Condo was fully renovated in 2015: New tile floors throughout living area and master bedroom, new kitchen with quartz counter tops, new appliances including refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, breakfast bar with 3 stools for additional seating, all new furniture in living and dining areas, new mattresses, TVs in all bedrooms, 2 DVD players. Bathrooms renovated in 2014. Enjoy the beach, pool, jacuzzi, MLB Spring Training (Yankees, Phillies, Blue Jays, Reds, Pirates, Tigers) Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Busch Gardens and more. Orlando theme parks are just a short 90 minute drive away. Easy access to Tampa (TPA) and Clearwater/St. Pete (PIE) airports. Master suite with king bed and Smart HDTV, private bath with walk-in shower, incredible beach view and access to large balcony. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Our family enjoyed the heated pool. There is plenty to do, see, and eat in the area.

Truly was everything advertised and more. It is a great location with alot to do. Amanda, always kept up to date on any surprises which was out of her control. I highly recommend staying here and will go back again!

Highlights: relatively quiet and relaxing, not crowded area of beach, stunning beach views and sunsets, fully stocked for enjoyment, family games, list of recommended restaurants from owners, walk to many sites nearby. Nice updated decorating and very comfortable to hang out at dining table and balcony. Parking was great, very near entrance and reserved spot. Would be nice to upgrade/improve: smaller beds were very squeaky and uncomfortable (others mentioned this too). Kids might be ok with this, but we had our adult children with us. No DVD player in family room, but awesome collection of DVDs. Would have been nice to pop in a couple movies.

I usually prefer a smaller property, but my husband now needs an elevator. It was not too crowded on the beach. The property owner had the place nicely stocked with essentials. Full size appliances. Plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys. Designated parking space, with luggage and grocery carts available. Pool and hot tub with age restrictions. Everyone was friendly.

We had a great time spending Christmas at Indian Shores beach. Even though it turned colder than expected, we still enjoyed the beautiful condo and the beach. Sand Castle 503 was immaculate and so well equipped. We had everything we needed for preparing Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas brunch. Amanda was great to work with and very responsive.

Property was very clean and had all of the necessities needed for a week's stay. The pool was wonderful for the grandkids and the beach front was perfect for long walks and sunsets. It was nice having a restaurant right across the street and other places within walking distance. Would love to stay there again.

My family enjoyed everything about this place. The condo it's self was clean, very nice and fully stocked (even had a bunch of sand toys for the kids). The property was also nice from the refreshing pool, to the great beach with no crowd. The location was also great with a restaurant right across the street and a few more just a short drive down the road. The owner was great and easy to work with as we had an issue with the wifi but she was quick to send someone over and got the issue fixed. Thank you very much for the much need relaxing vacation.

The Sand Castle III exceeded my expectations!!! Property owner was available for anything necessary, was extremely prompt with returning text messages(very convenient). Pool was clean and clear, beautiful view of the ocean right through living room and master patio doors!! Also, perfect view for patio dining at sunset!!! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I took this trip to celebrate my birthday. We do Sandcastle trips yearly but this is the first time in 503. It was a wonderful experience. AMANDA, the Owner, works with you with anything you need. The place was beautifully cleaned and updated throughout. The beach and sunsets were spectacular. Thank you Amanda! I hope to Revisit in the near future.

This property was very accurate to the pictures and description. Very clean and well equipped. It could not be any easier to check in. Close to Clearwater airport. All amenities you may need are very close. If your looking for views and sounds of the ocean, this condo could not be beat. The beach is wonderful. No big crowds, you can just simply enjoy yourself and relax. We will be renting again. -- The Lohmans--

We had a great time! The accommodations for four adult women sisters and friends was wonderful. The beach was so accessible and the sunsets were beautiful. Good restaurants and fun shopping we’re nearby. We even played pickle ball at nearby courts. What a fun birthday!

Gorgeous home right on the beach we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We had 6 people staying including 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room. Loved that we didn’t need to bring beach towels or chairs. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed this condo so much. Plenty of room for everyone. Beach was great, easy access. Beach chairs, toys, towels and umbrella were provided. Quiet area, not too touristy but great locally owned places to eat or short drive to Largo for franchise restaurants. Crabby Bills was very good food. We will be returning to this area again.

The unit is beautiful. It’s on the fifth floor with gorgeous views of the beach and sunsets. The unit has been recently renovated which includes tile floors throughout. If you have ever rented a beach unit with carpet floors before then you will greatly appreciate how nice tile floors are. The unit also came stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, pool noodles, boogie boards, volley ball etc. having Caddy’s directly across the street is an added bonus as well. Amanda is a great host that was very attentive to our questions. I have nothing negative to say. We will rent this unit again in the future.
