About this house rental
Beautiful custom home in Katama. The house and everything in it Is state-of-the-art, and 'built to own' in 2012. Sited on 1 1/2 acres, there is a large yard, wonderful heated pool and outdoor patio/dining area. The kitchen features a lovely breakfast nook and opens to a large, casual dining room with fireplace. The Master Suite is on the first floor with three more bedrooms on the second floor. There is also a guest house with a spacious king bedroom and private bath. Fully finished 2000 Sq foot basement completed in 2019

We used this home for a large family gathering (two couples, another adult, a teenager, and three small children). The home is wonderful; owner is very responsive and considerate; and the living spaces make for an exceptional experience. With well thought out indoor and outdoor eating and living space, a great pool, and fantastic location -- we had a wonderful week. Home is very tastefully done with lots of small touches that make for a great stay. High-end everything, with great functionality. Very quiet location, but short bike ride to South Beach, Morning Glory Farm and Edgartown.
