Sit on the porch with your coffee or cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, gas stove/oven, microwave. Your every need has been anticipated in this home. Enjoy the comfort of central heat and air. Keep up with your laundry with our Maytag washer and dryer. The two bedrooms have queen size, super comfortable beds, full closet’s, chest of drawers, and ceiling fans. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Back patio has a sunshade and misters to relax under while you wait for your barbecue meal to cook. Small festive lights are on a timer for evening ambiance. Home is equipped with all the essentials you will need: Towels, bed linens, pillows, soap, shampoo, rinse, toilet paper, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, WIFI, cable, coffee maker, coffee grinder. No hassle or need to meet up with the host, each booking will be assigned an access code for the period of their stay. Quiet urban area with tree-lined streets. People are riding their bikes or walking their dogs. Close to everything, yet, far enough away for quietude. Street parking, except on Thursday morning until noon. (street cleaning this side of street). Getting around is easy, walk, use Uber, lift, zimride, taxis or public transit. Bike rental shops are nearby. I’m a text or phone call away!

We came and stayed at Patty’s for the GoldenSky Music Fest. The location was great, within walking distance to different restaurants and bars. The neighbors were fun and full of information about the area. Patty is seriously one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She communicated great and even mailed back to us an earring that was left behind. I will definitely stay at Patty’s place again.

Patty is amazing, very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The location did not disappoint in any way, we wven had to make last minute changes and that was a breeze. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful, safe and comfortable home. It was jyst like being at home❤️

Comfortable, well appointed home in a lovely, tree lined neighborhood. Well located in mid-town and very walkable. It was a great location for us when we visit our daughter and family. Patty, our host, was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the stately redwood in the front yard, to the cozy living and dining rooms, to the nice beds, to the well-equipped kitchen, to our interactions with Patty, this place was a joy. Such a nice, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our needs (day trips to the surrounding area). We will definitely stay here again should we return to Sacramento!

I stayed for a week to be near my daughter while she had her first baby.. The house was very clean, everything a person could need to comfortably stay was provided. Patty even left snacks and a bottle of wine! The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. I never saw any questionable people.i will definitely stay here again to visit my new grandbaby! Communication with Patty was great, and I hope to meet her next time.

This house is in the perfect location and is perfectly appointed. Anything you could possibly end up needing you will discover has probably been considered and provided by the AMAZING host, Patty! This home was very comfortable, clean and in a great neighborhood. It's only a block from a Rite Aid for water and basic supplied and in convenient Midtown. The owner couldn't be more attentive and helped me retrieve my glasses that same day, after I left them behind. The term I used when talking to a co-worker about the house was "Super Cute!" I'll be back.

My sister and I were on our annual sisters’ trip and couldn’t have found a better location or more comfortable home! Lots of shade trees, including an old redwood right beside the front porch, kept the house cool. The owner was very responsive and provided everything we needed, as well as things we never knew we needed but were glad to have! Many good restaurants and shopping nearby. Any time I need a place to stay in Sacramento I will stay here!

A well stocked, lovely home in midtown. We walked to the convention center down tree lined streets. Not a far drive to old town where we enjoyed the California Train Museum. The house was clean and well stocked with necessities. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook our meals. It was so much better than a hotel room with a little one. Patty was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We hope to stay again the next time we are down in Sacramento.

"Absolutely fabulous!" is what my mother kept repeating over and over for the first 20 minutes after we arrived. "Charming" is an understatement. The home is super cute, super convenient, and super clean! The neighborhood is quiet and just a few blocks away from the "hip" downtown area. There is a Rite-Aid a block away. Anything you could need is accounted for. Last but not least, the owner Patty is so nice and helpful and accommodating. We did not meet in person, but she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. The entire experience was lovely and I will definitely book this gem in the future.

My mom and I stayed at this lovely home on a recent visit to my daughter, in Sacramento. Nothing could have met our needs any better. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and everything a visitor could possibly need was available. The owner, Patty, is very hospitable and always just a text message away. Our brief 3-night stay was very pleasant. This charming 1929 California Craftsman style bungalow absolutely met all our needs. The owner, Patty, is so thoughtful and welcoming and met us upon our arrival. Even though the location is within a bustling city, it was very quiet. This will definitely be at the top of our list for accommodation choices the next time we visit Sacramento.

My Wife and I had a special Family event to attend in Sacramento and the accommodations of this home were perfect. The warmth of a well appointed B&B along with the convenience of having everything you are used to having at home. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, as well as being close to many attractions. It was a great place to call home for a few days.
