It was designed and built by a doctor who owned the property. The building is so well made that even with hurricane Irma we had minimal damage. We had lots of decorative damages but luckily nothing major. Simpson Bay Area is a good place to be. It is a nice combination of tourism and local culture. It used to be a fisherman's village and it still holds some of that charm. It is easy to walk to restaurants and shops so people do not need to rent a car to go to places. But at the same time when you are in the apartment or on the beach you are completely away from any outside world.
