This is a wonderful condo. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach. The pools are even closer. It is a short drive to all the restaurants. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away. It is a 15 minute drive to St Augustine. The condo complex is beautiful, well maintained, and full of activities. The condo is really nice. It was quiet and clean. It had everything we needed. The owners are easy to work with. We really liked the electronic lock. No one wants to deal with keys. We would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect place! It had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable week at the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The condo was very clean. Easy walk to the beach. It was on the 3rd floor and we didn’t see an elevator but was not a problem for us but could be for someone. Jacuzzi, 2 pools , right on the beach - fun in the sun! Mario was great. Definitely recommend

We stayed for about a week to enjoy the beach and St. Augustine area. The condo is right next to the pool and one building from the beach boardwalk. The kitchen and bathrooms look brand new. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our week without a single issue. Highly recommend. We would rent again.

All the amenities u could ask for! Had the hot tub to ourselves every night! Easy check-in and access to codes/passwords provided via email before arrival. Close to historic St. Augustine, shopping and dining.

Such a pleasant place to stay. Very clean with nice updates. Loved how comfortable the king bed was and how quiet the building was. We especially appreciated the extra things the owner provided: coffee, shampoo, liquid hand soap, quality facial tissues, beach towels and chairs. And the building is so close to the beach. Made the stay so nice and convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We ENJOYED our family vacation. Loved the condo. It had everything we needed. Short walk to the pools and beach. Check in and check out was so easy. Close to everything on A1A. The owners were quick to respond if I had a question. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed on this same property in the past, but this condo was by far the most well kept. The living area was comfortable, beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for the week. We loved that the owner also supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash, this was a nice touch! There was also 2 chairs and boogie boards for our use. I will definitely keep this condo in mind when I book again. There was food within I. Walking distance as well as lots within a short driving distance.

Had a great time. The place was perfect. Only issue was with one of the security guards. He wouldn't let me children's mother come in to visit because she had their dog in the car. He claimed that no dogs were allowed on property but I saw other people walking dogs and they have pet clean up areas. So that was a little discouraging. But overall it was a great stay.

The location of the condo is perfect. Wonderful to walk down to the beach with provided beach chairs and towels! Beds were very comfortable and condo clean!! All was good!

Great location…just steps from the beach and 10 minutes to historic St Augustine. The condo is exactly as pictured in the listing. Very clean, no hassle. Quiet location, perfect for families…or in my case, visiting my daughter in college down there. Can’t say enough positive things.
