rolls out into a bed. Aside from comfortable accommodations, the "extra" amenities at 18 Juniper will not disappoint! Challenge the group to a game on the Wii console or at the ping pong table in the garage. Two pack-n-plays and two high chair seats are available for the little ones. When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 3 adult bikes standing ready. Choose your adventure - the tennis courts and playground at Fort Rock Park, acres of green fairways at the 2 award-winning Sunriver golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of 18 Juniper Lane. Very nice place. Very cold when we got there, heated it up fast.The Hot water is very HOT you could almost scaled yourselve . Otherwise Great!

We have stayed at this property before and we love it. It’s has rustic charm and lots of fun. The home has everything you need for large groups and it’s an easy bike ride to the village or lodge. Having the deck gated was a bonus as we were traveling with our dog. Hopefully, we will be back next year.

Loved the double masters and double bunk, two TV rooms. Great customer service. Located close to the Village. Couch is a bit too squishy, could use an update in the future. No issues with train noise/proximity to track.

If you’re looking for a home that is fully equipped with all things kids ( baby- teens) this is the house. Pack-n- Play, highchair to bikes and a fossball table. Movies, games, toys, books, hot tub, stair gates, fully enclosed deck. Will be booking again.

Had a good time with family here. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, meal prep, and serving items that you need. Its recommended to bring your own media streaming device and gaming console as the offerings in the house are a bit dated and inconsistent in each room. Cable in the loft area didn't work one night and while the management team is responsive to any issues, that doesn't help get the issue resolved immediately in hours outside of business hours. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, bikes, and corn hole equipment. The house is located close to a fairly busy road and a train was audible most of the nights we were there. For my taste, I would like to live a bit more unplugged from civilization during vacation so I will very likely look for a house elsewhere next time.

Amazing home for all ages
We had an amazing time at this home! The house was clean, communication was super quick and they were very accommodating. Location is close to the SHARC and the village. Plenty of good bikes to use, and plenty of games/toys for kids and adults of all ages. We would love to stay here again!

This house was so well stocked! We greatly appreciated it, we brought with us our friends who had never been to Sunriver and staying in such a great place made their first trip extra enjoyable.

This was an excellent property, exactly as advertised. Conveniently located close to Sunriver Village center. Well stocked with bikes, games etc. Extremely comfortable rooms. Nice deck with Hot Tub in a separate private enclosure. Will recommend to anyone interested.

The house was great. Great location and very clean and comfortable. We had kids ranging from 7-13 and they loved all of the bikes, the ping pong table and the foosball table. The house was all that we were looking for and would recommend it for anyone. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great location, near road but you couldn’t hear the cars at night. This house comfortably slept 10. The house was well equipped for dogs, babies and toddlers.

Well taken care of, all needs met!
Great house! We had a group of 9 adult women for a mom’s trip away. We were comfortable, everything was clean, and our needs were met with what was on hand at the house. Great access to biking trails. Quiet and private. We’re all mom’s and noticed they had everything we would need if we brought kids too!

We felt like we were on vacation, but with all the comforts of home in this lovely house. Well stocked kitchen, great BBQ and the hot tub was clean and nice and hot! A nice variety of board games gave us plenty of time around that beautiful dining table and when we had questions, they were answered immediately. It was perfect for our getaway! I will rent this house again!

House served our large multi generation family with 2 dogs well. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes. Hot tub was enjoyed. It needs a spring cleaning and little maintenance done but overall pretty good. Garage was fun with bikes and ping pong. BBQ was nice!

Wonderfully equipped, kid-friendly comfortable house.
From arrival to checkout, our experience was great. The keypad on the lock made it easy to come and go without worrying about losing a key. The house was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels and extra blankets. The best part for out group with 3 kids under 3 was the kid-friendly atmosphere. The stairs were gaurded with a kid-gate at both the bottom and top, plenty of kid toys and books, plus 2 small step stools, a pak-n-play, and high chair! The kitchen not only had full compliment of dishes, utensils, and glasses for at least 12, it also had so many cooking utensils, small appliances, tupperware, pots and pans, plus a full set of kid-friendly dishes! The hottub was clean and hot, the BBQ was clean... really cannot think of a thing I would change! We can't wait to stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation Home
This house would be perfect for a few couples or a few families! Both masters have their own bathrooms. The bunk rooms are a great size for adults or kids.
Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, games and toys( upstairs)! The garage even has drying racks for boots and gloves! It was seriously the best house and we cannot wait to get back.
Only down were the pillows all being very flat.
