About this condo rental
Located in Spokane, this attractive condo for $95 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Fully furnished and equipped full size apartment located in the Garland/Shadle neighborhood. The neighborhood offers easy access to downtown, central or north side activities and events at Gonzaga. The Maple bridge arterial also connects to I90 for those events/activities at EWU. This clean and comfy apartment and inviting atmosphere will meet family or business traveler needs. Large bedroom with extremely comfortable king size bed. Bathroom with full size walk in shower. Living room with convertible sofa. Television with very basic cable. Full kitchen is stocked with dishes/pots and pans and all other necessities. Your host wants travelers to enjoy their stay and will provide juice/coffee/tea. We respect your privacy but strive to be responsive to questions or problems This clean and comfortable apartment includes a full size bedroom with a very comfortable king bed. Additional sleeping surface can be found in the living room on a convertible sofa. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink. Amenities are provided should you forget any supplies. Living room area is comfortably furnished . A television with basic cable is provided as well as WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking supplies. Your host will provide you with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and refrigerator and four burner stove. Washer and dryer are available. The neighborhood is safe and convenient to the quaint Garland District but is a short drive to downtown as well as Northtown Mall and wonderful restaurants and activities. Host lives on site in separate apartment. This is a full sized apartment built on the lower level of a split level home (not a basement) so does have 6 steps down to the entrance. Off street parking is available for one car. Dogs are welcome upon agreement of owner with extra cleaning fee. Due to allergies, cats cannot be accommodated. accommodated.

The unit was just what I needed. It was nice and quiet, had a nice kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable bed. I wouldn't have minded some expanded TV options, but would definitely stay here again in the future.

From the moment we booked, Peggy was welcoming. We brought our larger breed dog and she had plenty of space to eoam the backyard. The apartment was perfect for my partner and I to have a "home base" while visiting family. Highly recommend.

This was a 3 month rental so our daughter could finish her last quarter @ EWU. We were nervous about us not being nearby, but we couldn't have been happier! Peggy was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. The VRBO pictures are accurate and we would recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay for a day or several months.

My daughter stayed here for several weeks while doing a medical rotation at the VA hospital. This VRBO has everything you need. The laundry on site was very helpful to have. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo and conditioners. Peggy was a very welcoming host and checked on my daughter several times during her stay. She even made her a "travel survival kit" for her long drive back to Iowa with coffee, banana bread, and other goodies. My daughter did wake up one morning to no water but Peggy was quick to investigate and found out there was a water main break down the street. She offered to buy several gallons of drinking water but the water was back on after a few hours so it wasn't needed. Peggy was always very easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. You can text her if you need recommendations for places to eat/things to do. Highly recommend staying here if in the Spokane Area.

The host was quick to respond to questions, very thoughtful on the extra touches, and easy to book with! We would definitely stay here again if the “king” bed wasn’t 2 twin mattresses hooked together. Otherwise the perfect place to stay!

This was my first Vrbo experience. It was so wonderful. The property was extremely clean and close to Gonzaga. This was important for us. The owner checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. She thought of everything including some wonderful personal touches. It was perfect cozy apartment for our visit. I hope to be back.

Highly Recommend
My fishing partner and I stayed here for a tournament weekend. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished and the host was very accommodating. I had room for my truck & boat, and access to a power outlet to charge overnight. I was more than impressed and will use this location again when I'm in the area again.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The apartment was pleasant, clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed. Our host Peggy was friendly and communicative. The neighborhood was quiet and attractive. We didn't get into the backyard but could see through the window that it was lovely.

Excellent return stay!
Home is in excellent condition, super clean. Quiet area but week located. Peggy is protective and responsive, and accommodated our occasional family / grandkids visits so graciously. Also very thoughtful of Peggy to share her driveway. Just a seamless stay and would highly recommend.

Peggy’s house was an amazing place to stay. Everything was exactly what we needed in a place to stay while we were in Spokane. The house was very clean when we got there and quite spacious. Peggy was always willing to work with us when we needed changes. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and utensils that we needed. Overall and excellent location to stay!

Amazing place to stay!
This place was just as described and was perfect for our stay during the state basketball tournament. Very clean, and had everything we needed. There were also great personal touches like muffins and juice when we first arrived. Great communication from the owner.

A bright and comfy space, every amenity we care about was provided including reading lights on BOTH sides of the bed! Good lighting in the living room too. Tastefully decorated, great bed and linens. The host was so kind and friendly, we are looking forward to the next time we get to stay!
