Nestled in North Decatur, this attractive house for $142 per night is a great option for your next break. Great location!! City living with a country view. Enjoy the horse park view from the living room of this cozy, private 2 bed, 1 bath sleeps 4. Convenient to I-285 and downtown Decatur. Close to Emory, Fox Theater, Olympic park, Georgia Aquarium, the Ferris Wheel and everything Atlanta! Ponce City Market is great for shopping and dining and only minutes away. Stone Mountain Park is another Atlanta favorite and just a short drive east. Whether your vacationing, visiting family, attending events or just a break from the highway, the location is perfect for every reason to visit Atlanta. This cozy, private two bedroom home is close to everything! Private driveway with carport has plenty of space for more than one car. A small seating area is under the carport to enjoy the views. Fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for preparing a meal or just reheating. Fresh towels, linens, hair dryer and some toiletries are provided. Paper towel and cleaning supplies are always available. There is a queen bed in first bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom. The living room has a a pull out sofa couch and a designated "dog couch". The "dog couch" is positioned for premium viewing. Watch the large tv with local channels, Netflix and other Roku streaming. Pass thru room has futon type couch. The large back yard has a chain link fence 5 feet high. There is plenty of room for dogs to run. The treelined street is perfect for dog walking. Dog amenities make this better than pet friendly! The square footage of the home only allows 2 dogs and under 50lbs. There are fees for additional pets. The horse park view from the living room is tremendous! Great established neighborhood! Enjoy your morning coffee with a pleasant view of the horse pasture and know you're just a short ride to the interstate and everything Atlanta offers! It's hard to describe the true pleasure and conveniences. Come stay and experience private city living with a country view.

Highly recommended, immaculately clean, obviously a much loved and cared about property. The owners are communicative when needed, but not obtrusive. The location is wonderful; close to restaurants, grocery, and Atlanta's attractions. We certainly will return to this little gem!

Colleen and Ross were wonderful and very accessible. My dog and I had to find temporary housing when a tree fell on my house. Colleen and Ross’s place fit the bill. We stayed for a month. Huge fenced in yard, doggie covers on all the sofas, and all the amenities. One thing is that you have to go outside to access the yard. Was not a big deal. Easy peasy. Waking up to see the horses across the street never got old. Thanks for the great accommodations.

I cannot say enough positive about this home! Beautiful views, both front and back, securely fenced in yard, which was perfect for dogs, quiet and lovely street. The hosts were amazing and communicative, the house is adorable and comfortable and clean. Truly, one of the most perfect spots I’ve ever stayed, and I am definitely staying here again when I go to Atlanta next summer.

So glad I found this property! After a horrific experience with another Vrbo property, this owner went above and beyond for my family! Great communication, very caring and really strives for all guests to have an outstanding stay. Very clean, had all the supplies for cooking as well. We were able to eat in several meals with no issues. The huge fenced in backyard was a huge plus since we traveled with our dog. Plus my children absolutely loved the horse farm literally across the street! Highly recommend, you will not regret it!

We didn’t get to stay long so we didn’t see any horses but it was a beautifully landscaped property and lovely view.

Thank you for making my best friend and her husband so comfortable during their stay! They loved the neighborhood, the view of the horses across the street, and the beautiful, clean home! It was the first time we’ve seen each other in person in almost a decade, they came for my vow renewal with my husband, and everything was magnificent! This home was two minutes from the apartment where my husband and I live, so they were close, but had their own space. No complaints whatsoever, would love to book again next time they come into town.

This was a great property! The house was full of charm and character. The unobstructed view of the horse park across the street was amazing. The backyard was large, flat and fenced in-perfect for our 2 dogs. Check in/check out was a breeze and the location could not have been better. We will definitely be back!

Logistics were straightforward and easy (checking in/out, etc) and the home worked out wonderfully to visit family in Tucker and drive into Atlanta for activities. 20 minutes to the aquarium (during what I assume was not the usual traffic). Great view of the horses across the street that both child and dogs loved. The big fenced in yard was perfect for the pups. The home was very pet friendly and AMAZINGLY clean! (Not always the case with pet friendly rentals, but not a dog hair to be found.) Finally, the neighborhood was great - friendly neighbors and lots of hills to run a few miles on if you’re into that. (Also a trail around the horse farm.) We would definitely try to rent again for our next trip.

Just as described. Great, quiet location but super convenient to Decatur and Druid Hills. Easy check-in. We did not bring our dog but if we come again and bring the dog there is a huge fenced yard for a dog to run. Russ was super responsive and got back to me very quickly each time I reached out with questions about arrival.

The home was beautiful, exactly what we were looking for (and as described), and a great location with easy access to Decatur, North Atlanta, and Stone Mtn. We awoke to horses in the pasture across the street (easily viewed) and birds at the bird feeder, and enjoyed at least 2 hours of kids watching these wonders without even trying to turn on the TV! Also, the home boasts a lovely, large backyard that I wish we'd had more time to enjoy. Will definitely stay here again!

We were so pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat this property is. Welcoming & thoughtfully appointed with everything one might need, without being cluttered. Newer/modern appliances were very nice. A really great back yard, perfect for the dog to shake his sillies out after being inside while we were gone all day. Staying here was like staying at grandma's, highly recommend!

One of the few places we've stayed that truly catered to our dog. Large secure fenced in backyard and all the furniture is covered so you don't have to worry about getting in trouble if your dog happens to get on the furniture.

We had a great stay! It was a last minute trip and was grateful to find the perfect place for the 3 of us and our 2 pups. Location was super easy to get to and having the horse park right across the street from us was our favorite. I would actually like to be considered for a total refund. Property was not represented accurately online. Was not pleased when I arrived couch was not clean and decided to stay at a local hotel. In addition too many family pics made us feel uncomfortable. Would like to have a refund or at least be considered for one .
