Located in Gulfport, this attractive house for $200 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to the Milo Inn, a second story property that truly catches the sea breeze of Boca Ciega Bay. The inn is located on Beach Blvd in the heart of Gulfport's Historic Waterfront District. Inside you will find a palette of tropical colors that compliments each room with tumbled marble floors throughout. The new full kitchen has a farm sink, granite countertops,stainless steel appliances plus a Kuerig coffee maker. The relaxing bedroom suite is appointed with a new queen mattress set and fluffy pillows. The sun room comes complete with a queen pull out sofa bed, flat screen HDTV with HBO, Starz, Cinemax , Showtime and WIFI. Enjoy the sunsets and a cold beverage on your second story deck while bbqing on the gas grill.

Location right in the center of Gulfport is ideal and the deck was lovely for coffee and cocktails. The rest of the place needs significant improvement. The entry gate was difficult and we used our own WD40 to make it more workable. The shower didn't drain properly. Two adults/two bath towels for 4 nights. The bedroom fan only worked if the wall switch was on but you couldn't use the pull to turn off the fan light so you couldn't run the fan at night. Plenty of plates but minimal glasses and coffee cups. The main room A/C didn't work. The place wasn't particularly clean, although we paid a cleaning fee. The decoration is shabby/chic but more shabby than chic. For the cost of the nightly rental, you can do much better. The owner/agent isn't investing enough time or effort in the property.

This apartment has the quaint charm I’d hoped for in a Gulfport rental! Restaurants, shops, music, and the beach are within easy walking distance and the area was surprisingly quiet for a town center with lots of activity. Arthur provided very clear instructions for check in and the rental is as advertised.

This getaway was exactly what we needed. It is walking distance to the beach and is not far! All four of us were all able to sleep comfortably. The owner communicated with us before and after promptly and kindly. Definitely considering this for the future!

Loved The Milo Inn
We loved our stay at The Milo Inn, a beautifully decorated and charming collage. Everything was perfect and relaxing! We especially loved being so well-located in the beach district of Gulfport. Being among the restaurants, galleries and gorgeous views was ideal. And many thanks to August for his outstanding hospitality. We hope to return!

This is a very nice place to stay, conveniently located in downtown Gulfport. We particularly liked the adequately sized kitchen and sitting area. The apartment is eclectically decorated, and everything was clean.

A hidden gem in Downtown Gulfport
We have stayed at the Milo twice now. It has been such a perfect getaway. In the middle of downtown Gulfport, we were able to walk to a number of fun shops and great restaurants.
The accommodations were very comfortable. The kitchen has anything you would need. My partner even said the bed was more comfortable than ours at home. Super quiet and peaceful, convenient to everywhere you would want to be in Gulfport. We will be back!

Great location
I stayed here for two weeks working remote and August was quick to respond and was able to stock the place with dish washing soap + towels when I asked, which really was great. He even allowed an early check in. A few things to note:
-the queen mattress in the bedroom is pretty stiff/springy and I preferred sleeping in the sectional sleeper in living room
-the only bathroom is located in the bedroom which isn’t ideal for everyone if you have friends/family who are staying in the living room

Charming upstairs apartment-type unit that is perfectly located for a short couple's getaway in Gulfport / St. Petersburg. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The unit is small, but comparable to a hotel suite, perfect for two. The owner was easy to work with and overall responsive. The only recommendation I would call out for improvement is with the provided supplies (e.g., watered-down liquid soaps, single-layer toilet tissue, few towels, no dishwasher soap). A few more dollars worth of basic items would make the stay more comfortable, and provide a more upscale feel to a really quaint little property.

The property was clean, well-equipped, and close to Gulfport restaurants and bars. We were primarily in town for the St. Petersburg Grand Prix, which was short drive away.

Perfect for two family/close friends adults
My grown daughter and I really enjoyed our weekend stay here. Didn’t need the air conditioners at all! We loved the restaurant across the street and others nearby. We also enjoyed the deck at night.
If stairs are an issue, this may not be the place for you. Lovely stay and neighbors are very nice!
