About this condo rental

Situated in Sussex County, this attractive condo for $140 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our first floor end unit condo is quiet and relaxing. 2 bedrooms and 2 full sized bathrooms plus a pull out sofa bed with memory foam mattress. There is also a nice screened porch off the dining room. The condo is decorated with owner's artwork which adds a nice personal touch. Close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We are 4 miles from Lewes Beach and about 5 miles from Rehoboth Beach. Bedrooms are at the rear of the property which makes for a nice, quiet, peaceful haven. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There are flat screened tv's with ROKU in the family room and both bedrooms so guests can enjoy movies and their favorite tv shows on HULU and NETFLIX. High speed internet is also included. There is a Nintendo Wii in the family room with lots of games. Both bedrooms have a walk in closet. The "OnSuite" master bath has double sinks for added comfort and convenience. We take pride in offering a beautiful environment which feels like home, not like a typical "rental unit." The pool is lovely and relaxing. We really enjoy it after a day at the beach. We also like to make sure our guests have everything they need from spices for cooking to steak knives and wine glasses. We added this second property because our other property was so well received and full of guests that we didn't have an opportunity to stay ourselves.

Barb and Barry have created a great home for a stay of a few days or longer. Nicely equipped, clean, comfortable, and great location. Excellent parking. Great communication with Barb before and during our stay. We will visit again when visiting the area.

Great getaway for family with dog. Good location for easy access to beaches to take long walks with the dog during Christmas holiday. Food and outlets easy drive. Condo has all amenities needed. Communication with owner was great.

The condo is in a great location and very comfortably furnished. Barb was great to work with and provided simple, clear instructions. The first floor location was perfect for our dogs. There was plenty of space to walk the dogs and many bag stations available on the property. If you’re visiting Lewes or Rehoboth Beach I highly recommend this condo.

We had a fabulous stay here with our young children and dog. Plenty of space for all of us & a well maintained property. We loved the screened porch, community pool, easy parking, and great kitchen. We went to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey over our stay, all 10-20 minutes away. Barb was very communicative and helpful on the one thing we needed over our stay. Would recommend to others & would stay here again! Thank you!

The location was perfect in terms of being less than 15 min away from Reheboth (during non-peak) and also the same drive or far less in checking out the historic town of Lewes or Milton. We will be back hopefully around the same time, especially due to the fact our dog loved the property and ability to walk around the neighborhood as much as we did. We didn’t have a single problem or question.

Everything was perfect. We are going back in June and will be booking again in the future. Love that they allow dogs. Place was spotless and comfortable. The hostess, Barb, was very nice and extremely helpful. We had problems with the internet and TV. As soon as I told her she came right over to fix what I'm pretty sure I messed up.

Our pet loved the screened patio and we had everything we needed close by. Traffic wasn’t too bad this early in the season as the property is located right on Costal Hwy. Would stay again.

I can’t say enough. Barb and Barry have created a cozy home away from home, thinking of everything you might need so I didn’t need to run out looking for a store for what I might have forgotten. Spotless and welcoming even to my furbaby w treats and bowls and a blanket for her to rest on after a Long day. I’ll definitely be back!

This beautiful condo was perfect for our annual visit to Delmarva. The location was the best we've had in 15 years of making this trip. It is located at a great spot off of the Coastal Highway, convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was well appointed, and we'll stocked (with everything except towels). We loved it so much, that we've already booked it for next year!

Everything was great . Barb checked with me several times on my way to inform me of traffic and advise of which beach to visit. I had an issues with a remote and she quickly responded. We felt very comfortable!

Super clean condo with absolutely everything one would need. I traveled with my dog and loved the convenience of the first floor and end unit. Plenty of places to walk the dog. Lovely community and close to the beach at Lewes. Comfy king bed in master. I didnt use guest bedroom or hall bathroom but both were very spacious. Owner thought of everything including an air fryer! Liked having the linens provided and was nice not having to bring my own. Lovely screened porch but didnt get to use it with all the rain that week. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Very attractive and comfortable accommodations all on 1st floor. Dog friendly. Quiet setting off the highway. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. Easy access to Lewes center and beach. Short drive to Rehobeth Beach, as well.
