This beautiful, desirable home is set on a private half acre adjoining Fort Rock park where kids can run free and play. With 4 bedrooms (including a 2 room family suite!) and twin loft, plus 4 bathrooms, it provides a relaxing retreat for up to **10 adults** and an additional 3 children in twin beds in adjoining rooms.. Relax and enjoy your vacation at Sunriver in a wonderful home on desirable Shamrock lane. This home includes 10 complimentary SHARC passes, brand new hot tub with private enclosure, whole house A/C, Large HDTV's with cable and Chromecast, board games, Ping-pong, Arcade games, BBQ, as well as bicycles of all sizes and sporting equipment for the park. THE TOUR: The front living area welcomes you with a stone fireplace and soaring ceilings. Continue to the 2nd living room and game library with game table. Beyond there is a sunroom and floor to ceiling windows leading to one of 5 large decks on the house where you can enjoy the morning sun, or shade in the afternoon. Additionally, this house has a master on the main floor with a beautiful bathroom and access to both the back deck with hot tub and the Sun room .There is a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Be ready for any meal or gathering with an abundance of appliances, cookware and dishes. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and private deck. One bedroom with private bath has a bonus room with twin bed and trundle twin, making it a perfect family suite. Additionally there is a second bedroom with a small bonus room that contains a twin bed. Both bonus rooms have heat and AC. Further upstairs you’ll find a loft space with 2 twin beds and TV with cable. A 2 car garage provides space for ping pong, and bicycles will provide your group a great way to see Sunriver. The home has gas heat for a warm winter and Central AC to keep you cool in summer. A short walk from the back door you will find the pickle ball courts of Fort Rock. Good house for our group. Kids loved being right next to the park. Big rooms and enough room for a large group that you don’t feel crowded in. Communication was great, quickly responded to any questions. Could use some lighting improvements in two of the rooms upstairs as it was real dark even during the day but that is a quick fix

Our family of 10 (grandparents, children and young) grandchildren) has stayed in many Sunriver homes over the past 7 years, and this home was wonderful for us. There is a lot of room for everyone, with special places to be inside the house, and the outdoor area is great. Being so close to Fort Rock Park for the young kids, and the area to explore off the great deck. The perfect place for biking everywhere we go, the stables, village, SHARC. We always have a very special time together and this home was everything we hoped for.

We had three adult couples and teens. This house provided space for everyone. Loved the # of King beds. We loved being so close to pickle-ball and the park. The Ping Pong table was such a hit, we bought one when we got home! We brought our own dog crates but then didn't have to haul them in as the same ones we have were there. The vacuum was plugged when we tried to use it, someone came to fix it within minutes of our communication - incredible service. Thanks for sharing your home.

We stayed at this location over the Fourth of July for 10 days with both of my daughter’s and my daughter’s family and we had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed bike riding and we all enjoyed the Sharc. We went to the village. We floated out on the river. The house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t need. Great location great time.

Great house with plenty to do inside and out. The arcade games were awesome, we used the table in the library landing area for lots of games and puzzles. The garage games and Hottub were a great hit too!

This rental was great - plenty of space for 3 families. We enjoyed the game room, the ping pong in the garage, the ample space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked and we utilized the SHARC passes to go swimming. You really can't beat this location close to the park. Hosts were so prompt with communication and very helpful. We can't wait for a return visit!

Wonderful home located in a beautiful area. We had a group of 12 and we never felt crowded. The home was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The beds were super comfy! The kids had plenty to entertain themselves while the adults could rest after a day of sledding. Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed the home. Very comfortable with lots of room for all. Having a Christmas Tree for us to have our family Christmas was wonderful. All the kitchen appliances you could possibly need. Maintenance was quick and friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The game area was used every day and we had lots of fun. My only complaint would be there were no extra blankets. They would have been very useful as there was a furnace issue. Anthony was quick to set up a repair but had to wait for some parts.

We have stayed in multiple Vacation Rentals and this was our 5th visit to Sunriver- This Home was simply outstanding! All 7 members of my Family rated this home superior in ever category. Anthony was a "Super" Host-He responded within minutes to our requests. The home is well furnished, sparkling clean, and has beautiful views from every window. Deer roam the vast property and will come right up to you when you are sitting on either the massive Front or rear Deck. (Not particularly appreciated by our Lab Sandy:) Modern kitchen appliances (Including a Duo Keurig w/pods!) Beautiful Stainless Steel Deluxe Grill, 4 -Yes-4 very comfortable KING Beds with the master suite being on the ground level, 3 & 1/2 baths and plenty of hot water! The home is located on Shamrock Ln right next door to Rock Park with beautiful walking/bicycle trails. The home has multiple levels but every room was very comfortable due to the home's amazing A/C system. We had some extremely hot days during our visit but the system preformed beautifully. Our Granddaughters really enjoyed the video arcade and table tennis/fussball game in the garage. Several bicycles were available (all in excellent condition) and with 10 SHARC passes provided, the entire Family could enjoy this amazing facility.
In conclusion, Sunriver is a beautiful resort that has something for the entire Family-This home will enable your Family to relax and enjoy your stay!

We stayed here for our annual family summer trip and couldn't be happier with our pick! We've stayed at several houses over the years and the location and amenities of this house couldn't be beat. Backs up to the pickle ball courts at Fork Rock Park, deer at the deck every morning. Lots of beds and accommodations for our full range of teens to young children. Lots of bikes to choose from, basically just need to bring some food and clothes and you're set! 2 miles of a gorgeous bike ride to the village. Easy access and great communication with Anthony. The other awesome thing was minimal check out duties which is always a plus before a long drive home! Can't say enough good things about our stay here!

We were very happy with the layout of this home and the condition. It was very clean through out. The best surprise was when we arrived, we found a fully lit and decorated Christmas Tree in the living room. The home is next to the park so it was an easy to walk over. The home is also very well stocked. Anthony, the owner, was hands on and very helpful through out our trip as well.
Over all we had a great time, & made new memories this Christmas Trip, with my family. We would consider renting this wonderful home again.

This is a great house for a family vacation. Lots of toys and games and the game room was used a lot. However, there were and are issues that need to be fixed. None of the electrical outlets in the bathrooms worked so no drying your hair or shaving with electric razor by a mirror. And several of the sinks stopper was broken or missing so plugging the sink for those who wear contacts was a problem. Also, candy wrappers were in drawers in the loft and clearly the furniture doesn't get moved when the cleaners clean. The 2 year old was sending toys under the couches and the dust and dirt under the sofas (back towards the wall where a vacuum won't reach) needs attention. Also it would be nice if there were more than 2 bath towels per bathroom. All in all a very satisfactory home which I would recommend. Although you can sleep a lot of people having adults have to go through one room to get to a bed in the small room/closet doesn't work well with adults but would be just fine with a bunch of kids. The back deck is great and large. The front deck is very nice but the furniture is terribly ripped, I think from the squirrels. Would have been nice to have nice cushions to sit on out there.
