Opening the door on arrival revealed a casita beyond our expectations which is such a wonderful way to kickoff a vacation. The high ceilings make the rooms feel open and airy. Care has obviously been taken with the decor and supplies. Lovely and so comfortable and well-appointed. The sofa and king-size bed were incredibly comfortable. We slept so well there. The patio is very private and wraps around the casita. We love the neighborhood! So close to the plaza and a quick drive for groceries. Victoria is a wonderful host, welcoming and informative but not intrusive at in any way. Wonderful!

This place has so much charm. It’s very welcoming and Victoria is very accommodating. The location could not be better - it’s a short walk to everything!
There are so many properties to choose from, but don’t be fooled. This is the one!!

It's always a little overwhelming trying to find a nice place to stay while visiting, especially given all the choices we had in Santa Fe this time. Grateful that there were so many choices but even more grateful that we chose Victoria's property, Casita Ristra. She was a pleasure to speak with and provided a great list of restaurants in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque. The casita was extremely clean, comfortable, and well thought out - everything we needed for our stay was iincluded - including her "secret" guest coffee. The location was perfect. It's just minutes away from The Plaza, railyards, coffee shops, restaurants, and local sights. We walked everywhere, leaving the car at the casita, except for our trips to the Ski and Hiking areas that were a very short and beautiful drive away. The neighborhood is unbelievably quiet and safe and it was indeed a pleasure to go "home" at the end of every day. One thing for sure, we no longer have to worry about finding a place to stay in Santa Fe...this is the one for us! Thank you, Victoria!

This was the perfect casita for our Santa Fe vacation. Very comfortable bed and oversized bedroom, ample living and kitchen space and nice covered outdoor area. The location was wonderful for enjoying this great town.

I wish all VRBOs were as classy as this one! Everything about it was top-notch. Victoria is an excellent host and communicator and she takes great care in ensuring the casita is well-maintained and everything is ready for her guests. The location was minutes away (walking) from the Santa Fe Plaza, restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc. We walked almost everywhere except for our visits to Museum Hill, the Botanical Garden, and Taos. The local restaurants are amazing!! We loved coming back to the restful, beautiful casita every evening. Parking was right outside the gate, the beds and couches were very comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It's a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Don't hesitate to book this property. It is lovely, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance of the Plaza and the Railyard area. There are two excellent restaurants a block away and many more in the Plaza and Railyard areas. The property is exactly as you see it pictured and described. Victoria is easy to communicate with and available if you have questions. If you bring a dog, be sure to make the short walk up to the Post Office and Federal Courthouse. The shady, grassy lawns there are open to the public, and pets are allowed on a leash. (Be sure to pick up after your pet, though!) We have stayed in several properties and hotels in Santa Fe over the years. Casita Ristra is definitely our #1 choice going forward.

This property was clean. There was just what was needed to either cook your own meals or warm up to go meals. The location is perfect for walking to all the local restaurants. We enjoyed our 2 week stay.

First, the property is sleek and clean, yet beautiful. We enjoyed a 10 day stay. It was a quite location, and not tons of bright lights, which is just what we wanted, and yet .3 miles to Rail Yard, and .3 to Plaza, so we rarely drove anywhere.... love to walk. The bed was excellent, well stocked. Very much a Class A property.

Great place to stay that quickly felt like home away from home. Enjoyed the convenience of a easy walk to the Plaza and museums. Can't wait until our next visit. Thank you Victoria!

If you are looking for a well located place to stay that’s nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable with a responsive owner, look no further- this is it! We spent 10 days in this casita and had a wonderful time. Our car rental sat in the driveway unused every day because we walked everywhere. Highest recommendation!

We have rented many homes in Santa Fe over the years. This is definitely one of the nicest homes we've rented. In addition to great amenities, it is perfectly located to walk to the Plaza and enjoy downtown Santa Fe. Highly recommended.

This Casita was in a great location. In walking distance to the Plaza and restaurants. Very clean. A few spider webs near the skylights. There is no view out the windows except to the courtyard, as this is behind a locked (luckily) fence. The kitchen was very well appointed including coffee and salt and pepper etc. My husband broke a fork on a cinnamon roll, which was plastic. ( The fork , not the roll). The shower stall is rather dark due to a dark rustic tile. A big negative for us was the security of the place. The Lock Box failed on us twice. We were told this was a "new" lock box, but it seemed rather "rigged". There were felt pads (the kind put on the bottom of a chair to keep it from scratching the floor) stuck to the inside of it to prevent one from using the deadbolt. We were told to never deadbolt the door, which is disconcerting considering we were traveling and in a location not familiar to us. It would feel safer to deadbolt ourselves in, when heading to bed. Part of the lock was covered with tape. Returning from dinner one night after 10:00-ish, we encountered a dead lock box. We were unfortunately locked out, we had Ubered out so had no keys to our car. After waiting an appropriate time for the box to reset itself...(several times) it still did not work. We called the owner and were able to locate a hidden key which luckily opened the back door. I feel the owner will 'right' this lock situation, as she seemed quite diligent and particular. We would rate this place as excellent if it were not for this unfortunate situation.

Casita Ristra is located in an historic neighborhood. Built in 1900 it has been completely tastefully updated with all the comforts of home. Victoria is a fabulous host and has obvious pride of ownership in her place. She has provided top quality fixtures and pretty much every amenity you will need for a comfortable stay. We barely used our car, preferring to walk everywhere. Multiple restaurants are located nearby - and we even walked to and then the length of Canyon Road, visiting the galleries and open studios along the way. I highly recommend this home.

Enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed casita! Perfect spot to walk and explore shops and restaurants near the plaza! We brought our pup and drove to the beautiful Harvey Cornell Rose Park each day and took time to smell the roses (and our pup appreciated the soft grass) The patios were very nice to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening too. Truly a cozy casita 🧡

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Casita Ristra in Santa Fe. Victoria was great in the lead up to our stay and we had all the info needed before our arrival. Casita Ristra is the exact type of place we enjoy, everything we need to feel at home with no fuss. The property is spacious, well stocked without too much clutter, clean and a great location. We will definitely be returning to Casita Ristra in future visits to Santa Fe.

My wife and I were extremely happy with our casita for a week in Santa Fe. It is an easy walk to the Plaza, less than two blocks from the O'Keefe museum, and a short stroll to some fantastic restaurants. We took our two well-behaved Labs, that we drove to the remarkable Frank Ortiz Dog Park every morning, just 1.5 miles away. Incredible facility, 138 acres of trails, designed for off-leash romping. Every dog we encountered was friendly, as were their owners.
The property was impeccably clean, and communication with the owner outstanding. She provides extensive details on all aspects of the casita and the check-in process, is readily available by phone and text, and it is obvious she wants her visitors to have a great and stress-free stay. She even recommends some good restaurants.
The casita is ideal for a couple, very well equipped. Good, fast wi-fi. Excellent temperature control, including air conditioning. The neighborhood is quiet, even though it is in the heart of the city. The patio areas of the casita are fully enclosed with a very private fence, meaning that we had no worry about our dogs wandering. Just note that if you travel with canines, the owner--justifiably so--would prefer that they don't poop and pee on the patio. We took ours for a walk every night, and between that and the dog park, no cleanup issues.
The king-size bed is very, very comfortable--more so than the one I sleep on at home, which was a bit depressing!
Highly recommended property. I don't think we could have made a better choice.

This is a wonderful, charming, little Casita in the historical McKenzie neighborhood is within a few minutes from the Plaza, and pretty much everything. It is a quiet neighborhood that myself, my wife, and our dog enjoyed exploring, coming back to the Casita, and having a glass of wine on the patio. There are some excellent restaurants, like Sassella, in the neighborhood. Victoria Rogers was absolutely wonderful in hosting our stay. The interior of the house is impressively designed, immaculate, and very accommodating throughout. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Victoria for a wonderful stay. J&M

Neat as a pin little Casita, and everything in it is good quality. Excellent kitchen appliances, quality cookware, big comfortable bed, large leather wrap-around couch. In walking distance from galleries, museums, restaurants. The fenced in courtyard was a safe and secure place for our pups to hang out in the sun, and there is a great dog park less than 2 miles away. Victoria was a great communicator, and always available if we had any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone!
