Situated in Harbor, this attractive house for $220 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Sexton Shores is previously known as the "Million Dollar View". This is a family and pet- friendly home. Take in the 180-degree view of the ocean from anywhere on the wrap-around deck, living, dining, master bedroom, and kitchen. Oceanside is floor-to-ceiling glass with vaulted wood ceilings. This house is uniquely set right on the bluff. You can't get any closer to the beach and ocean! Watch mama seals tend to babies on the rocks or view extensive wildlife. Enjoy watching the ocean tides from this cozy home and spacious patio. There's a private road with no traffic that leads to the cul-de-sac where the home is located at the end. Two houses down is a private staircase that will lead you to a secluded cove along the coast. The Northside yard is fenced, while the larger south side has an open, manicured yard for games and relaxation. Nicely landscaped with flowers for cutting, and massive trees enhance the ocean views. The open floor plan offers easy traffic flow for guests and comfortable seating for 10-12 in the spacious living room. The dining room has a table for 6 people which extends to comfortably seat 8. Freshly painted exterior and updated decor. Original vaulted wood ceiling in living & dining room. The kitchen is stocked for 12; with extra serving plates, bowls, glasses, and extensive cookware. Completely furnished for cooking meals or snacks. Wake up to see the ocean from the primary bedroom with a king bed. Walk-in closet and attached full bath with both tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is spacious and easily accommodates a king bed and a fold-out couch (queen) with access to the side yard with a private sliding glass door. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and attached half bathroom, this room also has a private sliding glass door with access to the side yard to take in the ocean views on a small attached patio section. Second full bath is located in the hallway between the two bedrooms, closest to the garage entry. This bathroom has a walk-in shower with 4 shower heads. Walking through the updated garage, there is the attached laundry room with a newer washer, dryer and small utility sink. The garage offers a second fridge/feezer, BBQ, beach chair storage and garage parking for your car if you desire. This home offers a large and long drive for easy parking, resurfaced end of 2023. We have stayed here before and Sexton Shores never disappoints! Rain or shine, the view is amazing. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is supplied with just about everything needed to prepare meals. We love this place and are looking forward to coming back!

We were three related, retired couples. The house was spacious, functional, comfortable, with views everywhere to the sea, sand and trees outside. We enjoyed walking on the beach. We slept to the sound of the surf. The house was thoroughly clean and well stocked.

Only suggestion would be to replace the pans, which have worn out, and upgrade the dishes to china (very inexpensive at second hand stores).

This is in an excellent location to kick back, explore and enjoy the southern OR coast. The deck/home has a stunning view of the coast. The photos represent the home very well. We had our morning coffee, explored the coast line (so many places to check out near by)and spent the late afternoon and evenings on the deck. The home is perched above what is essentially a private beach, with easy access (like half a block way).
The home is very clean and has everything you need, including the basics such a plenty of foil, plastic wrap, wax paper, kitchen towels, dishware and paper towels, which we appreciated. We cooked all of our meals during our stay.
We will stay again, it is beautiful, pet friendly and very well maintained!

Was great ! Beautiful view. Few little problems. North recliner in living room was broken Stove oven didn’t heat properly Broiler didn’t work. Heated a little but not enough to broil anything. There are ants in the kitchen

The house was very clean the kitchen was well stocked lots of pots and pans, lots spices in the spice cabinet. We like to cook and this kitchen was perfect. The view from the living room and deck was great! Beach access is just next door and the beach is beautiful. We have stayed in a lot vacation homes and this was the best so far would recommend to friends and family.

Spent four days with friends. Beautiful view and location, easy access to beach, and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room cozy with views. We were there during cool weather so the pellet stove was a nice feature. It was very relaxing and we hope to come back again! We enjoyed the food at Hungry Clam and Catalyst and took home some fresh seafood from Pacific Harvesters.

By far the nicest property we have rented thru VRBO. The view of the ocean from the living room, from the dining room, from the kitchen, from the master suite was incredible and if you open the doors, you hear that roar and peaceful calm. Loved it. Will be back.

We spent the most peaceful 40th wedding anniversary. It was a much needed trip for the two of us. The house was very welcoming and well stocked. All we needed to bring was our personal belongings and food. The walks on the beach and views from the house and front porch were breathtaking. We didn't want to leave.

The view is amazing right from inside the living room. The deck and deck furniture are very comfortable for viewing as well.
The “yard” is smaller than it appears in photos because the entire yard to the south is also the yard of the house to the south, we didn’t feel like we could be over there getting in their view. If we had small children with us this would not be a rental I would pick because it would be easy to slip down to the beach below.
It was nice to have easy access to the beach below.
For a February stay it was not windy at all, the way you are tucked in a bit, even on the beach, would be perfect for picnicking.
The switches for outside lights were rather confusing and we never did figure out the back porch by the master (where the stairs are) and outside garage lights.
Plenty of exposed outlets which is nice with devices to charge. Extra blankets and pillows were easily accessible.
