About this condo rental
Situated in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $338 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Available by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 5th level suite is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. The master features a king size bed, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and private entrance to main balcony. The Master en-suite has a large granite top vanity with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and a large whirlpool soaker tub. The additional 2 bathrooms also have granite top vanities. Adjacent to the 2nd bathroom is the second bedroom with two double beds. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds on request. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa with a comfortable gel foam mattress. You will also enjoy large flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and 65 inch smart TV in the living room, high efficiency washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, and granite counters. The living room has a Blu-Ray player with WIFI so you can stream your accounts with Amazon, Netflix, etc., or you can connect your own device to the TV with the extra pre-wired HDMI cable. Guests can also park on the fifth level and go straight to the condo without having to use the stairs or elevators! The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. The Cypress Room is an award winning onsite restaurant which serves breakfast and dinner daily with lunch options available on the patio and at the pool bar during the summer months. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, three pools, spas, children’s splash pool, and waterfall / rock formations overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition. - Luxury Linen package included! - This is a non smoking building. -7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season. - 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. -No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises. This property is a great location. The resort amenities were very nice Pools and hot tubs. Overall would rent this place again. Plenty of room and great view on the balcony of the beach. Even the couch bed was comfortable.

We loved this property. It is quiet and beautiful. But, for the price, it would have been nice to have daily or at least mid-week maid service. But, overall it was a great place and we will stay there again.

The condo is clean and nicely decorated. It felt vey cozy. Even in January, the views were beautiful. We saw a school of dolphins from the balcony. And we enjoyed hot tubing both in doors and outdoors each night. The 12 year old boys loved playing in the heated indoor pools too. We will definitely stay again.

This property looks just like the pictures. We did have a problem with the remotes in two of the bedrooms. One didn't work at all even with new batteries and the other was held together with rubber bands and worked intermittently. The linens in the bedroom with the twin bed made into a king did not fit the bed properly and every night the bed had to be remade. Not what you would expect from a luxury property. Also, because we used an independent rental company and didn't rent through the complex, we were unable to get any pool towels, use the luggage carts, or charge food to the room. In addition, even though I paid a large cleaning fee, we were required to strip the beds and put linens and towels in front of the washer, start a load in the washer, take out all the trash and clean and put away all kitchen items.

Great ocen view. Property needs few upgrades. Would be nice if owner provided starter K-cups for coffee. Lighting needs upgrade as few bulbs blown and clean utensils should be provided.

The home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The beach view and pools are absolutely amazing! The resort is clean and in the the perfect location!! The home had every cooking utensil needed except for a mixer. The beds are really comfortable and my family loved the showers. Be mindful that there are no luggage carts available to you in you rent through a third party, however, you can park on the same floor as your room, which makes it better. We will definitely rent this condo again.

You could sit at the table and enjoy the ocean view while eating with your family. That was amazing. I cook alot when we go on vacation, the only thing I would add to kitchen is a mixer.
Rooms and bathrooms clean. Mattresses were so comfortable.
We were able to park so close to our room on fifth level.
The pools were a little cool, lazy river was very chilly so we used hot tubs. Tiki bar closed the first day we arrived so we had to use restaurant for liquid refreshments. The restaurant bar was amazing and not too far from pool so it wasn’t so bad. Over all we really really enjoyed the condo and facilities.

The condo was wonderful, very clean and stocked with plenty of bath towels! Nothing was broken and everything as pictured! This condo is a perfect location . We enjoyed the one man musician playing poolside each evening and enjoyed from balcony. Only negative to.Island Vista was the parking otherwise we loved it!

Being right on the beach with the two pools on the property along with the indoor lazy river and swim area for kids was great. The condo was the perfect size for two families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a family vacation with members aged 7 to 77. It is a family friendly resort. The condo was just as it looked in the pictures. The location is ideal. There are houses on either side so the beach was not crowded. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning.

Beautiful, spacious, well maintained condo, perfectly located on myrtle beach. Most buildings are stackednon top of eachnother down the beach, but this one was well spaced from others, giving you more of a private beach experience. Indoor pools were a great option to have when it was cold or rainy. Balcony was also larger than most, which was a plus for us.

This property was in a great location in N. Myrtle Beach and had very nice amenities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager through VRBO was attentive and answered all questions/resolved all issues very quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite and upscale property. Looking forward to returning again.

This condo has everything you should need. The living room/dining room/kitchen are has plenty of space for everyone to go about their business. Plenty of tableware, glasses, ultensils.
the bedrooms are all a nice size. Not cramped like alot of condos. The beds are comfy and the showers are amazing- LOTS of water pressure. The soaking tub in the master is a delight.
The balcony is so relaxing to sit and watch the sunrise and set.
the pools are refreshing and having the ocean so close was perfect.There was some night time entertainment which was nice to listen to while you were on the balcony.
There are also some beach toys and beach chairs for your use. Over all we didnt want to leave . this is one of the nicer condos we have stayed at.
ATTN managing company :My only negitive is the knife block in the kitchen needs replacing. the knifes are dull,broke or rusty
