About this house rental
Situated in Indian Shores, this lovely house for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Are you looking for a great family beach getaway? For a place where "working from home" feels a little more like a vacation? For surroundings that feel more like a home and less like a hotel? For a beach that is about relaxing with family and friends? Then we invite you to come stay with us in Indian Shores. Our condo is privately owned, personally managed, and intended to be as great an escape for your family as it is for ours. PROPERTY OVERVIEW Set within a small complex of only 15 total units, our 2BR/2.5BA condo was completely renovated in Nov 2018 for a clean, airy, welcoming, beach feel. The open floor plan on the main level is highlighted by a large balcony that is perfect for meals or just relaxing. The second floor offers two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and a master balcony perfect for some quite time overlooking the gulf. Set just back from the beach, you are just steps away from a semi-private beach that stretches for miles in both directions. Indian Shores is a great family location, situated almost exactly between the world famous St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. The townhome is within walking distance to an array of shops, restaurants, and activities. LIVING AREAS The first-floor living area has ample seating, a sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, and a 50” TV with cable. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs and the dining room table folds out to seat 4 to 6 comfortably. The sliding glass doors lead to the private balcony with gulf views, plenty of dining space, and a spiral staircase leading down to the beach access. BEDROOMS & BATHS Between the pullout sofa in the living area and two bedrooms on the second floor, this townhome easily sleeps six guests comfortably. Listen to the surf from the king bed in the master bedroom. Amenities include a TV, a walk-in closet, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. Great for kids, the second bedroom has full (not twin) bunk beds, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A pack n play is also provided for that smallest of beach goers, as well as a toddler size mattress. A half bathroom is located on the first floor. EXTRA AMENITIES Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable in the main living area, and Amazon Fire TV in each bed room. Netflix available in each room (with your own account). Beach gear including chairs, cooler, tent, bikes, and kayak are located in the private beach closet. Beach towels are also provided. The townhome also has an in-unit washer/dryer and reserved carport parking for two cars (parked in tandem). Please note that this 3rd-story townhome does not have an elevator and can only be accessed via stairs. THE LOCATION When dining out, you’ll have plenty of options within a short walk. For a local seafood spot with live music and water views, check out Caddy’s Pub. Or make your way to Original Pizza & Restaurant for Sicilian-style, thin-crust pies, subs, and hearty Italian fare. To top off your meal with a sweet treat, pop into Haze Ice Cream for a unique range of flavors in an artisanal ice cream parlor. Take your bikes for a short ride to the collection restaurants in Indian Rocks Beach, a mile to the north or a for a nice sit down dinner at the Salt Rock Grill a mile to the south. Tired of the beach, play a game of mini-golf and feed the alligators at Smuggler’s Cove (a 2-minute drive), check out Splash Harbor water park (5 minutes away), or head to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary (4 minutes). Great shopping, dining, fishing tours, and night life can be found within a 15 min drive north or south to Clearwater or John’s Pass areas.

Our family of 4 loved this townhouse. Very clean and comfortable, the upstairs/downstairs layout gave everyone space to spread out and enjoy. The living and dining area were also perfect for hosting our many family members for a New Years dinner. Many great beach toys and chairs, easy access to the beach, and peaceful views of the water from the windows and balconies. We loved our stay and would definitely love to come back.

This place was amazing. Really appreciated the small touches like games and ziplock bags! Things i always need just 1 of and have to buy a whole box. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Cant say enough good things to do this propery justice.

Just as advertised, this place was clean and well stocked with essentials. The beach closet was brimming with chairs, bikes, and a variety of fun beach stuff. The location is perfect. A few steps from the white sandy beach, short walk to Caddy’s Restaurant, and easy drive to several great eateries. Don’t miss the Frog Pond breakfast. Our hosts were attentive and our family’s stay—unforgettable.

This was the perfect place for us to enjoy a quiet family beach vacation. The location couldn't have been better. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy a low-key beach getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The owners were instantly responsive with any questions I had. Pictures are exactly like the location. My son loved the hook game on the deck and passed hours enjoying it . Beds were very comfortable. One suggestion that we noticed is the unit could use a couple new frying plans as they are well worn and a kettle for morning tea 🙂 I would 100% go back again. The location was walking distance to a couple great restaurants (Caddy’s and Dog n Parrot). The beach is not over crowded.

Property is just steps away from a quiet section of the beach. While water views are limited from the balconies, the sunset can still be seen from the bedroom balcony. North window views are not blocked by another building, allowing for lots of daylight and views of blue skies and trees. Mike and Connie were very thoughtful in stocking the condo - plenty of dishes and kitchen tools, flashlights, towels, aloe vera, sheets, umbrellas, beach chairs/toys, any type of pillow you could ever want and so much more. Cabinets and closets were organized with ample space for the stuff we brought for our long-term stay. The condo was very clean and stocked with cleaning supplies for us to use. They responded quickly when we had a question. We booked for 2024 while we were there in February.

Our trip to the area for a wedding in Saint Pete was enhanced by our stay at this perfect condo on Indian Shores beach! Michael and Connie have thought of every amenity to make our stay so enjoyable. The decor is lovely and so filled with beach themes that make you feel as if you’re in a tropical island. Walking right down our stairs to the beautiful gulf front was incredible. We will definitely be back again if we come this way. Thanks for a great day Mike and Connie.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was steps from the beach and we loved sitting on both balconies. We spent most days on the beach. The beach was quiet and we enjoyed a variety of things: floating on tubes, boogie boarding, and just taking in the view. We were provided everything we could possibly need. The condo is in walking distance to restaurants and minigolf, and within driving distance to great spots like downtown Clearwater and Madeira Beach. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect beach condo
My family and I spent our spring break here, and I have nothing but great things to say. The location is perfect- having younger kids, it was so nice to be just steps from the beach, making it easy to run up to make lunch, take a break from the sun, etc. The condo was spacious and clean, and very well stocked. It is also decorated so well- it made me feel like I was staying in my own place. MIke was wonderful and responded to any question I had very quickly. The storage closet was also stocked with everything we needed for the beach, my favorite being the bikes. I enjoyed riding to a local french pastry shop to get breakfast for my family one morning. Thank you MIke and Connie for helping our family make wonderful memories.

Great location, several good bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very nice and clean and quiet. Lots of stairs to get into the condo, but we knew that going in and they weren't an issue. The owner is very nice and responds very quickly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Week
My family had a ver relaxing week and enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and steps from the beach. There were supplies to get us started (spices, coffee/filters, laundry soap, ect.). The beach locker had chairs and kid supplies too. Would definitely stay here again. Mike was.great in responding to any questions I had. Thank you for the memories!!
