Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Security camera details: active surveillance cameras located at the front door and facing the driveway Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great house! The location in Sunriver was really good. Nice beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean on the inside. The patio and barbque looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, but didn't bother us too much. The hottub was in good working order. We brought our own bikes so we didn't ride the ones that were there. Overall a really good vacation.

One of the things which stood out to us was how well equipped the house was - especially the kitchen which seemingly had two of everything. The eight of us used all five bedrooms and were never crowded. We would rent it again.

First, I would rate this as a negative experience with the property being very mis-advertised. It is clear that no maintenance is done on this house. Upon arrival the tv didn’t work, the dvd player didn’t work, the ping pong table was broken, the hot tub wasn’t to temp, and there was a missing Sharc pass. When request was made to fix issues I was met with either silence or was told it was too inconvenient to come out and fix until a day later. I had to pay out of pocket for admission to Sharc even though the house was advertised as having 12. The staff were rude and uncaring. I paid more for this house since it advertises amenities that in the end I never got. I requested a refund for the mid-advertisement and to date haven’t received anything back. The property manager was very unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care if the house is in disrepair.

Great home that fit three families. Overall, I would recommend this home, but there are a couple areas that could be improved.
First, the pillows on all beds were very uncomfortable (perhaps too old). We found it difficult to sleep due to the pillows being so uncomfortable.
Second, the TVs are fairly old throughout the home. Not a huge deal because we didn't rent a house in Sunriver to watch movies, but the couple of times we did we noted how outdated the TVs seemed.
That said, I hope to be back. It was a great house.

We stayed over Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time! This house feels like a home and is well equipped with everything you could need. There were a few items that needed attention but they were very quick to reply and help us out. The house is cozy, the jacuzzi was an added bonus, and we were able to unwind during the holiday week. It was perfect for a family reunion (kids included). We'd definitely stay there again!

Great house for couples with master suites for all couples! This home has an amazing, well stocked kitchen with everything you need. One concern to report: 4 out of 8 of us tripped or fell off the front door step which is not well marked and blends in with the pavement. ALSO, 2 fell off the back step for the same reason - the one step blends in and is not clear. Be careful!

This beautiful, spacious, home is located on a quiet street with close access to bike trails. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked (very clean!), and easily accommodated our group of eleven.

Kitchen was fabulous, loved the Cuisinart knives and the assortment of pots and pans. 2nd refrigerator was really great and we really loved the coffee station.
Down side was the Wi-Fi. We rebooted using the instructions but didn’t improve. It was located in a bedroom so they had to leave their door open and the other room too and still was slow. Barely 1 person on, couldn’t get any work done. 1 second had 3 bars and next 1.
Last thing was the most dangerous step coming out of any door to the house. The step blends in and you can’t see it. I personally took a good tumble in the garage off the step and still have pain in my palm from the fall. Any time someone went out a door we all yelled to be careful of the step. I know marking the step may ruin the overall look but it was dangerous.

This house is beautiful and spacious. Had enough room for our large family. Our biggest complaint is the the hot tub was not heating up, and the grill wasn't working. After a day of snowboarding my family was really looking forward to use the hot tub. We kept sending messages to Vacasa and unfortunately nothing was resolved.

This is the most gorgeous house we have ever rented. They have thought of everything to make an amazing staff. Great location, fully equipped kitchen & beautiful furnishings. We were not impressed with the management company. They sound like they will be accommodating but they are not. Understandable if it was during the busy season but poor customer service during the off season when no one is renting before or after. Do better! (And teach your staff not to lie.) Again, the house is wonderful! We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our time, the house was large enough for both families. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bikes, ping pong table, puzzles, books and games. Only issue we add was the hot tub, called Vacasa the next morning and they had someone out to fix it within an hour or two.

Everything was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 5 kids. The home was spotless and the local Vacasa team was very helpful and always available to answer our questions. Would definitely stay here again and refer to my friends and family. We LOVED it!

We stayed in Hummingbird for 5 nights and I wish we had booked longer. House was clean, spacious and had a nice location. We loved biking after dinner each night to the river for sunset (easily could’ve walked) The passes to SHRAC were amazing to have since we brought along kids. Would stay here again!
