About this house rental
Located in Hutchinson Island, this lovely house for $335 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to the newest Beach House with a pool on Hutchinson Island -- the private pool is a brand new saltwater pool/spa with fountains, inside-pool seating with umbrellas, and is heated to your desired temperature -- it is like having your very resort here! Great restaurants are nearby (like Kyle G's and Shuckers on the Ocean), or you can grill by the pool. And from the pool, there is a path to the gate in the backyard to walk to the private neighborhood beach with a two-story tiki hut across the street with chairs to watch the sunrise or waves at any time! There is also a lifeguarded public beach called Waveland just steps away too. The Beach House is a new vacation home in 2019, with an amazing new pool, and the house completely renovated with an open kitchen with bar and quartz countertops, and the baths are beautiful marble and tile. There are three bedrooms and two baths plus two separate living rooms. And there is a fun outdoor area complete with a gas grill and ping pong table! The house is outfitted with a new 65" Smart TV in the living room with high definition cable, and another 55" Smart TV in the second living area with a privacy door. There is wifi that is super strong for streaming too. You have complete control over the pool and spa with a tablet for ease of use 24 hours a day. You can turn the heater to your desired temperature and use the spa any time! The master has a pillowtop King size bed, and the other two bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. All of the bedrooms are completely private, and one is en suite. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are also provided. This is as close you can get to the beach with a pool home that does not come with a beachfront $1000+ nightly price tag! The walk to and from the beach from the backyard gate is unobstructed, no buildings whatsoever! It feels as though the beach is actually in the backyard. The Beach House is an attached Florida villa located in Beach Club Colony. The pool/spa is completely private to this house. The walls in between were built with concrete for soundproofing, and there is fencing surrounding the pool for privacy. The neighborhood has a gated private beach across A1A with a cross-walk, and a boat ramp on the intracoastal. The house has island plantation shutters and crown molding throughout along with brand new tile and wood flooring, new kitchen and baths. The community's private deeded beach is called Beach Club Colony on the Ocean, and is located just across A1A, next to a public beach called Waveland which is lifeguarded during the day year-round. There is a community recreation park located next to the marina on the river, which is fenced in and pet friendly. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance or a short drive, and you are only 1 mile from the new Hutchinson Shores Resort and Spa. THE HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED BETWEEN GUESTS, AND HAVE ADDED CDC GUIDELINES INCLUDING DISINFECTING ALL ITEMS COMMONLY TOUCHED BY GUESTS (DOOR KNOBS, KITCHEN HANDLES, REMOTE CONTROLS, ETC.). WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT / EARLY CHECK INS TO ENSURE PROPER TIME FOR THESE NEW CLEANING PROCEDURES.

Spent 2weeks here recently. What a wonderful experience from day one till end. House was amazing and pool and spa were great. Katy the host super responsive and a real nice person. I will definitely stay here next year. Also pet friendly.

We loved our stay! House was very clean. Beach house had everything we needed to cook dinner at home. The pool and Hot tub were the highlight of our stay, to be able to control the temperature in both was amazing, we were able to swim or relax on our schedule.
Having Coffee and watching the sunrise in the Tikki hut started our mornings.

Great location, awesome pool, easy beach access. The house has all the comforts of home. Beds are very comfortable, as are the sofas. Very well stocked kitchen / pantry. Plenty of beach towels. Above all, if you need assistance, Tara the manager is quick and very responsive to any needs and concerns, that's a big plus+++ Looking forward to next year already!! :)

Let me start with how accommodating our host was. Our plans changed, several times, and she obliged us at every turn. It was above and beyond, and we greatly appreciated it.
The house is in immaculate condition, and it's location can't be beat. Want to fish? Head to the intercoastal dock and pull in fish after fish.
Want to head to the beach? The backyard gate leads to a private beach with clear blue water. The tiki hut plays heavily in the pictures for a reason: it's great. We'd take breaks from the beach to have lunch there, shielded from the sun with a bird's eye view of the beach.
Or just laze at the pool. If you're not familiar with the area, a pool on Hutchinson that close to the beach is not common. This pool's shaded in parts, which is a necessity. The ping pong table played host to afternoon and nightly tournaments. Maybe most importantly, the house had all the beach amenities--chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, etc.
If you're new to Hutchinson, this house is located conveniently from, well, everything. You can walk to a bodega that has a great drink selection, ice, and sundry items. Alberto's (best pizza on the island) is a short drive, as is Publix (though there's also InstaCart) or even downtown Jensen (definitely try Conchy Joe's).
We have more to say, but we'll end with this: this place had it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was incredible. And we will stay again.

The house is perfect for a small group of friends or small family with kids. Our only issues were the previous renters clothes in the bathroom closet, toenail clippings all over the side living room and the obscene amount of mosquitoes. I understand with rain and humidity, you will have mosquitoes, but this was ridiculous. I have over 20 bites myself and bought mosquito spray. With all that vegetation, some kind of treatment should be done. It made it impossible to go for a night swim or even sit in the hot tub during the day. The other issues mentioned just need to be addressed with the cleaning company. Location is great. Neighborhood is quite. Beach isn't crowded, not even with the day camp kids. Would consider using again.

This is our 4th stay at this property. It never lets us down. For a quick weekend getaway to a longer stay, it's always a great pick. The fact that we can take our 100 pound dog is also amazing. My only regret is leaving this tiny piece of paradise.

Found accommodations to be perfect for our weekend on the island. Layout is perfect, pool was great. Landscaping was very beautiful. Even had a blender. The very very short walk to the private beach was convenient access to a somewhat secluded portion of the beach and a shaded elevated tiki shelter. Check in and check out was hassle free. The one thing we got right on this trip to PSL area was the decision to stay here (and Kyle G’s).

It was nice to be able to relax and enjoy the nice warm weather. The house was at a great location, just a quick walk across to the beach. We also really enjoyed the heated saltwater pool/hot tub. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and perfect for morning and evening walks. We definitely will come back; the host was very responsive and we felt very comfortable in the rental.

Perfect experience from start to finish. Kathleen went above and beyond to accommodate a change in my plans, and the house itself was perfect. My three adult children, significant others, a toddler and my dog were along on this adventure and the house was just absolutely perfect for spending time together and having some space to recharge. Location is amazing as well.

Wonderful property with great space for entertaining. We had a getaway family Thanksgiving and the house was very well stocked with enough dishwear and cookware for our week. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed family walks each day.

We stayed a week here for a long overdue vacation. Due to Hurricane Nicole hitting two days before our stay, the beach wasn’t ideal (ocean very rough and last couple days very windy), but because this home has a very nice pool and a beautiful fenced in backyard - we could still enjoy the nice weather and lots of relaxation. The backyard is peaceful with beautiful trees and lots of room for the dogs to chase lizards and bask in the sun. We have a pool at home and I love pools - this pool with adjoining spa is perfect! Great size, great lighting and fountains all controlled via an app. The little neighborhood is perfect for walking dogs. It’s a short car ride to the towns of Jenson Beach and Stuart. Lots of great restaurants are close by. The home itself is small (we like small and cozy) but well laid out and plenty of room for the two of us and our two dogs. Absolutely no complaints about the home. It was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed the week of our stay. Definitely one of the better rentals we’ve stayed at. The house has 2 Livingroom's, which is great if you want kids in a separate location. It is literally across the street from the beach and down the street from a dog park. Next door you'll find a convenience store and a pizza joint. The location just doesn't get any better.
The only issue were the mosquitos or maybe they are sand fleas. Be sure to bring bug repellant.
Would definitely refer this place to everyone!

We enjoyed our week at the beach house - it was an ideal escape from the snowy northeast winter. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. The main living area is sleek and clean, with a newly updated kitchen. The pool is set up perfectly for kids and families. We spent almost all of our time between the pool and the beach. Having lots of toys available was a huge bonus. Crossing the road to the beach was a bit intimidating with small kids, but we did not have any issues. The area was pretty low-key, which was fine with us... lot of retirees! I had a lovely facial at Spa Essence in Stuart, and my family enjoyed visiting the Oceanographic Institute.
