Nice spacious home that is less than 100 feet from beach access. The home is a great gathering place and perfect for large families. While we had a couple of questions, the owner was very prompt and helpful with responses. Would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 7 and the size of the house was perfect! The location was great, 3 houses from the beach! We had a hiccup with the air conditioner and Amanda was quick to respond and all was fixed! The house needs some TLC and a good clean, but I would definitely come back here for a stay!

Book our trip several months in advance. Great communication with owner from that point on. Our trip was July 19th through July 26 2023. Arrived to property and cleaners were complete and we were able to check in an hour early after a several hour drive this was greatly appreciated. Upon entry to the rental everything was as described in the add when we booked. After unloading we went directly to the beach which was about 50-60 steps away from the unit lol my grandchildren counted. Beach was amazing and not very crowded for our entire trip. Condo sits on a quiet street with quiet neighbors. Ample parking for my full size truck as well as my sons full size suv. The elevator came in very handy as returning from a tiring beach day or with food. The sleeping accommodations were perfect for our 8 person trip. There was a slight issue with a drain in one of the bathrooms and contacted the owner and someone was sent right out, the issue was sand in the drain but they could not fix so we just used the other 2 showers and did not let that ruin our trip.
Overall I would definitely book at this property again as it seemed to be on the quieter side of Tybee meaning far away enough from the pier to enjoy but close enough if you wanted to see it. If you book at this property you will not be disappointed and you and your family will build memories that will last a lifetime!

Wonderful location. Lots and lots of room for a large family. Beautiful house with all the amenities you could ever need in a vacation rental. The elevator helped a lot with transporting all the luggage and groceries to the upper floors. Love the layout of the entire house.

This house has a great living space with plenty of room for spreading out. The porches are great but the furniture on them isn't that comfortable for porch sitting. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating, but needs more glasses and utensils. There was only three glasses, but sleeps ten people. I actually added three more glasses so now there's 6. You cannot beat the location! Being two houses from the beach was awesome! The property manager was definitely attentive and responded quickly when we notified him the television had stopped working.

Would would definitely stay again. We stayed for 4 nights at the end of May and had such a great time!
We had some iffy weather while we were there, VERY windy and the Comcast Tv service went out twice and internet once. Amanda was super responsive and had a local person there super quick both times to reset things.
As noted by others, I agree it is super spacious, plenty of parking, great location, and literally steps from the ocean.
We enjoyed using the garage and the elevator for sure (one of us was in a walking boot and not having to navigate 3 floors of steps was the saving grace for her having a great time)! We love that for our next Tybee vacation, if we're able to stay here again, there is plenty of room for a rental golf cart in the garage too!
Kids were looking forward to bikes, but they weren't in usable condition. However, bike rental up the street was really inexpensive!
Numerous couches to sit on and some of our folks are couch sleepers and they worked great.
This property was just about perfect - the only thing that would make it better would be a 5th bedroom and pool access, but both of those seem few and far between in Tybee!
Thoughts for improvements: one bedroom does not have a tv which would be a nice addition for maximum flexibility. A couple of bedrooms do not have a fan, a box fan tucked or two away in a closet for use would've been fantastic.

We were in Tybee Island with a group of friends that we have traveled with for over 30 years. Prior to our trip I reached out to Amanda several times & she responded immediately each time & was great to deal with.
Our group had a great time. Overall we loved the house. The size & location of the house was perfect for us….great 3rd floor front porch with plenty of comfortable chairs and a beautiful view of the beach & ocean. The main kitchen, dining & living area is very large & spacious with plenty of room for our group. The only issues we had was with the kitchen not having a good supply of things that you would expect….while there was an abundant supply of coffee mugs & wine glasses there was a limited supply of “everyday” glasses & absolutely no beer glasses. There were no pot holders or hot plates. The cutlery is old & the knives are all extremely dull. While not specifically the kitchen, the grill is in need of a good cleaning & there were no grill brushes to clean the grates with after we cooked. The kitchen did have a Kurig & a French press coffee maker, but for a big group in a house this size a regular coffee maker would be a great addition. These are all “minor” issues that we experienced & are easily addressed. As I said in the beginning we had a great time & loved almost everything about the house. It would be absolutely perfect with a some attention to the “little” details that often go unnoticed or overlooked.

We stayed from May 13-20th. The location is fantastic! We had 10 people with kids, significant others and grandkids. There was plenty of room for everyone. Lots of towels, lots of beach stuff, lots of places to sit. Yes, as others have noted, the furniture is a little run down, but IT’S A BEACH HOUSE!! There’s a great outdoor shower, everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. I would definitely (and hope to) stay there again.

My family stayed here for our second annual trip to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Savannah. Location is great!! Just a walkway away from the beach. The third floor was nice and open with lots of seating available, so we were all able to sit and hang out together. At first I thought the elevator was unnecessary, but boy did it help with getting groceries and heavy luggage upstairs. Overall, we had a wonderal stay and would stay here again!!

We had such a great experience on Tybee Island. The house is absolutely huge! It was perfect for our family. Having an elevator was great. The kids used it just because they could. It was a great get-a-way from a cold February in the northeast. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to diner each night. We didn’t drive anywhere! Everything is in walking distance. We would stay here again!!!

The house is wonderfully appointed with lots of space for everyone to have some alone time or congregate together, both inside and out. The view is spectacular and it's sooo close to the beach and everything the island has to offer. Amanda was super responsive answering questions before our arrival and while we were there, and the check in/out process was simple. If we are lucky enough to head to Tybee Island again, we will definitely come back here!

Such a great house for a large group! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Amanda replied quickly to any questions we had. The ping-pong table was a big hit with the family 😊 Tybee Island was really lovely and Savannah is just a short drive. Perfect !

Great location, plenty of space. Family all had a place to sit, eat and play games. Enough space to relax after a great Thanksgiving meal. This was a beautiful house and the configuration of the four bedrooms, four baths worked perfectly for seven adults-3 singles and 2 couples. The ping pong table in the basement was a hit, and the kitchen was well-supplied. The beach was an easy walk and the house was centrally located on the island and close to everything. The porch afforded a fantastic view of the beach. We all loved the house and would stay there again!

We Loved our time at this spacious beach house. I beds were comfortable, the living space was large enough for our group of eight adults and one toddler., but the porch was our favorite spot each morning and evening when we were not on the beach. We had a perfect week!

Super close to the beach and in the middle of all the fun.
Where this house is located is amazing. It's a great house with a lovely balcony. It has a huge kitchen which we used for making most of our meals. The bar was great size to hold all our drinks and the small extra sink was useful. The ice machine got used a ton!
It was unfortunate to find that the bathrooms weren't properly cleaned when we got there. We had to get some cleaning supplies to make sure the toilet and bath were clean and sanitized for our use. I also know from other reviews that the rugs aren't friends to bare feet. They hurt to walk on, unless you had shoes on. I'd recommend to upgrade the main TV to a smart TV or get a casting device. It was hard to keep the kids entertained with limited channels. With the ability to cast to the TV, I can stream movies and any streaming services we wanted just by connecting to the wifi. Not being allowed to change the temperature in the house was a big annoyance. If I'm paying to stay at a house, I need to be able to stay cool. I don't want to be hot and sweaty the whole time we are there. With the open area being the top floor, kitchen cooking and heat rising, it was very hard to maintain cool in the house. We used paper plates as fans to stay cool during the hottest times of the day. If you're gonna limit the AC unit at least have fans in all the bedrooms.
Overall me and my family had a good time. Hopefully it was just a one time cleaning mistake, but a small upgrade or two would make this the best place on Tybee.

Disgusting- roaches everywhere!
I had read reviews saying this property needed some TLC but the only detail that was consistently present was a mention of the kitchen being poorly stocked and I thought we could live with that since the property seemed to meet our needs for space and had an elevator ( my husband is disabled).
Well, the kitchen was poorly stocked but that was a minor problem. Both the regular coffee pot and the Keurig leaked and seemed to be infested with roaches. We contacted management the first morning after we arrived and they sent a maintainence man to spray but it made no difference. They were everywhere in the kitchen. It was disgusting and I was embarrassed that I had invited family to join us.
There were other issues but they seem almost minor in comparison. The kitchen cabinets were banged up and looked like a low budget rental. The faucet in the kitchen needed to be replaced. And when we arrived we found a glass end table that was broken with jagged edges. Overall this place is in bad shape.

While this property has great proximity to the beach and is spacious, the inside leaves a lot to be desired. The house is riddled with MOLD and ROACHES to start with. We had to scrub the kitchen daily and put all our food in zipper bags to keep the roaches at bay. Just look up while standing in the master bathroom and you can see the mold in the vents. My husband had an asthma attack after falling asleep on one of the sofas in the upstairs because it apparently was molded as well. There is damaged and broken furniture all through the house. The rugs/runners are behind painful to walk on and are extremely dirty. The floors were filthy from the start. We spilled water in the kitchen on our first day and the towel we used to clean it up was black from the dirt. We had to ask for a fitted sheet in the master as there wasn’t one. We requested extra pillow cases but never received them. The upstairs toilet was constantly clogged, the hallway bathroom has mold and mildew in the shower and the master shower floods when used. In addition, the chairs on the upper deck were covered in bird feces and you couldn’t even touch the railing because of the spikes. There was dust all over the house as if it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks and half the light bulbs were burnt out. Many issues listed on previous years’ reviews haven’t been addressed. For the price, I would expect this rental to be a lot cleaner and better maintained. This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and some major maintenance! I do not recommend renting it and will not be coming back.
