About this cottage rental
PLEASE NOTE: We rent by the week-Saturday to Saturday- December 12 thru April 30. During the rest of the year we have a strict 3 night minimum.
PLEASE NOTE: While a well behaved dog is welcome, we have had to institute a strict ONE DOG policy

This charming, refurbished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with courtyard entrance is located in the Historic District within easy walking distance to town and beach. It offers an open floor plan with 2,100+ square feet, all at ground level, painted wood floors, vaulted ceiling in main living area on a completely fenced corner lot on a quiet street. Large front porch features both a casual seating area for reading or cocktails, and a dining area. Incredibly comfortable interior funishings, 1 queen and two twin beds. Both bathrooms completely refurbished in 2021. The cottage is well stocked with white hotel quality towels and new linens, blankets, and pillows and beach towels. House sleeps four in beds.
Kitchen is equipped with Wolfgang Puck pots and pans and every handy gadget. Outdoor round dining set on the porch seats four or more guests. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and brand new Oreck vacuum cleaner makes quick clean-ups easy. Professional cleaning service is available on a weekly basis at additional cost. Tenants for longer than two week rentals are required to use this bi-weekly cleaning service. That’s how we keep this house sparkling clean for our guests. Secure high speed internet and Xfinity cable will keep you connected to the outside world or you can go "off grid" and enjoy the solitude.
Courtyard offers two distinct outdoor eating areas and lounge chairs for private sunbathing. Enjoy meals under the patio umbrella while you enjoy the quiet of our secluded area of the Village.
Whether you are new to Boca Grande or have been returning for years, this charming cottage is an ideal vacation spot for couples or small families. Park your car and walk, bike or golf cart to town, the Gasparilla Inn, the Community Center, or the pristine beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The cottage comes with Class D parking permits which allow you to park your car or golf cart in all permit restricted areas on the island for an unlimited amount of time.

I hesitate to post this review because I want to keep this gem to myself! We absolutely love this cottage!! It was just perfect for the two of us. First, let me say that the location is fantastic and close to everything. Secondly, it was immaculately clean. The cottage was also well-stocked with everything we needed - beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella - and the kitchen also well-stocked. The outdoor space in the front is rare, and provides a wonderful view from the screened in porch (where I sat in the mornings and evenings). Inside, the open floor plan is lovely. The master BR has plenty of places to put your clothing - a large bureau and large closet with shelves. The bed is very comfortable, and I slept great! The thermostat allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking in no time at all. Andy and Regina are wonderful hosts and could not have been kinder. Andy responded to my messages very quickly and even went out of his way to hunt down an Amazon package that was delivered to the wrong address. (Thank you again, Andy!)

After 2 devastating hurricanes back to back the “pink cottage “ is better than ever! It’s really remarkable how put back together the whole island is! Beautiful weather, perfect beach days and the most comfortable house to call home for your time there. Andy and Regina do a wonderful job as host and hostess! We have definitely found our favorite “getaway “ and can’t wait to go back !

The pink cottage is lovely! Very comfortable, fantastic outdoor space, perfect location within walking distance to town. Host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Top notch property located in the most charming part of the island! Clean and updated throughout. Kitchen well equipped, from cookware to appliances. Nice laundry room. Ample beach amenities: umbrellas, chairs, cooler, towels. Great outdoor spaces with lawn chairs, tables, chairs, etc. They even provide a couple of bicycles. Well appointed screened porch. Host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. No hesitation in giving a 5 star rating and has definitely earned a spot on our repeat list!
