We enjoyed the condo, good location close to the beach. We did have an issue with the code on front door not working, but it was a minor problem resolved rather quickly

Well maintained property ... really liked the way all possible essentails you could think of. Only suggestions is the towels and hand towels though clean and washed , looked old. Could be replaced. But nothing to beat the clealiness of the property and maintenance. Will surely recommend and stay at the property again.

This was our 1st annual family girls trip and we had the best time! The condo is beautifully decorated and spacious. There were 6 of us and everyone had a bed. I will say, it got a little warm at night on the top bunk, but it was well worth it for the wonderful memories that were made.
I never visited the pool, but four in our party did and said it and the hot tub needed a good scrubbing. That’s the only reason the cleanliness of the property is a 4 star instead of 5 star. The condo itself was very clean. I stayed on the beach the whole time and it was clean from the moment I left the condo all the way to where I sat my chair.
The condo is only minutes away from multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and family activities and very near downtown St. Augustine although we waited 10-15 minutes to get over the Bridge of Lions as traffic was heavy. We had fun chatting in the cars so this wasn’t a problem.
We would 100% stay at #74 again! The pictures do not do it justice.

So clean. So pretty. Unit is not the closest to the ocean but very close to the pool. So easy to get in and out of the car to the condo. No steps. Nice garage. Beautiful amenities. Beds were comfortable. We never found any wash cloth size/shaped clothes for bathing. They were more hand towel size. Other than that it was just about perfect.

We did have a only had few suggestions to pass along to the owners. Condo was very clean! Great Location
Towels - Ownership should refresh with complete towel sets. For example only one bath matt and wash cloth was available for 4 people
Shower Curtains - Need to replace - Mold on both curtains
Blankets - May we suggest providing 1 or 2 blankets to use while your guests watch TV. AC Unit worked great!!!
Condo Pool - During our stay it looks as the pool company neglected to check on the pool. 2 of the days pool was very dirty and cloudy. Could not see the bottom. Pool titles look as they have not been cleaned all season. To be honest this pool is in major need of repairs. Several areas of the bottom the plaster has broken off and create “ crater like” holes on several areas

Excellent Stay for senior couple
We loved staying at the property for a 8 days. We got visited, almost like clockwork, by some type of birds (baby egrets? ibis?) every day around noon by the pond in the back of the property. It was easy proximity to the beach and less than a 10 minute walk to a strip mall containing Publix supermarket and some restaurants. The only reason it's not 5 star is because the bathroom adjacent to the main bedroom smelled musty. We're not sure why; maybe it had not been rented in some time? Anyway we rarely used that bathroom and used the guest bathroom instead. However, this did not affect our overall enjoyment of the property. Thanks.

Great place. Close to the beach, the bars and the store.
We had a nice time in this place. It had a great pond view. The unit is clean and updated. We weren't able to use the swimming pool or tennis court because we ran out of time but this are also great amenities to have especially of traveling with children.

Location Was Absolutely Perfect!
The property was advertised to have been totally re-done. The kitchen was nice and the living room and bedrooms were spacious. However, the bathrooms were tiny and dated. The mats in the bath tubs were useless and in my opinion, hazardous. They quickly filled with water and were very easy to stumble on. Upon entering the unit, I immediately found that the new counter tops had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned. Both the ones in the kitchen and those in the bathrooms were sticky and dirty. They were easily cleaned with a few Clorox Wipes, but I had to do the job myself. There were plenty of bed linens, but I was disappointed in the quality of the towels, washcloths, and bath mats. I was also surprised that there were no beach towels in the unit. And for a week-long booking, there should have been more than 2 dish washer pods and 2 pods for the washing machine. On the positive side: The location of the unit was exceptional, a close and easy walk to the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean. The complex was well-kept and a quiet, peaceful place at which to live or vacation.

Wonderful Stay
Wonderful facility, nice and quiet beach, very spacious room with nice amenities. Did not receive five stars though because we found old shower pouf in the guest bathroom and an old/used toothbrush lying on the sink in the master bathroom. Apparently left from the previous stay, so not sure about the cleaning process. But overall was a pleasant stay.

The unit was well-decorated, nicely re-done, as shown in the pictures.
Only a few things make this less than a perfect 5. Considering the price, these few negatives lower our rating one notch: There was no book of instructions about anything in the apartment, including setting up the TV; the temperamental dishwasher; the lack of a skillet and no wine glasses in an otherwise well-supplied kitchen; a rusty, non-working can opener. The apartment was immaculately cleaned with lovely tiled floors throughout and a beautiful setting. Rental office was responsive. Many positives!

This condo is spacious and tastefully decorated. It offers an extensive amount of supplies to be utilized during your stay; ceramic pots and pans, stoneware dishes, utensils, and linens. The double patio faces the pond/fountain, has two patio doors for access, and is very inviting with its patio furnishings as well. The beach is just a short walk away, nice boardwalk and the pool is fabulous with its 6.5’ deep end! It has ceramic tile throughout, so consider this if you have small children. The only improvement could be in house keeping, we take our shoes off at the door and quickly noticed on day one... our feet were filthy on the bottom in a short period of time!! Yuck!

Perfect Family Beach Get Away
We loved this condo! It is beautifully remodeled with a well equipped kitchen (except a can opener), extra linens, comfortable beds, and a large sectional in the living room. The private beach access was so nice, not crowded at all. The community pool and hot tub were also very well maintained. The only suggestion I have would be extra cables for the DVD player so you could use it on any TV and still watch the cable TV on the others. If you are bringing your family to St. Augustine, you won’t regret staying here; we would come again in a heart beat!
