Located in Pacific Grove, this charming house for $725 per night is a great option for your next trip. Spectacular Ocean Views! Stunning views of the Pacific Ocean 300 feet from the house to the ocean's edge and walking trails, across from Asilomar Beach. Five minutes from Monterey Fisherman's Wharf. Pictures illustrate the incredible view from the living room, dining room, kitchen and the upstairs master bedroom. As of June 2019, we have completed a top to bottom inside and outside remodel of the entire home. Kitchen was torn down to the framing and redesigned with the very best in cabinetry and appliances. You will enjoy spending time in the kitchen with the ocean views. Adjoining the kitchen is a great dining area which seats up to 8 people and provides a serving side board as well as the new granite countertop between the kitchen and the dining room. The master bedroom was also torn down to the framing and rebuilt, allowing us to reposition the shower and oversized tub so that you have great ocean views from both. New cabinets, granite countertops and new sinks complete the new look there as well. In the upstairs master suite there is 1 king size bed, 2 nights stands, and 2 sitting chairs with a table to enjoy the ocean views. There are 2 downstairs bedrooms which each have a queen size bed and 2 night stands. In the living room there is a pull out tempur pedic queen size bed located in the sea foam blue sofa. The downstairs bathroom has a very nice marble top counter with 2 sinks and a walk in shower. Through the octagon shaped front door entryway, you access the 500 plus square foot living room which is down 3 steps from the entryway. There you will find an L-shaped leather sectional which seats 8 people, 2 reclining & swivel chairs near the windows which allow you to easily look at the ocean. There is also a sea foam blue tempur pedic queen size sleeper. In addition, there is a sofa table with 2 seating cubes that can be used as a laptop computer table which includes an ocean view. If you walk out the front door, you will find a walkway to the patio area which has a new aluminum patio table and 10 chairs. There is also a 22" Weber kettle BBQ. Just bring your favorite charcoal. In the garage, there is room for 2 cars, one of which has a remote control provided. There is also a washer and dryer which is available for your use. And, there are 6 beach towels to be utilized when walking the 300 feet to the beach. This home is located in an environmentally sensitive area known as Asilomar Dunes. Walking on the sand dunes except for designated pathways is prohibited. This area is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood where loud noises are prohibited. Guests should not be outside on the patio after 10pm making any type of noise which could disturb the neighbors.

Beautiful home in the most amazing location! Home is very well kept - in top shape and very clean. Views from the bedrooms and main rooms can’t be beat! Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. Loved it!

The view from this amazing home is spectacular, beyond beautiful, breathtaking and absolutely wonderful. Our stay was magnificent. I hope to return soon. Mark, the caretaker, was fun to talk to and very personable. I highly recommend this home.

So peaceful and relaxing with breathtaking panorama views of the majestic Pacific Ocean! A great layout for a family with kids, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Awesome location for visiting Monterey, Pebble Beach and, of course, Pacific Grove. We hope to return sometime.

The place and location are gorgeous. The house feels homey, and the views are incredible. It's the perfect place to stay if you're going to Monterey or even Laguna Seca. If you are looking for a special place to call home for a few days, this is it. The only thing I would change is to include soap in the bathrooms, and change the locks on the bedroom doors to be more child safe (our 2 year old twisted locked himself into a room, and we had to call property management to come out. It was a thing.)

Property was comfortable with great views of the bay. Walking trail just across the street. Owner accomodated luggage storage while we explored the bay on the last day. Family was visiting from dubai and they had a great time.

My brother and sisters gathered a this beautiful place to celebrate my mothers passing—she lived a block away from many years. The views are fantastic and the house is spacious. Lots of great congregation areas and a spacious kitchen. Downtown PG and grocery shopping are only two miles away and Asilomar Beach is a block away so you can walk there for sunset. I would highly recommend it.

the location of this property is remarkable with amazing views to the ocean and to view the sunset everyday, love it. the only thing I didn't like was the bathrooms towels, we need to look for them, some are ok but some others are old , we expect them to be arranged properly not for us to hunt to them and get what was best.

We Stayed for 4 nights. The house exceeded all expectations. The property is extremely well cared and equipped with everything you need. The views and location do not get any better. We have younger Children and its a short walk to the beach. We look forward to our next stay there. Would Highly recommend!

This is an excellent property with plenty of space and stunning views of the Pacific. I highly recommend this property. Superb location and excellent communication with managers to enter and exit. Close to Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove and Seaside. Walk out the door and you are on a beautiful coastal walk.

We loved the home, it was so relaxing and the location was fabulous, fantastic view of the ocean. We sat away and played card games, we went for walks on the beach. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the house. We took a ride to Carmel. Will definitely recommend this location to other family and friends. Thank you

This is my third stay at this house. It is a beautiful spot. I love this house because it is in a quiet tucked away spot, but is conveniently located between Carmel and Monterey. You can beat the ocean views from this house.

Hats off to the owners' parents who built this house at this location with the endless glass overlooking the ocean, and only steps from the ocean! Incredible foresight! We so appreciate the family's willingness to share their family home with the rest of us. Kitchen is well equipped. Plumbing, window covers, furniture, amenities all worked great! Garage space is an extra bonus. We've stayed in dozens of houses from Hawaii to Western Europe in all price ranges. This setup is a keeper! We'll be back!
