Located in Montego Bay, this lovely villa for $1,530 per night is a great option for your next break. The HOME AT LAST Villa is a fully staffed 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath upscale villa in the secure, gated community of The Lagoons in the Montego Freeport, Montego Bay. Our villa is only 20 minutes from the Montego Bay airport, and just a few minutes away from the world renowned Montego Bay Yacht Club, The Houseboat Restaurant and Secrets Resort. Our villa, which is located on the Caribbean and is Covid 19 Certified, is furnished with modern amenities, luxurious spa-style bathrooms, air conditioning in every bedroom, and a truly Caribbean feel. Two of the bedrooms have breathtaking views of the sea from their own private veranda. The villa opens up to a large veranda overlooking the Caribbean; which is perfect for entertaining, a romantic dinner or simply kicking back enjoying our famous rum punch. Each day's sunset is different, and is something wonderful to witness! The manicured grounds feature a heated, infinity pool overlooking the sea, a Jamaican thatched gazebo with bar, ice maker, refrigerator, wine cooler and satellite TV. Watch your favorite movie or sports team from the bar or the pool, or listen to your favorite tunes through our music system. Within The Lagoons community are two lighted tennis courts and a large 25 meter swimming pool for your use. Your rental rate includes the services of a full time, amazing group of people. Karilla is your chef, Rodrick is your butler/bartender, Annette is the house manager and Roy is the gardener. Your meals will be prepared and served either outside on the veranda, at the bar or indoors in the formal dining area. The staff will purchase and prepare all meals that you have chosen for your stay. After deciding on your menu for the week, you may either accompany the Chef to the grocery or give her an itemized list with cash, and she will return with the goods and all receipts. In addition to the full staff, we employ a local management company that will meet you at the airport and arrange any side trips that you may want to take, if you please. This is not included in our nightly rate. We had an amazing stay at 'Home At Last'! Every detail was attended to. The home, the location, the ocean front view was simply amazing. Our local family Annette (House Mgr), Roderick (Butler), Korilla (Chef) and Roy (Gardener) made everything absolutely perfect.. from a beautiful, well kept home, to a beautiful manicured garden and everything in between with amazing excursions, and even jet ski's brought into our cove, a fire at the ocean side in the evening with custom cocktails and wine to our heart's content. Add a week of planned menu's finding a balance of family favorites for 4 young adults and 2 older with influence of local flavors and dishes and even flexibility with some food preferences so everyone was beyond well fed and happy! The memory and experience was beyond priceless! Thank you to our Home at Last family!

First, thank you for providing us the opportunity to stay in your home. This property is picture-perfect, and it would be very comfortable to stay for good!
This was the perfect destination for our family, which included my wife and I, our two daughters, and granddaughter. We had more rooms than we needed, and every room felt like an owner's suite w/attached bath. We left one day of the week for a tour, but found that the home and property provided enough for our small family to enjoy that it really wasn't necessary to leave at all. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and would have played all day and night there if it was up to her. The paddle boards and kayaks provided us access to a great snorkeling reef. Weather was beautiful in Oct.
So, the property is great, yes-- but the team (staff) supporting this home really has a powerful affect on your trip. Miss Annette ran the property flawlessly, Roderick met our every need and interacted most with my family. He is instantly likeable and positively engaged with everyone, including my granddaughter. Carilla created culinary delights daily that were amazing. Roy maintained the exterior of the property so well and assisted us with the kayaks and paddleboards. Bronstein, our driver provided safe and enjoyable passage when we needed it. Each member of this team showed strong character and were wonderful people.
We hope to return in the future... It was an amazing stay that reinforced that Jamaica is #1 in hospitality.

I can’t say enough about our stay! Home At Last Villa is the perfect location for a gathering of friends and family. Thank you to the Taylor family for hosting our stay. You have created a warm and inviting space and assembled an amazing staff.
The synergy amongst the staff demonstrated itself in the efficient and pristine premises run by Annette; Rodricks easy assumption of multiple duties and responsibilities; Chef Karilla’s delectable meals which never failed to please, and Roy beautiful maintenance of the pool and grounds. Katie, the nanny was a jewel. She quickly etched herself on the hearts of my two grandchildren.
The Villa, staff, and grounds far exceed our expectations. When our initial party of weary and exhausted travelers arrived, we were greeted as warm and welcomed guests, not strangers. During our stay, staff provided us with 10,080 minutes of love, joy, laughter, peace, and tranquility.

It was phenomenal! The staff made our stay as magical as it was!!!! Roderick & Karilla were irreplaceable & gracious. Annette & Roy kept the house & grounds immaculate. I'm running out of positive adjectives describing our stay. It was the epitome of sensational!!!!

There is nothing I can say that hasn't truly already been said, but this property and our trip was something we'll never forget. The location is safe and beautiful, the caretakers exude warmth and grace, and the experience of having everything at your fingertips is unparalleled. You literally don't have to leave the villa to have an exceptional time. We took the kayaks and paddleboards out 3 times a day, we swam and played games in the pool, we watched tennis on TV and laughed with Rodrick at the tiki bar, we relished in hand made and finely curated meals, and were treated like royalty. Our family of 6 has experienced a lot of stress and loss in the last year, and this trip felt like someone was taking care of us, and allowing us some peaceful time to heal and bond. Sitting down for three meals a day together is so rare these days, and we continued to say each meal was better than the last. We made memories that will last a lifetime.

My little family of 7 includes children from ages6 to 16. We spent a wonderful week at At Last. Rodrick, Annette, Karrila, and Roy took excellent care of us. The views, food, and property were perfect.
We took advantage of the views by renewing our vows overlooking the bay. Rodrick was kind enough to act as our photographer. 💜
We only left the house for one excursion. We highly recommend AristoKat Tours. Otherwise we doesn't our days relaxing, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and playing games.
Lastly, as a testament to how caring and proactive the staff is, I have to share the following: One morning our 10 year old woke up with pretty severe facial swelling. Rodrick, Annette, and Karilla helped us to obtain children's Benadryl and walked us through everything he could've possibly had an allergic reaction to. He slept most of the day but everyone checked on him. When he was back up and running again everyone continued to check in. I felt like we were visiting with family at that point.
Our entire family loved our time here and can't wait to revisit the property and the amazing people who work there.

This property and the staff are amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation where you are pampered and made to feel like family. Excursions are available but not necessary to learn and be a part of the culture. We did Blue Hole and Dunns River Falls. Both were amazing.

We had a fantastic time in Jamaica staying at this home, two families with kids age 5-13. The photos do a good job of capturing the amazing house and activities, so I’ll just say it’s quite the location and view. The kids spent hours in the pool, paddle boards, kayaks, and walking out to see the starfish and fish in the shallow water. The one thing I’d add is that while you can snorkel off the beach, there’s a great reef at the mouth of the bay, about a 10 minute kayak straight ahead. We did a sail and snorkel excursion and they were going to take us there :) I can’t image a better location to stay on the island. However, the staff was the reason this was one of our favorite vacations. We generally don’t do all inclusive vacations and didn’t fully anticipate just how much more relaxing our stay would be without having to do meals, groceries, drinks, and general cleaning. And the staff was wonderful. The meals were excellent and to our preferences (and our kids!), the staff was helpful, friendly, and flexible, and the house was clean daily. The beds were super comfortable. The gated community felt very safe. We’ll be back!

It is hard to put into words how beautiful of a vacation we had while staying at the villa. I can describe the experience, the home and most importantly, the staff!!!! I can't say I've ever felt more royal on vacation. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we were all very well taken care of. The home was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. CHEF Karilla was everything we expected and more!! Riddick was attentive and helpful. Annette was so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Roy kept the grounds in great shape. We had everything we needed and didnt leave the property. We all are still basking in our time there and olan to return.

Wonderful location, well appointed house, plenty of thought out into creating relaxing and picturesque spaces, and everything you need to have a wonderful time on property or around the island. The villa itself is thoughtfully decorated, and all bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. But the most special part of our stay was the amazing staff. Annette kept the house in pristine condition, and was always available for any thing we might need. Roy saw that the grounds and pool were in immaculate shape each day, and shared a wealth of knowledge about the local flora and fauna. Rodrick spoiled us terribly, serving us delicious food and drinks, and making us feel completely at home. The amazing meals that Karrila prepared were hands down the best we’ve ever had among the many staffed villas we have rented throughout the Caribbean. You will not leave the table at any meal without being impressed!

We had a group of 8 women celebrating a 50th birthday and we were more than pleased with our stay! We did not want to leave the house the entire time we were there! My friends and I (party of 6) stayed here for 5 nights during our vacation to Montego Bay and it was an incredible experience. Annette the property manager was amazing and ensured that we had everything we needed. Rodrick was the absolute best!!! He always made us feel well taken care of and was so much fun while providing excellent service! Chef Karilla is top notch and always came through with delicious meals! I could not have asked for a better experience to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The home is awesome but the staff made this trip so much more enjoyable. From the airport pickup to the airport drop off, we were treated like royalty. The driver Mr. Baker took care of our transportation all week, Chef Karilla prepared some of the best meals we’ve ever had, Annette and Roderick made sure the 8 of us never was in need of anything and Roy took care of the pool and grounds every day. We will be back hopefully Christmas of 2023 to bring our adult children.

With this trip being so amazing we’re not sure where to begin but to start the house itself is beautiful, from the decor to the views. It is dream worthy. Our stay surpassed its expectations with the wonderful staff running this villa! From Annette’s time to making sure the house was always clean and laundry was done, To Rodrick for taking care of our every need from making drinks, to making a call to set up a boat trip for us and playing with Finn in the sand. To Karilla for making the most delicious food and desserts and for making a delicious birthday cake for all the girls and Roy for keeping the outside immaculate and always making sure our cushions stayed dry when it rained! We really can’t thank everyone enough for all they did to make our stay amazing! This is one vacation we will all never forget and hope to one day return too!

I stayed with my wife, 2 adult kids, and a couple of family friends. We were pampered with amazing service, food, sunsets, and memories. I will highly recommend this vacation for my other family members and friends ....and we are considering coming back for a holiday stay as well!

Family vacation /graduation trip
I can’t say enough superlatives about my families stay at At Last. The staff was as good as it gets and always there with a drink from Rodrick, and offering the most wonderful food. We really enjoyed the authentic Jamaican cuisine that was prepared by Karilla and easily navigated through all the different food allergies. Annette did a wonderful job getting the house for in order for the day and at night when it was time to lay our heads down after an eventful day either going on one of our excursions or just spending the day in the wonderful pool or enjoying the water craft in the ocean. Roy was one of the first staff on site in the morning getting the beach toys and pool ready for the day. The staff really went above and beyond for us especially Rodrick. He was always there to fill our beverages, tell jokes, clear the table after a wonderful meal and really got to know our family at a personal level. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Mr. Baker (driver) who we contracted his services for the week to drive my family safely to all our excursions. We had a ton of laughs and fun navigating through Jamaican highways, streets and downtown Mobay with Mr. Baker! We would highly recommend this villa to families or a group of friends and know you will have just as many good things to say as my family does. Look forward to another stay in the future!

Communications were very good from the initial booking to the final check out. What really made our stay was the staff. Wow - the Taylor’s have really found some Jamaican Gems. Annette, Roderick, Karilla, and Roy. ONE LOVE MON. The location was perfect for us. Right on the beach. We enjoyed all of the beach toys provided and spent a lot of time chillin in the pool. Roy kept everything in line for us and the grounds were immaculate. Roderick kept our drinks topped off and helped us with planning and budgeting. Annette makes running the house look effortless, all while not being intrusive. Karilla - I would love to have packed her in my suitcase to bring her home. The food was savory and we all worked together to plan meals that fit our needs. Our favorites were the jerk chicken tacos and shrimp Alfredo. Grilled Chicken sandwiches by the pool for lunch. Also wanna give a shout out to our driver Baker. He was full of knowledge, helpful tips and very accommodating. All in all our stay deserves the highest compliment…we will be back and hope to see you all again.
