About this cabin rental

Nestled in Hot Springs, this lovely cabin for $105 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Unique cabin on bluff overlooking Lake Catherine, about 4 miles outside of Hot Springs, Arkansas. I accept DOGS, but they must have PRIOR APPROVAL. Please check in with me before booking. There may be a pet fee charged. Just the right size for a couple or a family of 4. Beautiful lake views from the front room, living room and deck. Lots of wildlife. The cottage consists of one bedroom and one bathroom with and additional sleeping area on the glassed-in front room. There is a queen size memory foam mattress in the bedroom and a full-sized futon in the front room. If you have a boy and a girl, I also have a blow-up mattress just right for one or the other, just let me know. Vaulted ceiling in combination Living room-kitchen. Kitchen has all new cabinets, above the stove microwave, new fridge. Pots, pans and dishes included to make sure you can cook your own meals. I have also included a coffee pot and toaster. The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. Please be aware of this, as it may be a problem with more than a couple staying. This is one of the most restful places I have ever lived. The road is off the beaten trail, and only the few neighbors will drive by. The deck is wonderful, nice place to sit and enjoy the sunrise, a nice drink and beautiful lake views. Really not a good place to swim unless you are adventurous. You can walk down to the lake on public access steps, but, it is a steep climb up, and there is NO BEACH or DOCK just a bank. VERY STEEP climb. There is a public water access just up the road where you can launch a boat or fish. Water can be very cold here since it comes from below the dam up stream. There is off the road parking at the back of the house, several steps up to the parking area. We stayed from December 22nd-26th. The cabin is everything we hoped for. I can't say enough. We wanted a quaint, peaceful, Christmas spent with our kids since they are getting older, and it was a perfect settling for us all to connect and spend quality time with each other and nature. Our dogs loved it too! Thank you for your hospitality and providing a space for us to create wonderful memories.

The home is really cozy and was a great place to stay during our visit. Only thing we notices off was all the cobwebs/dust throughout the home and the a/c unit rattling while running. (Just small stuff that can be taken care of) Besides that, would highly recommend this home to anyone. Has a beautiful scenery with a lake view.

Our daughter wanted their wedding at Anthony Chapel and it was absolutely beautiful. Our cabin was nice and quiet, would definitely stay again.

The cabin feels remote because of how quiet and peaceful the area is but you have the convenience of restaurants and stores only being 10-15 minutes away. The location and the cabin were great!

We stayed in cabin 189, and even though the outside weather was unbearable, the cabin was cool and cozy!! Location was perfect for all of the stuff we had planned! We hope to come back to cabin 189 when weather is cooler!!

This cabin is great for just lounging around and enjoying your stay with peace and quiet and privacy. Free wifi is a plus if you're here for work. Very affordable option for being just outside of Hot Springs, about 15 minutes from anything you might want to do in the area!

This was the perfect place to get away from everything and unwind, but also close enough (about 15 minutes) to Hot Springs to enjoy the baths and National Park. The cabin was everything we needed and host even provided the coffee! You can see a neighbor on each side (but not too close) with the lake in front. The lake is not accessible at this location. There is a fire pit with wood provided, a grill, and some outdoor chairs on a deck.

This was our first vacation to stay in a cabin. It was so relaxing and refreshing. We loved the view of water and trees. My 17 yr old son totally enjoyed the nature surroundings. It was very private. Exquipped with anything we might have needed. It was the best way to destress from life.

Lovely neighborhood, and priced right. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the surrounding area during the day, this cabin was fully stocked with everything you need to cook or grill, enjoy a little down time away from the crowd, nice quiet place to stay. The owner allowed us to have our dog stay there as well which was great for us. We would most likely stay here again when we return to Hot Springs because it was close to several attractions and shopping.

Beautiful quiet cabin. Can see the river from The front porch. No water access but peaceful quiet road to walk along to see the river. Very family friendly. Wish there was firewood for the fire pit, but we could have brought some if I had thought to ask. Not a big deal. The host is very friendly, let me check in eerily due to a schedule conflict, and was readily available for any questions. My kids loved it- was the perfect cabin stay. Will stay here again when we visit from Texas.

This is an amazing cabin. It had everything we needed. It had wonderful lake views. Very quiet and secluded. And it was very easy to find. Our host was very nice and helpful. The only complaint was an issue with the shower. We definitely want to make arrangements to go stay again maybe starting twice a year instead of 1 time. We really enjoyed it.

I'd buy it and live there if I could. Not more than 15 minutes from Hot Springs attractions. Make sure you go to Red Pier, Los Rooster, Taco Mama, and Rolando's. The Duck tour is a must. It was very relaxing returning to the cabin. I couldn't be more happy with our host.

Was a little hard to find but most of that was our fault. The walkway going down the hill to the house could use a little work. It would be very hard for someone elderly or with mobility issues. Outside could use some cleaning but the inside was clean. It was very quiet and peaceful .There is a house on each side but only saw people at one place and they were very quiet. You can see the water in one area. The view would be beautiful if some of the small shrubs and trees were cleared. Kitchen was well stocked with things needed for cooking. We had came to Arkansas for my brother's wedding so we were only there for 3days. The place seems secluded but is actually convenient to Hot Springs.

Great small cabin for 2 or 3 people ( and a dog ). The view above the river from the deck was beautiful; great access to town but still quiet and peaceful in the country.
