About this house rental
Nestled in Sunriver, this charming house for $550 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Check Notes section under rates 17776 Backwoods Lane, AKA # 4 Backwoods Lane Sunriver, OR 97707 BASIC RATES Summers are , Saturday to Saturday. Fill in dates 7 night minimum won't apply. Three day holiday weekends you can add a a fourth night free, high season rates Winter break, five night minimum, $800/nt + 16% tax/rec + $300 cleaning. Every bedroom has a private full bath. You can arrive last and still have a master! WiFi Built with the idea of being the best vacation home you could find. Located across from Sunriver Village Mall. Short walk (500 feet) to Country Store for your morning paper and coffee drink. With all of this it's still a quiet location with lots of common area. The red roof of the Country Store is visible through the trees in the deck view picture. We made the kitchen the best working and equipped possible. Stainless, dual fuel range, maple cabinets, granite counter tops and tile floors to dress it up. Tired of opening every cupboard to find a coffee cup? Open upper cupboards take care of that, just look. Lower cabinets and huge built in open wall shelves all pull out on rollers for ease of finding things. Pantry room just inside back door and adjacent to the kitchen for your supplies. Extra refrigerator and freezer in the garage for your use. No second Costco run necessary. Good beds, great showers and entertained kids make for a great vacation. Game room has three dedicated stand up arcade games, pinball, 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player, hookups for your console video games and 300 movies. Four extra sleeping pads in the game room. The kids will be dazzled. Recreation/swimming passes included. All bedrooms have private full baths. Master bedroom #1, King, main floor. Master bedroom #2, King main floor Master bedroom #3, King, located on the second floor. This was a great place to stay. I recommend for anyone looking for a place to rent in Sunriver.

Property was perfect for grandparents, parents and small children to enjoy the amenities of Sunriver. Lots for everyone to do with swimming, golfing and bike riding for everyone (we counted 17 bikes included with the property). The house fit our needs perfectly with the grandparents staying in the two downstairs masters while the children and grandchildren had the upstairs with the game room.

The property fit our needs perfectly. The home was well equipped to meet our cooking needs. We loved the convenience of the hot tub, bicycles and pool passes. The home was clean and had lots of room for everyone.
Only suggestion, would be to have a few more bike helmets or recommend that you bring your own.

It's always nice when each bedroom has a bathroom to go with, this house checked all the boxes. Kids loved the game room and jukebox. Great family and friends house. Owner super responsive 😊

The house was perfect for a group of guys going skiing, and would be just a good for a large family gathering. It’s large, clean, full of toys (bikes, jukebox, game room), and right across the street from Sunriver Village Center. You’ll be glad you rented this home.

We had a great time at this home. It had plenty of room for the 12 of us. It was so well supplied with anything you might need for kitchen and paper products to laundry supplies. It was very comfortable. The only complaint is the bedroom downstairs by the kitchen had a bad mattress. We would definitely use this home again!!

The home has a great layout for a large family. Excellent amenities from home arcade to jukebox. The house is in the best location in Sunriver as it allowed kids to just walk to shops/restaurants out the back door. Highly recommended.

Something for everyone
25ish mins to Mt. Bachelor. Was great to return to the spa. Sauna and arcade room were hits too. Didn't have time to check out the rec center which the house has passes for, maybe next time. Easy check in, check out. Enjoyed the stay, thank you Craig

What a great property for a multi-family Christmas vacation! With so many rooms and bathrooms it was easy to accommodate our large group; the hot tub, sauna, and game room were all fantastic! We used this property for a working retreat for our leadership staff. Very convenient and handy! All the games/bikes and juke box were a welcome addition when we had our down time. Well located near the main square in Sunriver and a short drive to Bend for a great selection of restaurants and things to do in addition to Sunriver's. Would recommend!

This house is perfect for a friends trip, the friends group does a trip at least once or twice a year and it can always been awkward with who gets what bedroom and who shares a bathroom but this house has SO much space, so many beds and OH SO many bathrooms. The jukebox is so much fun and the arcade games where a blast! Also, the location was amazing! You are surrounded by beautiful tree's but less than a 5min walk you have restaurants , cafe's and a grocery store. SCORE! We had everything we needed right there, we only hopped in the car. Much needed get away
This house is perfect for a group of adults/couples. Each room has its own bathroom, there is plenty of space for everyone, and tons to do! With covid going on, we stayed at the house most of the time listening to music and playing games. Very relaxing! Communication with the owner was great!
