The best thing about this property is its location. It is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, away from the crowded tourist areas, yet still close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other attractions. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is a great place.The apartment itself is a bit dated and shows some wear and tear, but it was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. The building could use some updates, but overall it was well-maintained.Our biggest complaint was the internet. The Wi-Fi coverage and speed were poor throughout our stay, and getting support was frustrating. We were bounced between the front desk and text support, and the IT Help Desk number sounded like a fax machine instead of connecting us to someone who could help. In today's world, reliable internet should be a basic expectation.The TVs were another minor annoyance. Each one seemed to operate differently, making it more complicated than necessary to find and watch content.On the positive side, the property offers multiple pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant, which was very convenient. The overall atmosphere is what really makes this place special—no loud crowds, no late-night parties, and no constant noise.While not perfect, this property feels like a hidden gem. It may need some modernization, but the location, convenience, and peaceful setting more than make up for its shortcomings. We would happily stay here again.

From beginning to end, 10 out of 10! The condo, the room, the food, and amenities. This condo has everything!! My kid loved the pool and beach. We loved it. Makes you want to never leave. No issues! Host reached out and made sure we were happy, having a great time. Will definitely book again!

We had a great time. Unit is as described. We even got to check in early which was a life saver with little ones. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal . We love Island Vista. Only suggestion would be to include beach chairs in the unit. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We loved out stay here. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Spacious room so everyone was comfortable. Beautiful views and nice furniture on the balcony. We were told ahead of time that we wouldn't have use to luggage carts, but no big deal, we took our wagon and parked on the same floor as our room. No elevator necessary. The garage is a little tight to maneuver, but not a lot of traffic, so manageable. We will definitely stay here again!
