HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Looking for a lot of space? Look no further! Situated off of Mooring Buoy, this beautiful 4th row home is just a three minute walk to the beach and perfect for your next trip to Hilton Head! Twelve steps lead to the main entrance where you enter to the spacious living room with two story windows, decorative marble fireplace, plenty of seating, and amazing lagoon views. Open with the living room are also the dining room and kitchen. The dining room has seating for up to ten. The kitchen has an additional table for six plus five high top chairs featuring custom cabinets, black granite, double oven, and many extras. There is access to a large laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and several doors leading out to the amazing backyard. To the left of entry is the first suite, which offers a private living space with a couch, two chairs, large TV with DVD, bar with sink and mini fridge, and a screened in porch with four chairs and access to the ground level, 13 steps down. Also within this suite you will find a separate bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom. Just off the kitchen you will find the master suite, which offers a king bed, TV, door to a private deck with lagoon views, and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, stand-up glass shower, and granite throughout. Also within this room you will find, two steps up, a sitting area perfect for reading and enjoying the views. Fourteen steps to the second floor are the remaining bedrooms. The third bedroom offers a queen and twin bed while the fourth offers a double and twin. In the fifth bedroom you will find two twin beds and a king in the sixth, which also has a door leading out to your private deck. All bedrooms have a private bathroom with tub/shower combinations. There is also a bonus room, which can be private, with a sleeper sofa, matching chair and ottoman, TV, and a small private patio. In the landing you will find a built-in bar with cabinet space, granite, sink, and mini fridge. You will also find a couch with matching chair, table with seating for four, and access to a private deck with a table and chairs and amazing lagoon/pool views.
Outdoors you will find a wonderful pool area with heated* pool and spa. There is great deck space and plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging, including a private dock perfect for fishing or crabbing right on the 11 mile Palmetto Dunes lagoon system. Palmetto Dunes has so much to offer from bike trails, canoeing, restaurants, fishing, golf and tennis to just relaxing. Come and spend a week or a month and enjoy what this magnificent home and Hilton Head has to offer. This home is across the street from the beach path and is a 3-minute walk to the ocean. Five minutes to well renowned golf.

The house is large enough for a big crowd and the extra dishwasher and refrigerator are such a help. When we arrived there were no towels and there weren’t extra sheets for the sofa beds. The counters and tables were fairly dirty.

house is the best. as always our stay here is very memorable. the owners have always be caring and understanding for the last 20 years that we have been here.
