This is a beautiful and clean property with tons of space for our annual family get together. Loved the open concept downstairs for everyone to gather. We all had fun enjoying the amenities as well!

Great house for our group of 6. It was one big living space with comfy furniture. Kitchen was well stocked for holiday cooking. Loved the small table in the living room because we did puzzles and could watch tv and enjoy the fire at the same time. Beds and bathrooms were good. Extra blankets were nice. Handy that the north grocery store was close enough to walk to. Loved playing the games that were in the garage. My only complaint is that the deck, while large, was not closed in as seen in pictures. We chose this house because of wanting to be able to have the dogs outside and contained. That was not the case and it was a pain to have to keep taking the dogs outside.

You need to be more transparent to guests that there is no air conditioner, especially during the summer months.

The kitchen can only comfortably accommodate one person at a time — two people are on top of each other. The dining room table and chairs are crammed Into a space too small for them. Bunk bedroom is ridiculous — one can hardly squeeze past the first bunks to get to the to the second set of bunks, and the bunks are so close to the wall that it’s impossible to open the window. The house is adequately supplied and location is good. Be aware — if you’re planning to buy groceries and cook, there literally isn’t a single shelf or drawer in the kitchen with space to put your supplies. We ended up stashing all our dry/ pantry goods on a small shelf in the living room and on the floor.

Wonderful family home!
Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bedding and towels. Grandchildren loved the game tables and bunk room. Hot tub was wonderful.

We had 7 adults stay for 5 nights between Christmas & New Year's. The house had great space for all of us. The hot tub was a nice size and we appreciated that the cover was easy to raise and lower. The kitchen was a bit small and the fridge was weirdly close to the island so it required some coordination. Everything was very clean. We couldn't figure out how to get the fireplace to work, however. We enjoyed having an extra fridge in the garage for beverages and the game tables were a blast. We had our daughter's service dog with us and really loved the LVT floors - we didn't have to be anxious about snow or scratches. The location is also great. A very short walk to the Sunriver Marketplace and walking to the river or the village was very do-able as well.

We arrived with our family, children and grandchildren for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend that ended up being continual inconvenience and disappointment.
The gas fireplace never worked, the property management sent someone to fix it, but it never stayed on. The water heater was out for a day so no hot water for hands, dishes or showers. The hot tub was continually blowing the circuit, so the hot tub was never staying hot. After two days, they sent someone to replace the circuit in the garage so the hot tub would stay on. The blow up mattress had two holes in it and would not stay blown up. The cable in the master bedroom did not work, the remote for the speakers did not work.
The property management knew about most of these issues and still rented it instead of getting these items repaired or replaced before renting it out!
We will never rent from them again.

Great outside deck with tables large enough to accolade our group of 12. Was exceptionally hot when we got there, but overnight widow box fans we had brought along brought in cool night air plus two supplied in-house stand fans. Kitchen remodeled, but baths not! It was very nice and clean, but we are a no shoes in the house family and our feet and slippers and socks got black. Appliances, kitchen utensils very adequate. Some minor breakage (lamp upstairs, chair in dining room, and I forgot third, but my son did mention grill probably needed to be replaced. Garage entertainment outstanding. My bed (upstairs over kitchen dining are incl en-suite bath exceptionally comfortable and I regret not looking at brand! Rental company very responsive but never had extra fans to loan us, in spite of first come, first serve policy and “sending staff to Bend to find more fans” when my kids reported Costco had plenty the same day.I’d still recommend as SunRiver and this home are great1

This house was perfect for our senior class trip, we had a small class of 11, 10 of which were able to attend the trip. The house was perfect for us, the weather was rainy but all of the fun games in the garage were a huge hit as well as being able to sneak in a couple of bike rides while the rain subsided. Great house with lots of beds!
Place was great. We booked it last minute so it was larger than we needed, but this house could definite accommodate a lot more than my family. The garage game room was a big hit. One thing, and I think this might be a covid thing and not specific to the property, is there were no bike helmets. Kids are required to wear helmets so you will need to rent one from town. Just putting it here is it helps anyone's planning. The bikes were nice cruisers in all sizes.
